M. R.Nice spot just beside IKEA at Holywood exchange. Great parking all around it and very rarely is there no seats. Staff are very friendly, free WiFi as well and very cost friendly options on the menu. Solid spot for a quick coffee and move on.
G. M.Busy Monday morning but well stocked with all the seasonal goodies. Maple & Hazelnut muffin 100%+++! Staff friendly and efficient and good access for rollator/chair
M. G.I have to say today was not a good one for Costa. We ordered two Lattes, one single shot and one normal. Both were a bit "watery". We got chatting to another couple who said the same. Maybe a training issue for staff? Costa are normally pretty reliable.

H. E.Spacious and air café. Good range of snacks and treats. Outdoor seating and easy parking nearby. Close to major shopping outlets.
J. H.Great place for a coffee catch up at lunch. Sit in or take away. Good selection of lunch options (prepacked sandwiches, toasties and wraps that are prepared and served on a plate if sitting in) and also snacks to go with a coffee. Vegan milk available here also - I chose coconut milk. Equipment offered to be washed due to my diary allergy which was great as takes almost all risk of cross contamination away. A few vegan traybake options too. Parking directly outside. Accepts cash or card.

G. M.Felt safe, tables well spaced and everyone seemed to be following the Covid guidelines. Was there for a long overdue catch up with a friend. We had iced smoothie drinks and then flat whites. All delicious - customer service was fine, toilets clean. It is a little bit soulless I feel not a "cozy" coffee shop but in these times the extra high ceilings and feeling of airiness are probably a bonus rather than a negative!
J. W.Quite a large and spacious interior. There is a small outside area for customers but it is rather small. Got all the Costa essentials. Service was good. I just wanted a diet Coke and was offered a cup with ice, which was much appreciated on a hot day.

E. L.It was okay food and coffee was fine but nobody visiting was wearing masks. I think once people queue they forget about social distancing and face masks. I am quite an observant person and I can tell you not very many people were using the hand sanitizers which is quite upsetting to witness.Not the places fault however service was very slow. I felt the staff stood around talking more than speeding up the service hence the huge back log of customers out the door then. There should be added secruity in the door or a staff member limiting the amount of people entering to reduce covid risks. It is law after all...

T. H.Costa coffee was great lovely hot coffee. The table was sanatised just before we sat down. Staff wrre ecellemt monitoring the number of customers and getting them seated. Some tables were too close together though. Rolo muffin was dissappointing also a very rare taste unlike terrys chocolate orange or strawberry and white chocolate.
T. D.If you like a mild roast coffee bean, Costa is the place. Will be better when all restrictions are lifted and we are able to sit and enjoy our coffee.

j. l.The attention is good, and the coffee great. But couldn't enjoy the coffee after using the bathroom. OMG.!!! Not only had to wait in line because is only one bathroom for ladys regardless the capacity of the place, that is considered, but also disgusting and crowded and black and all wet, the walls included, make me desire to run home to take a shower to disinfect it. Wonder if health department visit them recently.?

A.Been in a few times now and in my opinion it's improving all the time! Service can still be slow but the staff are friendly and helpful. Hot chocolate with all the extras are a bit too expensive but the coffee is reasonably priced. Lots of car parking around this cafe but it's a bit confusing if you haven't been before!!
