Easily my favourite boba place in Bristol! Love the natural fruit flavours and how they're always coming out with new exclusive flavours. The staff have always been really lovely and more than happy to answer any questions you might have. Always an enjoyable experience :)

This location of Cupp's stands is my main location i buy my bubble tea if i am buying one. Their app works well and i always order prior to arriving. The quality is great and staff are also very kind. *I would rate this 3.5 Stars due to the price. They charge 4£ for a normal warm tea with tapioca; the more annoying part is that they charge "extras". They charge you extra for the tapioca (when ordering a bubble tea?) They charge extra to warm the tea? 🤔 They even charge extra if you ask for "No Ice"😵 What Next? Charge extra if you want a straw 😅 Due to their prices i made the research needed and now i make my own warm bubble teas with tapioca at home 👌

Very yummy bubble milk tea, and friendly and efficient service! Had a large taro milk team(oolong, less ice and sugar, pearls) and the matchataro. Matcha tasted more towards the commercialised, slightly bitter, side, which wasn’t to my taste, which is why I’ve always stuck with the taro that never disappoints!

One of the best bubble teas I have had in a while! Staff were knowledgeable about the different flavours and suggested I tried a brown sugar tea with tapioca. Very fast service, great to see paper straws and a beautiful branding design! And the staff were in high spirits which was great to see, especially with the weather being so dire. Only 4 stars as the price is a little too expensive!

I have to admit I was a bubble tea "virgin" till this visit but after elaborate and no very clear idea of what's the difference in them all I chose Matcharo and you know - now I understand the craze about it all! Possibilities are endless and can altered to invisible taste. Can't wait to try more, although, would encourage staff to check 'check-in they been there before to assist customers ordering something really crazy 😀 Definetly getting there loyalty card and app to pre-order in advance.

I love this place so much, it's my favourite bubble tea place in Bristol! I walk past about three other places after work to come here, the team are so lovely, they always greet me with a wave and a smile, and even when it's super busy they're always kind and calm and make the drinks to perfection!

There was a queue when I first approached CUPP! But it was definitely worth a very short way for a bubble tea! Didn’t really engage with the staff, just far too busy; but was friendly and helpful. Part of the pop up eateries around Bristol. What a stunning idea. Hats off to the people behind this concept. It’s fab!

This place is very lovely and unique. They sell Milk tea, fruit tea, and some noodles, snacks. We came at the very busy period. Everyone have to wait at least 20 minutes including queuing time. Staffs are friendly although they missed out the orders for some people sometimes. The reason I gave 3 stars was the drinks we had ordered was very disappointing. I ordered a Matcha milk tea and it was tasteless just like water... also we had a mango fruit tea, which was also very tasteless, the tapioca made it slightly better but still... :( Everything worth the experience except the drinks, It could be so much better!!!

Not bad, and the staff were friendly. The design of the shop is quite unique, which I also like. However, I’m something of a bubble/boba/pearl milk tea connoisseur (read: addict), and I’ve had much better-tasting tea at all reasonable sweetness levels from many other places. The pearls aren’t too bad though. That said, I would still recommend this place to anyone but my addict friends, it’s worth a go! Just know that it isn’t representative of a true bubble tea. P.S. their new bamboo fibre straws are awful imho. But if it’s good for the environment, I’m glad they’ve switched to that.

Don't bother ordering if they have 2 or more orders on the go. It took FOREVER to get our order (2 drinks). It's a shame because the drinks are great... it just takes way too long :(

Reasonable price for an interesting take on bubble tea. More fruity options which are healthy and delicious, have been quite a few times when I'm around. The noodles are decent but sticks and broth wins out there I'm afraid, but still recommended with a good set lunch deal :D

Cupp sells some if the nicest bubble tea I've ever tried. Their original milk tea is delicious when paired with tapioca and popping bubbles, and their fruits teas are refreshing. They also do a very reasonable meal deal which is very nice on a budget. The noodles are always tasty and filling and the staff will be able to help you with any recommendations. The shop near St Nick's market has a few more options than the pop up near Cabot. Pick up a loyalty card because you're probably gonna be back.

I’ve been visiting CUPP for years, before all the other bubble tea branches opened up in Bristol. Their taro is top notch, I’ve had it from London, Cardiff, Birmingham, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and none of them beats CUPP’s taro!
