A. M.Came on a visit from Hull with friends on the 15th, they have such a variety of clothes to choose from. Bought a green BDG Jeans oversized jumper which fits perfect and was served by a super friendly and talkative member of staff. Would for sure visit again :)
T. I.Brilliant outfit shop. There's a variety in items that caters to your style. Whether that be vintage with the area in the corner of the top floor, worn down wear with the aesthetic of UO's own brand, and others. The addition of a vintage wear section is brilliant, the renewal of older clothes kept in mint condition is excellent. Although, there are a lack of mirrors in places other than the changing rooms upstairs. If you're trying to casually try bits on, it's a little hard to find somewhere to see yourself.
Whenever I come into the York city, this is the main place I go as they're so few and far between. Very great store!
J.real person, real review. this spot is great! decent clothes, great atmosphere, the shop itself is really nice and they play some decent music. staff are friendly. only thing is, prices are often cheaper online (and often the clothes don't keep their quality).

C. S.I go with my daughter, love the clothes but the music is awesome and never fails to get the feet taping whilst my daughter spends an hour or two looking round. Normally have sofas (covid 19 removed them for now Dec 2020) to chill on too which as a middle aged bloke is great i can read my book and chill
j. j. s.personally i find uo really overpriced, the items are good quality, trendy and really popular because of the label :) the interior is lovely, short queues. too expensive to casually buy a £30 tee :(
J. S.Spacious clothing shop that mostly caters for women, but still has some nice male selections. Prices are a little steep, but customer service was good and there was a nice sofa for me to sit on while I waited for my girlfriend in the changing rooms!
S. C.Only visited this place because my kids seem to love it. Personally I don't like the lay out as it causes you to have to weave your way in and out especially if it's busy and I don't think the goods on offer are anything out of the ordinary. Not somewhere I would choose to rush back to.

The staff seem very polite and nice, apart from the very high prices on certain items; there's nothing wrong.
