Reviews of Tim Hortons

I particularly like that place. You can have fast and good food for a very decent price(cheap) and it’s good. Very well localized and your waiting time don’t take more than 5 minutes.
T. B.
My first time in here for a quick bite and yes I liked the experience.
Affordable meals, served quickly with a small wait time plus a crunchy fresh taste that just makes you relish your meal or snack, however you prefer to call it.
Will definitely call in again

Customer service, speed and cleanliness is very good. However a simple risk assessment would show the store layout has not been well thought out.
Difficult/Dangerous carrying hot coffee through the crowds of people using the self service stations because the collection and ordering area are crammed next to eachother.
Definitely an accident waiting to happen when it's busy. No trays are provided either meaning I had to make the journey twice.
B.
First time visiting Tim Hortons and it was a bit disappointing. It’s very cheap so you shouldn’t expect much anyway. The vegan coffee range is great though and very tasty. Didn’t get a chance to try their donuts but they looked good. The restaurant was quite dirty as well. Not a very pleasant experience.

Michael Served Me Today!
This guy should be a manager, literally watched him help 3 other staff members do their station and he done it with the upmost professionalism I have seen in a decade!
Very very helpful and friendly staff can be found here, any issue you have or any concerns regarding products they are happy to help, its hard to find staff who are both willing and happy to help a customer in need with a smile!
I drive past a couple of different places to arrive at this one because the experience is above and beyond what is expected of them!
If you live in the area or are passing through be sure to try and grab the bits you need from this store!
Will definitely be back!

The iconic Tim Hortons. It was my first time at the iconic coffee shop and it lived upto the expectations. There should be a board in here saying that you must try the French Vanilla Latte. You are gonna love it.
E. M.
Food fine but staff need to actually read what's on the order receipt. Ordered 3 boxes of timbits and customised 2 of them. Only realised when home, an hour later that all 3 boxes were the same... The original choice as preset. When you're paying £20 for donuts you'd expect them to get what you wanted!
A. D.
Very nice breakfast I got the egg muffin and cheese with hash brown and an iced vanilla latte for £2.49 and it was probably the best £2.49 I’ve ever spent highly recommended breakfast big selection friendly staff, 10 times better than any breakfast you will get at McDonald’s at half the price without the miserable McDonald’s experience!
A. C.
Popped in for a hot drink and breakfast muffin. The hot chocolate was actually amazing (better than the big coffee shops!) but the muffin and hash brown not quite as good as McDonalds. Would like to return and try the donuts too.
P. A.
Been looking forward to trying TH as we dont have one in our city, so whilst visiting our daughter at QUB we decided to give it a try. Sadly, it was very untidy, tables dirty etc., Burger meal was quite cold and that was sitting in to eat. The mini doughnuts just ok, really not a pleasant experience.😔
J. D.
First impressions were good. Enjoyed the experience

Great idea tea coffee and doughnuts on the go or sit in. More on the menu to choose from. Good when on a city break. Ordering is quick and easy
m. S.
Ok but not as good as Canada. Staff will need more training

One of our favourite places! Fab breakfasts, delicious doughnuts and great iced lattes. Highly recommend the maple hot chocolate...yum!
P. S.
Situated in central Belfast on the corner of Donegal Square and Fountain Street, this is a good place for coffee and a doughnut, or, better still, some good-value breakfast! Avoid the hash browns, they're not great - or maybe that's just me! But the bacon baps are amazing. And such great value. Not fine dining by any means, but a good, well-run, no-nonense diner, ideal for an inexpensive refuel and a 30-minute chillout. And great coffee!
P. s.
World famous Canadian coffee house now located in the heart of Belfast city centre - right opposite City Hall. Open 7 days a week offering good selection of Tim Horton favourites. Reasonably priced, toilet facilities and wifi. Also has outside seating area. Staff are friendly and plenty of them although some of them might have been better utilised out front keeping tables clean and tidy as customers - a bit disappointing from this perspective but otherwise served good coffee and doughnuts!
G. H.
Coffee and Donuts not bad, standard fare from a chain place like this. Better places but good enough if it's handy.
S. L.

J. M.
Delicious donuts , worth the taste of coffee.
S. M.
Customer service is something they need to improve a lot.Self order kiosk machines were not working.
M. R.
The McDonalds of breakfast. Online ordering and speedy service but everything comes with a heavy dose of sugar and wouldn't taste half as good without it.
S. W.
A little piece of Canada in Northern Ireland. Good basic coffee, a good range of tasty donuts and other hot food available. Not the most stylish place but comfortable.
L. M.
Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Not too busy and easy to use order screens with great range of things to eat and drink. Okay value.
R. K.
Good selection of canadian style donuts and coffee. I'd suggest the maple syrup glazed donuts, and if you're going a coffee try the 'double double' which is really just double cream and double sugar serve, ultra unhealthy but go on, treat yourself it is amazing..!
B. B.
Love the coffee, especially the Iced Latte. My friend had a Chicken Sandwich with Wedges, which looked pretty good & tasted nice. My Grilled Cheese was a cheese-fest on really good bread, I'm glad I've tried it now. The Donuts were scarce even at 2.30pm,little variety but good. Def go back for the coffee & donuts, but glad I've now tried the food...
R. B.
The balance of quality/price of their products is unbeatable! The ambience is cozy enough and the staff helpful. Hope they open near me soon.
C. E. B.
There wasn't much selection in the doughnuts, but we managed to get our order speedy 😊
R. M.
I like to think of this brand as Canada’s version of Starbucks. The food is extremely reasonably priced and the donuts are delicious! If you are a fan of Boston Cream donuts, this is a good place to get them. The cafe itself is very modern and clean, it is nice to get a little bit of Canada in Belfast!
C. K.
I ordered a hot chocolate but got a mix of a coffee . Was nice but should have been hot chocolate
B. d.
Piece of Canada in Ireland. I like to get half coffee, half hot chocolate which was delicious. The small size is really big. Be ready to wait for a few minutes, especially in the morning. Nice seating area with wifi.
J. T.
As a canuck travelling in Belfast, I cant desceibe the elation at seeing this familiar beauty! So nice to have an icecap on a warm day !
T. J. S.
None of the self-order machine worked. We received different stuff than ordered. Rest was okay.
L. D.
Food was tepid at best and the seats are covered in stains would be in no rush back.
A. M.
Great chain café with tasty toasts, quality espresso, very clean, polite and efficient staff in very reasonable price.
Highly recommended..
L. N.
Nice clean coffee shop, really friendly staff and good coffee. The first Tim's this side of the Atlantic where I've been able to by course ground Tim's to brew at home. Thank you!
M. S.
Disappointing. I lived in Toronto, Canada and had a Timmies just a few short minutes from my apartment and went there often. Sadly this felt like a very different experience.
Didn't realise until it was too late (we ordered takeaway) that some of the Timbits we selected were missing, and the sugar and syrups we asked for in our drinks had been completely missed.
A real shame.
S. L.
Quick service, however, the food and drink were mediocre. Had hoped it would be better.
M. B.
First time in one of these since I visited Toronto. Really enjoyed the coffee and donuts!
L. L.
Nice entrance. Didn't eat there, looked expensive
m. S.
Ok but not as good as Canada. Staff will need more training
E. P.
Tastes just like the real thing from Canada! You have to get the iced capp!
S. S.
Since visiting Canada twice, we have really missed Tim Horton's coffee and cakes. We were delighted to find they have landed in Belfast!
J. M.
They gave me a free sample and told me to give them a good review
A. D.
For a fast hunger fix definitely a thumbs up. Order on the touch screen and food ready in a few minutes. And really good value.
T. P.
Coffee ☕ is very good and the mini doughnuts are great but because of lack of staff the cleaning up of the are was non existent
E. M.
Sevices very good breakfast was lovely and fresh x
C. M. G.
Really nice coffee bit the Boston creme and timbits were dry and hard. If you're going to sell stale pastries, reduce them. Also, the soft chairs need a really good clean.
J. D.
First impressions were good. Enjoyed the experience
S. R.
I absolutely love this place! Vegetarian options are the tastiest I've tried from a cafe shop! Their egg muffins are amazing and their coffee is too die for! Staff are amazing and fast! One of the best places I've been too! We need a branch in London! Happy to live off their food forever! I might have an addiction to coming here it's that's good 🤣
P. M.
I'm not normally a fan but the Oreo iced Capp was gorgeous.
T. C.
Me and my partner came in to get coffees during our belfast stay it had been a long g day and went up to order coffees and a woman shouted out our coffees but I'm sure sure thought we were from belfast but aggressively said it to us again about what coffees were...
I had to go up again the 2nd time to get the cappinchino coz it was watery the 1st one. The 2nd one was nice and thr guy micheal staff member was friendly towards me and made me a fresh cappinchino. 😊 thank you.
C. R.
Bacon cheese burger meal was great, but dear for all it is
L. F.
Love this place for breakfast. Before 11am breakfast and a drink for £1.99 always get the bacon bap plenty of bacon and also get a hash brown which I don't normally like but really enjoy from here 😁
G. C.
Sooo cheap and worth it! Defo will be my new place to eat!
P. L.
Opens early for a nice coffee to kick start the day
M. T.
Was a little bit grubby when there, my food was nice but the coffee wasn't great
T. B.
Lovely little coffee shop with a select lunch/snack menu to choose from. There wraps and potatoe wedges are particularly nice! The staff were also very lovely and threw in a few extra Tim bites into our box :)
m. c.
Just back from Canada...no maple syrup doughnuts in any timmies had to wait till I got back to belfast🤣🫓🇨🇦
M. R.
Not overly happy with our experience although when eventually ordered the food arrived swiftly. Not a great fan of these donuts to be honest.
N. S.
Coffee watery. Toilets not very clean and no toilet tissue
B. H.
Good spot. Although, if you order a burger without mayo, you'll most likely get it with mayo like I did - so beware. The frozen 'hot' chocolate is of particular note - basically a chocolate milkshake but colder - fantastic. I tried the frozen white 'hot' chocolate and it was really good. Friendly staff, wonderful location right beside my work, and good prices. What's not to love? Highly recommended!
L. R.
Great hot chocolate and donuts! Staff were very helpful
A.
Great donuts at a very reasonable price. You can buy a box of 6 for around £5.99 which is great value. Nice wee selection of hot dogs, toasties etc too. Long queues but the staff keep things moving so it's not as bad as it looks. Worth a visit just to try a donut and coffee!
R. G.
I love the Timbits and drinks but the service could be a lot better and as far as the food goes there is better places around it
M. M.
Service was lousey and I know we have screens up for staff protection but if you can't hear customer orders then you need to ask them to speak up or it falls apart completely and I know about hearing I wear hearing aids, the place just is not pleasant at all and sitting in you like to have crokery to have ur drinks not paper cups that are really flimsy and another thing check ur drinks as our order was completely up the left I wanted to complian but my friends didn't want any bother, ill not be back 🤢
B. A. R.
First visit and totally blown away. The customer service was amazing, the products that we had were amazing. Then, and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but a lovely bearded regional manager who was assisting went above and beyond. He overheard us trying to work out what was in a certain meal and he answered our query before we had asked. He spoke passionately about his job, the business and that store. Will definitely return!
M. A.
This is my favourite coffee shop! BUT.... I’m really disappointed to see how badly they’re performing with the covid issues. No one clearing tables. Therefore no one cleaning tables, and given only half the shop is available to use, this is a poor show having customers clean and sanitise their own area. Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for a cloth and had to locate some cleaning product. Been here 30 minutes already and tables dirty on arrival still remain dirty. Whilst staff enjoy their break at a table nearby, oblivious and carefree.
Come on Timmys, clean up. Do a good job and be proud.
L. G.
The staff are friendly and it's the cleanest cafe I've ever been to which is wonderful. The food is amazing when they get your order correct, but unfortunately that doesn't really happen often. I understand the stress of food service since I worked in a restaurant, and mistakes do happen and perhaps I'm just unlucky but I've had to send food back the past 3 times I've been for being incorrect and different to what the receipt says which is a shame because I hate wasting food.
m. m.
Tasty donuts service is quick enough. You order on the self service machines and pay then collect your order.
K. R.
Generally pretty good, Pleasant staff and a nice large seating area. But they could do with some extra staff to clean and wipe down tables and chairs and around the seating areas, At least at busier times. It hasn't put me off going back again but some of the seating areas can be pretty messy sometimes. Bits of food, Sticky tables, That sort of thing.
A. M.
Service good for good
we didn't know what time was closing time had only sat down a few minutes when a guy came from the area where toilets are Situated and shouted where closed leave now
Not even where closing in 5mins
Not even please
Had to lift our Coffee's and go
Not very professional
Very disappointed
M. B. W.
Bit expensive but deffinetly worth it! The doughnuts there are so much better than krispy kreme and I really wish there was a branch where I live 😁
a. Z.
Although it was a very afternoon, staff was friendly and efficient. Service was quick. The only downside is that the seating are was not very clean, but what can one expecr when it's extremely busy. Food and drinks, as always, up to Tim Hortons' standards!
M. Q.
Good clean coffee shop with friendly staff although I'm at a loss as to why they never seem to have any Boston creams left regardless of what time I've been. Is it a logistics thing? Coffee is of a good standard although I've been known to grab a bun and head elsewhere for a coffee (not a Boston cream, they had none left)
r. p.
This is a great coffee chain that also have a variety to there menu for people who may not overly prefer coffee making it easy to find somthing nice fore all taste and even somthing new to try. This is also back up by a rigorous and various foot and treat menu that tastes really nice and canr really go wrong with what you pick. There are various establishments in the belfast and greater belfast region in whiteabbey, he centre of Belfast and connswater so it is easily convenient to get to a chain if your about the area or travelling there and in my own option better quality and better priced than other competitors, the only thing I would say is try not to get addicted to it.
R. S.
I keep forgetting to catch his name or look at his badge but I think his name is Tony? (gray hair English accent) but you've an amazing worker. Always seems to brighten someone's day when he's serving. Well mannered and full of compliments! :)
C. S.
Lovely place, good tea and coffee for a reasonable price, good seating. Can’t wait for the drive-thru to open at Connswater soon. Downfall is that the service was quite slow and staff were cheeky. Girl behind counter seemed to have an issue when I asked for a bit of milk and the code for the toilet. Any other time I’ve been in the staff have been friendly, must’ve caught them today at an awkward time.
H.
Canadian coffee and donuts.
This is the first Tim Horton’s I’ve been in and I feel I’ve missing out. Coffee and a donut here is a lot cheaper than other coffee shops and tastes great. They also do hot food and other snacks which look good but I didn’t try.
Free wifi and pleasant atmosphere too, and right in the centre of Belfast.
Heartily recommend.
N. T.
Guys.... Stop getting my order wrong.. 's not hard to get a plain order right
K. C.
I lived in Canada for many years, and am delighted to have Tim Hortons here in Belfast. I would like to praise a female staff in the Fountain St. location. Her name is Paula....she greets customers pleasantly and efficiently and knows my order as I am a regular customer. When she is not attending to customers, she is always busy...cleaning etc. Always a pleasure to be greeted by her.
C. B.
Plenty of range and the pastries are to a high standard every time I've been in! Staff are friendly, and the coffee is good, if not a little hot. Better hot than cold though. Will be back.
J. C.
Just average overpriced fast (we'll relatively slow) food.Nothing to write home about.
R. T. G.
I went previous and a Camp auzzie guy served me. His people styles personality was top drawer. Very friendly helpful and engaging.. My thoughts are with you. Richie
C. B.
Tim Bits are ingenious! The iced capps are incredible however now that the colder weather is coming in I'll have to find another beverage of choice. The service is alright but the two times I've ordered hot food it has been wrong, I'm flexible so I didn't call it to their attention so maybe I'm part of the problem. They also need to be promoting their loyalty cards it wasn't until I was in recently I found out they had one. I'd probably have a full card or more at this point.
K. S.
Got a large latte (which is HUGE) and crispy chicken wrap. Both very nice. Was at lunchtime, so fairly busy but still plenty of seating - I think quite a lot were ordering to take away at this time
A. S.
Reminded me of Canada. Brilliant menu and ambience
A. P.
Tim Hortons is brilliant, good prices and coffee and food is really good. Nice comfortable surroundings to sit and enjoy
M. B.
Love going here. lots of seats to sit in very comfy! they have a sofa in the back by the door to the washroom(best place to sit) they have outside seating aswell. They have two bathrooms one is wheelchair accessible.they have a code to get into the washroom just ask any staff and they will tell you. Taste just like Canada's Tim Hortons. Fast and friendly service. I take my Nanny all the time she loves the Timbits. I hope they bring tea buiscuts they are my favorite item to get in Canada other than that the menu is pretty close to what they offer in Canada. Obviously Canada has bigger locations and can include more items even some of the locations inside malls have less of a selection so it's not just here in Belfast. They have the most common items here in Belfast that I would get back in Canada.I have never seen comfy chairs and sofas inside a Canadian Tim Hortons and I have not seen outside seating in Canada either. Could have them just not at any of the locations I've been to. Overall it reminds me of Canada. pleasant experience will be back of course.
G. H.
I love Tim Hortons. The coffee is phenomenal. The doughnuts while not wild and whacky are good solid classics (get an apple fritter and thank me later). Its clean bright and brilliantly located to the shops in Belfast.
L. E.
Canadian coffee! French Vanilla! Bias again being Canadian but I always get a warm feeling going into a Tim's. Food freshly made and delicious. Clean with friendly, helpful staff
A. V.
Good is better than other fast food joints in the city, and it's cheaper. Their potato wedges are really nice, but they run out of it often. And try French Vanilla while you're there.
M. M.
It's good place, but they don't use napkins
K. M.
Really nice, I enjoyed their wrap and ice tea.
E. T.
This is a very good coffee shop where you can get a very quick fix! The menu is vast, with breakfast and lunch items as-well as a lot of light snacks. The main event are the doughnuts and Timbits!!! They’re gorgeous!!! Tables are also generally clean and toilets hot or miss whether the code to get in will be working- always ask ur server just to be on the safe-side! Toilets are very clean although there can sometimes be a queue! Overall I would recommend Tim Hortons for anyone looking a good, cheap coffee! ^ET
C.
Always has amazing coffee and doughnuts
j. b.
Brought back memories of our time in Toronto as thought they were only in Canada. Cheap and tasty but wish they would do something about all their waste
L. M.
Good coffee at a good price. Enjoyed a maple donut with the coffee.
Have been at TH in lots of places from Vancouver to Calgary and this is no different.
s.
A little taste of Canada in Belfast. Love the coffee and donuts, maple is the way to go. Friendly staff good selection of coffee and sweet treats well worth a visit.
J. J. G.
I lived in Canada where I was first introduced to this coffee bar.
It is,in my opinion, the best .I like everything about it and was delighted when they opened in Belfast city center.I can't go into town these days without paying them a visit.
J. H.
Lovely experience. Choice of drink was a cold drink. The guy advised me on my choice which was very helpful
P. A.
Nice coffee, never waiting too long on our drinks/food. Enjoy using bluelight discount here
C. H.
Good donuts for good price. Usually pretty busy, but can almost always find a seat. Fun place to people watch with the big open windows looking out to city hall.
S. F.
First class service from courteous friendly staff. Excellent filter coffee. I use Tim's every day before work and cannot find fault with it.
H. W.
Had nice meal with my son. Service prompt and good value for what we ordered. I had a cheese and tuna melt with potato wedges along with coffee.
S. P.
Timmies is one of my fav coffee shops but it is usually on the busy side and can be a bit messy as they are short on floor staff. But for coffee and donuts they are top notch.
P.
3.49 for large cappuccino and pretty weighty breakfast wrap. Wow.
M. B.
Visited within the first week and what I experienced were what I can call "Teething problems." It happens to the best of us but I wouldn't complain. Americano is good and the maple donut is to die for. The iced cappuccino ended up being a more sluchie in the end after sucking all the liquid out. Maybe that product just isn't for me.
l. s.
Pretty neat place, would be nice if parking was nearby but can't complain with the quality of food and staff. It may be the only store in Northern Ireland currently and very busy, but it's definetly worth having a visit when you're in the city and have a half hour to spare.
M. B.
I have been going to Tim Hortons all my life and was shocked at the prices. Much too high for what you get.
o. m.
Didn't have all the options I'm used to but still delicious either way!
R. H.
Got the breakfast special. Breakfast wrap and hot drink. £2.49 very nice
p. R.
Compared to others food wasn't great and the coffee was cold by time food was ready. Also the cafe wasn't as clean as could be but it was a busy time. Overall it could have been better for the money.
i. m.
The food and coffee excellent. However, one has to sit outside and the tables are not cleaned at all. I cleaned my table as did others with napkins.
P. M.
As someone who lives in Canada and who is from Belfast, seeing my beloved timmies in the big smoke is amazing, though they only get 4/5 stars as they don't have actual mugs for dining in. Oh and you can't pay with a Tim's card 😂
A. G.
Need to make sure tables cleaned as after 3rd one asked them to clean. Especially with covid
M. C.
Staff are great here. The meal deals are what you would expect from a fast food type establishment - just ok. However the coffee and apple fritter doughnuts are really good.
J. M.
Best food, price and customer service you could find.
L. A.
Love Tim hortons latte and Tim bits very relaxed place to be after a hard day's work! Staff are fantastic and friendly took a diabetic turn and they were more than helpful fountain street tim hortons staff belfast are an amazing bunch a credit to you
V. W.
Ordered some timbits and a chicken sandwich meal. Chicken meal and drinks were amazing but found a long string of hair in 4th timbit, which put me off at the 4th timbit out of a 20 box. The first negative I've experienced so far
M. N.
Always super busy in the morning as you would expect. If you like coffee and something sweet in the morning try their dirty Double Double (large is approx £2); strong coffee with double cream and double sugar well mixed in.
D. s.
Mango Passion fruit cooler is worth try.But the staffs are not welcoming.most of the times i have not received what I had asked for.
m. m.
Really nice coffee/smoothie and tea service with freshly baked doughnuts and Timbits. Great for a sit in as they have a great selection of seats to cover everyone's preference.
P. C.
Price and food quality at its best!
P. G.
Excellent. Was in for a bite to eat. Got a coffee and breakfast bap. Absolutely delicious. Sausage egg bacon. Lovely. Friendly prompt service.
C. M.
I was in yesterday with my mum. Very quick service. Staff was lovely. My mums mouth was watering looking at all the doughnuts. She did have 4 lol.
S. F. S.
Dark roast with cream. Friendly staff. Not as cold and heartless as a lot of giant corporate establishments. The coffee tastes good and at a reasonable price.
M. F. M.
My son loves the timbits and mango coolers. Service is consistently friendly!
A. M.
Clean, comfy, with nice food and drink. Very good value breakfast deal!
S.
Great value if you catch the early breakfast on to 11am fantastic value staff friendly Recamended 😀
M. K.
Lovely donuts, nice tea, coffee too strong, crowded, pay at one till, get your order at another, not an easy place to negotiate your way through
A. F.
Lovely donuts, the coffee was good buy nothing I would rave about
C. G.
It looked like they were out of Canadian maple donuts, but we asked for them and got two tasty Canadian donuts fresh out of the oven. Amazing experience, highly recommended 🤤
K. C.
Nice wee coffee shop located in the centre of Belfast. Staff are very nice and are helpful. Food and hot drinks are very nice and the toilets are very clean, can be expensive though, but their food and drinks are very nice.
R. A.
Great food, grand coffee, nicely open and feels quite safe
N. M.
Gotta love Tim Hortons! Good coffee (even if they don't have the full menu). The staff know their stuff and are quite friendly.
E. C.
Had a really nice cheerful guy served us at the till today ,he was a breath of fresh air .Its a shame there isn't more people like him ,all my stars are for him .If you can, say a big thank you to him for us .
A. M.
Tim Hortons serves coffee, tea, doughnuts, Timbits (doughnut circles - the “holes” they cut out of the doughnuts) and a selection of hot foods. Everything is reasonably priced for a Belfast city centre coffee shop - a medium coffee is £1.49, a box of 6 doughnuts is £5.99. Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. I would highly recommend the Boston Cream doughnuts. They also sell souvenirs such as Belfast mugs.
S. R.
It's grand, for a quick grab and go, a better version of Costa or Starbucks.
F. M.
Good value , breakfast deals from 1.99 good coffee and donuts worth a visit
م. ا.
Great coffee and friendly staff, the best part is they close at 10 which is a great thing. There honey sweet is fabulous.
k. w.
Always love coming here great selection of food and I can enjoy a coffee with dairy free milk+the kids love the timbits 😆
B. F.
Love this place mainly for the drinks tho. All of them are outstanding from fruit smoothes to iced frappes I can never have enough 😁
C. C.
Good value for money
O. M.
Their Apple Fritter is the best donut in the business, hands down.
D. C.
Didn't know what to expect as it was my first time, but I'm not impressed. Like mcdonalds breakfast offer plus donuts and better coffee.
W. C.
Service good
Food OK
Staff friendly
J. S.
So glad they came to Belfast their small pieces of doughnuts are delicious in fact all the doughnuts are lovely lattes too
L. B.
It's one of my favourite places for hot chocolates whenever it's made proper. It's becoming more frequent that my hot chocolate is very watery and lacking taste.
t.
Disappointed by the bacon muffin. Price up every time I go in. Still a popular spot but just falls short of the Canadian version and find myself going much less than I used to.
Z. K.
Good place, cheap and central
N. M.
Nice location, the food is ok but quite limited. There seemed to be a few new staff so ordering was more confused than need be
A. A.
Nice cafe in good location.
Lots of staff behind the counter chatting while only one person serving though, so had to wait a while.
C. M.
Had lunch today in Tim Hortons today with my daughter
It was lovely. The coffee food and staff were all lovely
R. W.
Lovely food! Got the white hot chocolate and usually I don't like them but it was delicious!
L. S.
Awesome. Long queue but served quite quickly. Tasted just as I remembered from my visit to Canada. Iced capp is brilliant
J. H.
We visited Tim Hortons a lot on our first trip to Canada..this was out first time in the Belfast store and we were not disappointed
m. B.

Oh joy, a Tim Hortons in Belfast. We know this chain very well from our visits to Canada. The coffee is to die for!
G. L.
Expensive for the small portion of bland food. The coffee is great as always. Definitely won't be ordering a meal again though.
S. O.
Enjoyably good coffee and doughnuts but alas a victim of its own success as its too busy and never enough seats
A. L.
Im a canadian and thier donuts are pre made and shipped frozen. Im going to try this location anyways in March. NYC JFK has one also.
J. H.
Amazing coffee at great price-fixing it cost me £2 for a medium coffee and two small donuts!
Will definitely be back
s. d.
Drinks and pastries exactly the same as they are in Canada which is great. However the sandwich selection is lacking some of my favorites.
m. b.
Delicious donuts and coffee
j. k.
A little taste of Canada ...Very nice sweet treats ...dough nuts are their speciality if you like that sort of thing.
L. T.
Lovely staff, the view is nice an the windows are large and the French vanilla was delicious ...My new goal is to figure out what on earth it's made of.
A. M.
Needs a good clean!
G. G.
Been going there every morning top marks cheaper, then the rest.
B. W.
It's a decent cafe with tasty donuts too. Wouldn't be my top cafe but certainly not bottom either.
M. A.
They make the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted! Timbits are nice for small bites.
D. Q.
Amazing donuts and coffee. The most friendliest staff who are more than competent and keep a very clean cafe.
B. “. B.
The staff in here need to go on a' feel happy' course because I've never come across more miserable staff in my life they also get your order wrong quite frequently
P. T.
Good for morning breakfast
L. B.

C. B.
My favourite part of the morning - the staff are lovely, and so is the maple latte.
