We were shopping around in the Mall and decided to order online using their app. Their app works extremely well and staff were very quick when preparing orders but also extremely kind. Drink taste very nice and definitely fresh. Will definitely be getting another bubble tea next time we are at the mall.

I tried it for the first time and it immediately became my new go to bubble tea place in Cardiff! They uses high quality fresh ingredients and you can definitely taste the difference. It even taste better than some of more well known chains that I've tried before in other big cities. Very reasonably priced with good range of choices. The environmental friendly packaging & bamboo straw is also an added bonus. Although do be aware that they do not take cash payment.

Happened to pass it on holiday to Cardiff. It was the only bubble tea shop that I saw had peach milk tea. I was surprised how good it was. Peachy and creamy, it did not taste like tea but a nice dessert. 👌 I will travel 4 hours to come back here if I have to. The one nearer to me in Gannts Hill branch which I had 3 days later was bitter and tastes like dishwater. Even though it is the same company.

Quite disappointed... I ordered a Large Hot Matcha Green Tea with Tapioca, but received a small... I shook it off and didn't bother asking for it to be remade, but the one thing that really ruined it for me was the gritty texture of the tea, it felt like drinking sandy tea, perhaps it wasn't shaken enough, I tried to stir it with the provided straw but it didn't make much of a difference. By the looks of it, they have new workers and lack experience, service was quite slow considering there were only 3 people in the queue. I dont mind waiting longer than usual as long as it's made properly and correctly. Will give it one more go when I go out to Cardiff, hopefully it will not happen again.

Me and a friend had visited Cardiff 3 times in the range of 4 days to try find a good tasting boba place, went to a total of 5 places and Cupp Boba was the only one that we enjoyed. We were tempted to stay in our hotel room to carry on with our needed nap, but are more than glad we got off our butts and decided to come here. Tapioca is good, not to soft and not too hard, and the milk tea’s were so good. Please come here!!

Amazing bubble teas...My family all tried different flavours and they were all amazing Lovely helpfull staff All organic fresh ingredients and biodegradable cups and bamboo straws were fab. Also offer bring your own cupp. Will be back soon
