Nice place for coffee and cakes at the CS Lewis square. There is discount for NHS staff and other groups.

Coffee good. Cortado especially. Indoor and outdoor seating. Vegan sausage rolls edible too, even for carnivores. Also lots of info about East Belfast area.

Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff, main drawback was the limited range of food (baps and baguettes) however I would guess that's due to more focus on the "hot drinks" side of things. Unfortunately the mochas weren't great (not much taste of chocolate or coffee) and the prices were a touch on the high side for how much there was...

Great cafe in the East Side visitors centre on CS Lewis Square. Great coffee and a range of snacks/lunch food. Good for working too as upstairs is usually fairly quiet. Has a range of local artwork and products for sale too.

Great atmosphere, full of artwork and interesting reading matter. Lovey staff and cafe.

JACK is a great little find.
The cakes and hot chocolate were delicious. The best I've had in a long time. They have a selection of plant based milks.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We used the lovely outdoor seating are.
JACK is pet friendly, water, treats, and frozen yoghurt are their for four legged friends.

The coffee pre lockdown here was a-maz-ing. Not sure what's happened but it now needs sugar to improve the taste. There were more staff than customers and still the floors were littered with corn chip debris from previous customs. I am hoping it was a one off because thus place used to be top notch and well worth a visit.

Very good coffee. Had a cappuccino and immediately felt a solid appreciation for the taste. It's right next to a big public square, so it's perfect to buy a coffee to go and take in the sun. If the outdoors is not your thing, they have a huge bookshelf with a take one, replace one policy. Perfect place for the lazy afternoons that you want to read a book.

Relaxed, good coffee, upstairs books and gallery to peruse. Laid back vibes.

Nice little cafe with outdoor seating at the end of a good walk from Orangefield. Great scones & coffee but I'd like to see some more lunch options.

friendly service, nice coffee and bites, plenty of space to sit outside... and our favourite "pedal perks" discount for cyclists (which is why we love to cycle down here!). also love their kombucha!

It's a great place! amazing food, nice coffee and beautiful atmosphere 😍 It's a must go every weekend! unfortunately most of the time I've found the staff not so friendly. More like that is the last place they want to be in and you are the last person they want to see. That's a pity because is such a great place and it would be nice to feel a bit more welcome. (they call it hospitality for a reason)
p.s. the guys in the restaurant, to the other side of the coffee shop are AMAZING! 😁

The coffee shop has been taken over in recent months and in my opinion greatly improved. The extended menu counter offering are great and superb quality. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which creates a warm friendly atmosphere. The girls Steph and Leah are fun loving and always up for a bit of craic.

Cosy and unique coffee shop beside Lewis Square and alongside Connswater walkway

Food is absolutely fantastic, I had a lovely raspberry and white chocolate pancake with my flat white and it was certainly a treat. Coffee was very sour (no fault of the coffee, Bailies or the barista, coffee grinders just need adjusting every now and then, easily fixed) but the location and atmosphere is very cosy and welcoming. Will be back.

Good coffee, delicious breakfast baps - great to cap off an early morning walk on the Greenway! Efficient one way system going on.
S. W.
Great Venue in a superb location! I meet clients here several times a week. The staff are very accommodating, the coffees great and there are food items little and large to suit all. Highly recommend!

Nice little coffee bar. It's part of East Belfast. Visitors Centre at C S Lewis square on the junction of Newtownards Road and Hollywood Road. Shop is filled with local craft, literature and music all available to buy and there is an art gallery upstairs. Nearby is the sculpture of C S Lewis and "the Wardrobe" and also a wonderful large sculpture of Aslan the lion. Highly recommended.
A. M.
Friendly staff and there is seating outside

Got a good one way system going for covid, the choice is good, not expensive. My only reason for dropping a star would be a slow service, but they are friendly and helpful.
S. H.
Really good atmosphere and a great place for a smoothie or hot chocolate (even in the heat).

Had a nice Americano coffee with a heated pork and apple sausage roll. Slightly pricey but nice staff and a good location. Give me a like if you found this helpful.

It’s a good coffee shop, it has a lovely atmosphere and staff but the prices are ridiculous. £2.00 for a ton of Diet Coke and £3.00 for a brownie. Ridiculous. May as well be in a fancy restaurant!!!
R. W.
Lovely meeting place, exhibition and creatives performance space. A sanctuary in a busy city shopping area. Food coffee and cakes are exceptional too.
