Excellent customer service! Placed an order for coffee and a mug, which arrived very promptly. Sadly the mug didn’t survive the journey and was slightly the worse for wear when I opened the box. I fired an email off to explain what had happened and got a very quick response to apologise and with a promise to send out a replacement. The following day there was a knock at the door and my replacement mug was personally hand delivered! Love the mug and the coffee is even better :) would highly recommend.

I first tried The Belfast Coffee Company Samson blend last year and have stuck with it loyally ever since. Their whole bean variety is wonderful, bursting with flavour and makes my kitchen smell incredible. This is a top quality brand that just keeps better and better with the introduction of their cinnamon and Irish whiskey blends. This is an exciting brand and I can't wait to see what they do next.

I was given a bag of the Samsung blend as a gift and loved it straightaway. A lovely strong flavoured coffee that is easy to drink. So good I ordered more and set up a.suscription! Unfortunately I discovered I had ordered the wrong items and spoke Jonny in the company, who was extremely helpful in rectifying the problem. Great coffee and friendly helpful staff, big thumbs up all round!!!!!

One of the better blends out there. I’ve travelled all over the world drinking coffee and it’s refreshing to find a fantastic earthy and mineral blend here on my doorstep. The team that picked the profile for this really nailed it. Shame I’ve ran out! Will definitely recommend it.
