Why did I only discover you now?!
Best fresh pancake in town. Cool vibe, retro, hippie atmosphere. Friendly staff! Not sure why they charge £1 more for a vegan option?!

Such an incredible place. So small yet so popular. We had to wait a little while for a table but once we were sat it was brilliant. I got myself a hazelnut soya latte and a biscoff milkshake that was to die for. So many options for pancakes on the menu and I chose the American Dream which comprised of 3 fluffy pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, blueberry compote and maple syrup. So much food but oh my so good! I could not eat another bite when finished but it was amazing. The eggs were just heavenly as well. If I'm ever in Brighton again, I would definitely return.

Great atmosphere and decoration and delicious food! It was really worth the wait. The only bad points was the waiting time and the toilets. But everything else was fantastic. I will definitely go there again

Nice place and great pancakes !
Had a iced matcha latte and my boyfriend get a hot chocolate (but it wasn't hot at all unfortunately). The service was a bit slow but the pancake was really go so I think it worth it. I recommend this place, I was in the lil garden behind and it was nice !! I think that the service could be better...

Awesome pancakes and bagels. Love the fact you can make it all vegan as well. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back.

Love this place. Homemade fresh pancakes. Warm, friendly staff, retro decor. We came on a Sunday around midday and had to wait outside a little while to get in but it's worth it.

The best, fluffiest vegan and GF pancakes I’ve had since I’ve been vegan! Hands down the best! Had it twice in the last week whilst in Brighton 😅, not the best for New Years resolution but it was totes worth it! Go early! The wait is long sometimes :)

A boutique and hipster style pancake cafe. It has a local vibe.
The pancakes are freshly made and come in varieties of fruit, chocolate and savoury style. Staff are lively and friendly.
Pancakes can take time to cook especially if the place has back orders and is busy but this is due to the pancakes being made fresh, rather than ready made and put together.
Spare an hour or two for a visit.

Authentic place if you love pancakes. Prepared fresh there and then! Menu also includes Bagels and sandwiches
