M. Z.It's very nice hot chocolate powder and tea... but what I absolutely enjoyed about my visit to the actual shop was the staff.
Well there was really just 1 woman in there but she was an absolute delight. She was incredibly kind and helpful and while it might be part of the general shop experience, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
As another plus you are able to get samples of things you are interested in to see if you like them before buying them.
Definitely recommend going there and getting yourself at least 1 tub of hot chocolate powder. It is worth the money.

M. C.Not a fan of tea , but got a gift for my nephew today for his birthday.Firstly , me and my fiance were amazed by the ladies who helped us to choose the selection of teas. One particular lady looked like she came out of a poster from 1870s , her hair, the way she dressed was fascinating. The Amazing costumer service that both of staff members offered was exceptional. We had the feeling that we could talk with them for hours and they would still be same excited to help us out. Amazing store , amazing staff , even if we have Whittard shop here in London , we defenentlly will come back to Brighton.

Clean store with welcoming, friendly staff!
