The staff are totally fabulous and help find things that suit me and give me honest criticism when I try on, yet there is no pressure at all to buy. They had an event today and a purchase resulted in a goody bag. Wonderful things - necklace, chocs, Neil's Yard product, etc. Also a lucky dip with different % off for purchases. Love it!
