A+++ This is Brighton part of town that is very trendy. This cafe/store is the perfect place 👌 for it. The staff is very chill, helpful, good food, great coffee. On the customer side it's easy to see that everybody is speaking to anyone …

This place has heart! A French owner and fine food in a quirky, odd, loveable environment. Truly unique. Community is alive here 💞

Cosy little place in Kemptown. A shop and a coffee in one in a good way. It has its own style, definitely not one in a dozen. The French onion soup was delicious. Highly recommended.

Absolutely 5 stars place for brunch. I love the atmosphere of the cafe. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The foods are amazing with a lot of variety and the coffee is very lovely! Definitely recommended place.

A pleasant little place for anytime of the day.
With a relaxing atmosphere and friendly members of staff; you couldn't really ask for much more from a highstreet café.☕
I'm no food critic; but here's my take:
Taste: You might find yourself wanting more.
Presnetation: Rather well plated for a café!
Price: Your wallet will be kind of full; much like yourself.
There's also a shop inside the shop. 🛍️
The 🚻 is at the rear-right of the place.
Have a nice day! 👣

My friend and I felt so welcome and relaxed in this cafe. The cafe is set in a small building with individual antique/vintage/retro units around the edge. I went for a wander while waiting for my order. The menu has a good selection of food and drink and staff were friendly. Service was fairly good, although a couple of items were lost in progress. This was quickly rectified when mentioned and it didn't spoil our visit. We went there twice during the weekend!

Quirky café à la Francaise tucked away in deepest Kemptown encompassing a vintage emporium and a tarot reading if required. I liked the relaxed atmosphere. My avocado and poached egg with side salad was superb. I shall return. There is also a tie with the New Steine Hotel which also serves delicious French meals with an excellent range of french wines rarely served elsewhere. Superb.

Absolutely delicious and great value full English breakfast.

Wonderful cafe! Ignore grumpy guts Theresa's review she's being overly negative. Fabulous food, warm welcome and unique friendly continental vibe. Cafe combined with second-hand store so lots of fun to look around and hunt for bargains after breakfast. A must visit Kemptown spot!

Food was OK, but quite expensive for what you get. 2 bacon and egg sandwiches and 2 coffees for £24.
