J. P.Busy but clean store, probably because the sun was out, efficiently dealt with a queue of customers, service, flat white coffees and chocolate brownies were good, always seems to be the same blonde female member of the team working hard when i visit.. will return soon.

H. M.I ordered through the click and collect option via the app, walked straight into the restaurant and my order was ready at the collection point. A member of staff made sure I got my order, he was very polite, friendly and helpful. When ordering on the app it was easy to use and simple to understand. The only feedback I would give about the app is that it should have a comment section where customers can tell the member of staff any allergies that they may have. Overall, great experience will definitely recommended it whether eating in or takeaway.
A. M.Nice clean shop with a great view of college green, the dink I got (it was a raspberry fruit cooler) was great In taste. The drinks collection was out the way so wasn't immediately obvious but staff were very quick to point me in the right direction. Overall, a great experience
K. c.Fair price and espresso was good. I ordered for take away but there was a bit of confusion as I was there with a friend and we ended up getting drinks for in house instead, but we understood the confusion as it was quite busy in there. Cozy place and good location!

D. V.Got an ice capuchino and cold brew coffee for the 50p event. The capuchino was nice but the cold brew felt very weak. The staff looked really tired and there were drinks lined up on the side of the till that no body knew who it was for. The covid restrictions were great but there were a lot of people in the shop and felt a little unsafe. Great location with lovely bookshelf thou!

V. J.Stopped here with my 6 year while hubby went to a meeting, due to covid patrons are limited so we were lucky to get a table for an hour. It's much bigger than you think, there is a huge room at the back, beautiful high ceiling, nice and warm - it was cold and raining outside

C. M.I will always go for a Costa (if no independent cafe nearby). This Costa has lots of seating and offers good service. The Costa menu is consistent. I always generally have a positive Costa experience.

R. C.Friendly staff, lovely place to sit and chat to friends. Variety of hot drinks and cakes, and some panini's and sandwiches all of which are at a good price for their quality. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an afternoon snack or lunchtime meal.
t. k. (.the guys behind the counter never smile and that ruins my good mood. I was there more than once, but I've never met a happy person in that café. (Nevertheless, the coffee is good)
H. V.Tea is always luke warm in these places. Probably so that they don't get sued. Bit dead for the time of day I went in. Stock was low at the till and staff also not present when I walked in. Polite and helpful enough.
K. R.Was ignored by staff for about 5 minutes ( I was the only person waiting) but overall a nice place, A standard Costa. (Though they do tend to burn the milk so may be worth while asking them to make it a bit cooler)
B. b.Visited today for takeaway lattes, the friendliest staff who answered all my questions about the process of coffee making in Costa and ran through all the syrups with me and my friend with no problem. Great experience, would 100% visit again

S.Looking down at my drink I'm put in mind of last weekend's excesses - the spiced apple tea is a ringer for a steaming glass of lemon Lemsip and it takes all my effort to swallow the urge to bring breakfast back up. Changing sensory inputs I closed my eyes and took a deep breath - Christmas wrapped me in a soft blanket and the world flip-flopped back into position. As the sun warmed my closed lids I could imagine any coffee shop in Western Europe and dropped into a couple. All too soon a tap on the shoulder dragged my daemon back to College Green, dad's taxi now leaving as the nipper insists on home without sparing the horses. Breathe. Small things. I'm sure there's no tea in it though.
A.Always good service and the staff are very attentive towards orders I.e. when you want a non dairy coffee option! Great place to get on with some work for a few hours
