Ground floor of The Galleries. Plenty of seating inside and outside in the mall. Nice mug of tea, scone rather small and slightly hard but satisfactory. Very reasonable price considering the location. Staff friendly. Accessibility not a problem.

A nice coffee shop located in the Galleries shopping centre. Plenty of seating outdoors to watch the world go by. My partner had an egg sandwich and chips which he enjoyed, I had a gingerbread rudolf biscuit and a gingerbread latte. Sadly not five star as the gingerbread latte was far too strong and I couldn’t even drink the entire drink.

Although not a quaint village café, this very busy Mal eatery efficiently provides a wide variety of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff were cheerful and helpful.

Actually love the chilli con carne jacket potatoes here litreally taste like the original m and s cafe ones🥰 only down side is the coffee is way to strong for my liking ordered a mocha ended up with basically just a coffee with a hint of chocolate.. I prefer half and half.. Worth a visit though well presented and nice atmosphere.. Checkout lady was a bit bland though tried to have a laugh with her and she didn't say much.. Other than that pretty good place to chill, drink and eat highly recommend

I really like this coffee shop. I often have my lunch break here. I enjoy the sofas in the middle of the shopping centre as they are comfortable and I can people watch. I think the food is really yummy but it is slightly on the high side for pricing. They sell tango ice blasts and some really good milkshakes so I will let them off on the food costs. A nice place to meet with friends and have a chat. The staff are always lovely and greet everyone with a smile. It would be nice if I could get a bus driver discount then I would go there even more. But that's just me being cheeky.

Me and my fiance eat here every other week. It's a touch expensive for what we order, but I'm happy to pay it because of the great service, attention to detail and cleanliness of the cafe. Nice, polite and helpful staff too. A great place to grab a brew, snack, pastry or full meal.

Pretty cool place. I've liked almost everything I've had there. A bit on the pricey side in my opinion but still pretty good. One of the few places in cribbs to get a real smoothie. Place was clean and customer service is great. We will definitely be back!

Always reasonably priced for decent portions. Tables are sometimes left for a while before being cleared, but service is often quick, friendly, and accommodating - I once accidentally put salt in my pot of tea because I didn't look at the packet and they replaced it without any fuss. One of the only places you can get a Tango Ice Blast outside of a cinema.

Great restaurant! visited three times in three days , tasty food , quickly prepared ( the first day my food got to the table before me) , friendly helpful staff , and kind on the pocket. Visited twice on my own and once with a child , the atmosphere was always great and the surroundings clean and tidy , food always hot and tasty . Next time we're in Bristol I'll be going back...

Smart and clean with plenty of seating, including outside in the main shopping centre. Like all Boswells', u know what u r getting - very friendly service, good choice of food - only downside is it's a little bit pricey. I was glad to see Boswell's arrive in The Galleries.

Regularly come here when in Bristol shopping. Always a good latte and great selection of biscuits, it's great if you like a strong cup of tea - as they provide a very small jug of milk which is only half full! That's the only thing I could say negatively really, always clean, staff always happy, helpful and ready to serve.

Very conveniently located in the shopping center next to a wide range of shops. Nice counter service. Trays are in a niche partway round the counter by the way. I searched for them so you don't have to. They do filter coffee which is better for digestion than hardcore espresso. On the lower level of the Galleries. One thing - don't use the Galleries car park unless your car is small and you have nerves of steel. The internal bends are tighter than those on a 1930s fairground rollercoaster. I came on the Metrobus - made me feel eco - no parking cost or hassle.

A massive shout out to Jamie and Kitty!!! After a particularly bad day for me, I came here to chill out a lil bit and charge my phone, so I ordered a small hot chocolate and went to sit down, but of course, luck would have it that my bag fell off my shoulder and made me spill my drink everywhere. This immediately just made me burst out in tears, so I went back up to counter to try and ask someone for help. Jamie was first to notice and was incredibly reassuring the whole time and Kitty helped clean up and made me another hot chocolate for free (with plenty of cream and marshmallows!) There was an employee who I assume was on her break sat on a table nearby who also helped to reassure me, though I didn't get her name. You guys were absolutely amazing and really cheered me up after a really bad day! Thank you!
