Lovely coffee shop with a range of snacks, cakes and also a nice selection of breakfast choices. Staff have always been polite and helpful, and the cafe itself is a nice place to sit and enjoy.

Only two people serving but both were very polite and friendly. Influx of customers caused a bit of a flurry but they coped well. One thing I would say though is that the place could do with a good window cleaner. Very messy windows. Good choice of reasonably priced food and drink.

My coffee shop go to, not enough people know about this place! They have a wide range of dairy free options which all taste delicious, their food is of a high quality and drinks refreshing. Service is always super friendly and quick! 😊

Slightly strange location sort of nestled on the edge of a car park but good coffee and a nice range of breakfasts, toasties and jacket spuds - so light brunch/lunch and nothing too heavy. The service was good but the wait for a cheese toastie and a jacket spud was quite long. Nearly half an hour. We were warned but it wasn’t particularly busy. When the food arrived it was hot, fresh and tasty though. The coffee was good too.

A nice local coffee shop. The coffee is always nice from Esquires and then sell good quality food too which caters for most dietary requirements. Esquires has nice decor and friendly staff.

We've been a few times recently and I think the management has changed. 1st we went, I ordered waffles. I got 1 waffle and some honey. I've had this on previous visits and it always came with 2 waffles, honey, fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Was very disappointed. The floors and tables were in need of cleaning but there didn't appear to be many staff to hand. It's a shame as I've always enjoyed visits in the past.

Honestly I can't speak more highly of the place. I really like it here and is the best coffee shop on the centre. The hot chocolate is a personal favourite of mine now and I'd be surprised if either Corrine or Amelia wouldn't be able to choose something from the menu themselves that I would enjoy. I do go a lot! Always such a lovely team and nothing is to much trouble for them! Will defo come back! 😍 Shame it was closed yesterday ...!?

Excellent coffee and outstanding food. Not many places do a great Eggs Florentine but these guys know what it's about. Hollandaise sauce is the best I have had, poached eggs to perfection and really nice bread. Also poached eggs on smashed avocado on toast was to die for, nice touch with the sliced tomato and chilli flakes too. Cannot recommend enough. They do a nice strong Cortado too. My favourite place for coffee.

I used to love popping in here once a week. It was my own little treat, enjoying a bit of time to myself. The staff we super friendly, the place was always clean and tidy, not too busy. But I was popping in mid afternoon on a Tuesday. If I was passing through Yate again I would definitely stop by to enjoy the tranquility this coffee shop offers and to food is tasty too

Really enjoy this place! A bit bored of the food on offer at the other well known coffee shops - popped into Esquires for lunch, great breakfast & lunch menu on offer. I expected a cold roll but it came out hot, toasted with a side salad and crisps. Coffee was spot on. Really nice decor & vibe and staff are friendly too. Hope it stays around as it's miles better than the high street places.

A great stop if you wanna get a coffee and cake near the shopping mall. Looked very nice inside. Unfortunately, they only do takeaways due to the Covid-19 situation. Despite of this, the young gentleman who works there was super cheerful. Well done for him! Also, the muffin I had was really delicious. The coffee was ok. I do recommend the place!

Me and my mum are regular customers of esquires and we usually think it's a fantastic place. We always enjoy our coffee and cake. However today was a different story. I popped in to order a takeaway sandwhich, two cakes and a drink. The lady serving me under charged me and when I questioned it she said it was fine. ( I was charged £3.75) 30 seconds later she calls me back to confirm that I had actually been under charged. My full total for my order was £12. They then went to charge me £12 when I had already paid £3.75! When I raised this issue another assistant apologised and offered to refund the £3.75 I paid in cash ( I thought this was strange because I thought she would of offered to put this back on my card because I paid by card). The young lady who had undercharged me was told by the assistant to hand me £3.75 in change but only handed me 0.75p! I then felt embarrassed because I had to ask for the other £3. Overall going into esquires today was a disaster which was a shame as it's usually the most lovely place.

This place has been open for a while now and I'm so annoyed that I've wasted money in Costa or Starbucks. Honestly this place has the best tasting coffee in Yate and the customer service is charming. It can get crowded because it's popular with the Yate locals who know this place is better than the other standard coffee shops around. I highly recommend that if you fancy a treat whether it be GF or traditional desserts and a delicious coffee, definitely go here instead of the other venues.

Fabulous. Friendly helpful staff. Not just a snack coffee house but organic, tasty, healthy menu. Tables in & outside. May be a little difficult for wheelchairs due to small spaces, but all on ground floor & has bathroom. Allows dogs!! Easy access parking with other attractive shops. Very close to Yate shopping centre!

Lovely coffee - the best I've had in Yate by far but it is quite expensive. Service was a bit slow for our breakfast order. Nice interior and relaxed feel. Not enough seating as gets busy on a Saturday!

Went here for coffee on Tuesday...coffee is always good,very pleasant atmos too. Today (Thursday) realised I had mislaid my wallet and was extremely relieved to be told that it was at Esquires,intact with the £55 cash within. Left the staff with a £10 note ..which I thought was a small way of saying thankyou.Restores your faith in human nature.Many thanks to the staff and who ever handed it in..
