S. B.Popped in today off the cuff to suits direct at the designer outlet in york and was promptly and professionally looked after by Jane one of the retail assistants! Nothing was too much to ask for and was given great advice and help in my first experience suit shopping. Would highly recommend
M. B.Went to get a Dinner Jacket for a cruise, was helped with choice and fit by Nathaniel who was knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent quality jacket, looks great. Didn’t have everything else I wanted, but the time Nathaniel spent helping to search for the items was above and beyond. Will go back, as customer service like this is hard to find.

H.Came to the store at the designer outlet and dealt with Liam, from the start he was very easy to speak to and was very knowledgeable, he had the suit I wanted but the trousers were unavailable in my size, not a problem he ordered a pair for me and they arrived the next day, unfortunately due to a problem in the factory the wrong pair arrived, I called Liam to explain, and very apologetic he sorted the issue without hesitation, very professional and a credit to suits direct

He ordered it for us and even noticed that the online one was cheaper so he charged the reduced price for both jackets. Super helpful and cheerful staff. Would definitely recommend 👌
