Can someone at Levi’s head office reward this team. What lovely efficient and helpful service. There are many stores chains where clearly assistants are required to follow a customer brief ‘have a nice day’ and all that but these guys just cared. I never shop for clothes online and this Levi York store is a fantastic example where the staff know the customer and not just the customers data. Thank you. I’ll be back.

Whilst on a break we spotted this Levis shop later on in day .It was quiet inside but we were instantly acknowledged by a young sales women. The shop was very tidy.My husband finds it extremely hard to get the 34 inch leg length and had been advised Levis were good.We asked the assistant for the sizes and she brought us a selection which we made a purchase of.We had a very pleasurable visit and will visit again next time in York. We cannot comment on jeans as they have not been worn yet.We were advised to wash inside out and not to tumble dry . Payment was quick and efficient.

Great staff, a near the entrance asked me what I was looking for; my size and found a pair of Jeans for me. I was even allowed to try them on, the guy on the changing room said he'd cleaned it all down so no problems. Jeans were perfect, so bought it. That was really helpful, and saved alot of time I would of spent trying to find a pair!

Excellent store, Levi's are starting to appeal more to the younger generation, both my boys came away with 3 pairs of Jeans and some Chinos, along with a pair for me. The discounts were good of you buy 2 or 3 pairs and if you join online, there was more money off and discounts on future shops.
