A really fantastic local business! I recently bought a drip coffee machine and being clueless, I emailed to ask these guys for help in picking the type of grind I needed. Luke replied straight away with loads of helpful info and telling me to use filtered water on my machine. I ordered some coffee straight away from them (kahuna), which arrived so quickly and is the best coffee I have ever had! I highly recommend them! I also love the branding and that the packaging is 100% compostable.

What a great space this is, as well as being the roasterey for what is probably the best coffee in Bournemouth, the complex is filled with makers studios, a yoga lounge, catering units and more. They have events on sometimes but it isn't open to the public on a day to day basis so best to check on the badhand Instagram or website

I really can't rate this business highly enough!! They are just wonderful and go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. Thank you Bad Hand and Rach especially for hand delivering my replacement coffee to Wimborne that the royal mail seem to have lost. As for the coffee...be warned...you will never be able to enjoy any other brand of roasted coffee...it's outstanding! TP

Delicious coffee, fair prices, great customer service. I've had several bags of coffee from Bad Hand over the past year or so and they've all been great. They offer some fixed options and a rotating selection of new coffees, which means getting to try something new every so often. Although I do miss some of the ones that go! (RIP Dawn Patrol). If I could afford to, I'd buy coffee only from Bad Hand. It tastes great, they're an ethical business, they're local to me and the coffee is definitely fairly priced - I just get through so much now I'm making filter coffee every day, so I buy some supermarket coffee too. The difference in smell is huge though, when opening a bag of Bad Hand coffee beans compared to a supermarket bag. I once bought a kilo bag from Bad Hand to take camping and opening it each morning was a highlight. Bad Hand's customer service is also excellent. I recently bought a Wilfa Svart CGWS-130B grinder from them - at £120 inc free coffee it's a great deal. They regularly updated me during the global shortage of Wilfa Svart grinders, and once available they personally delivered it to me using their electric van, even though I live half an hour away. One final note - their high-caffeine and half-caffeine blends are a such a great idea
