S. A.Went in today without planning on buying anything, picked up 7 things, went to try them on and the fitting rooms were closed in the middle of the afternoon. So I put everything back. This is the 2nd time this has happened over the last few weeks. I could understand them being closed at times last year but why now? Plenty of staff around them. I probably would have bought everything too. This Primark is my favourite locally for layout, stock etc but I want to try on before I purchase.
C. A. C.Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Store was tidy and not crowded. Found what I needed easily. Queue was short but took longer than necessary to be served because of an overly chatty assistant.
