Saved again just now by the great ingenious mechanic here, who sorted out a faulty pedal for no charge when I came in without an appointment. Do expect to pay usually, but do also expect good value and expertise - and nice cafe with nice staff also. Essential place.

Best coffee I've tasted in a coffee shop for a long time! We hadn't been able to get into the national museum at half term with our grandchildren because we hadn't booked in advance. This cafe saved the day with a good atmosphere and good food for our lunch.

I love this little cafe! The staff are brilliant, always smiling. It's a lovely place to work and study and has a good selection of different snacks and foods. The cakes are delicious and the porridge is very yummy. Coffee is never a let down, especially compared to the nearby coffee places. They also make a cute little bicycle on the top of the foam if you have a cappuccino. In house WiFi is relatively good but not super trustworthy - you have to re login every hour or so.

I m just passing over the shop. The concept of coffee shop integrated with repairing bike is amazing. Really good vibe inside of the shop. the owner also give me some suggestions for buying a second hand bike. Would come again for sure

Cosy and welcoming cafe. Nice cake options and a mixture of cold/hot and alcoholic drinks (San Miguel is the only one on tap as far as I can tell). It's also a place where local language exchange groups meet up, so an extra social element for those interested. Recommended.

My friend showed me the place that thinking I might like it. I actually Love the Butternut Squash Cake. The owner was welcoming, a nice and cosy bicycle shop! Should swing by and visit when you’re visiting locally near National museum.

Lovely cafe. Really friendly people. Feels good being around the bike stuff too and parking the fixie inside. The guy who does bike repairs is very chatty and helpful as well as the staff in the cafe part. I like that they are happy to discuss the pros and cons of fixing an old wreck of a bike. I felt they understood that I didn’t want to scrap a bike because it’s too costly to repair. More flexible than the big bike shops.

If you're a cyclist this is definitely the place to visit. Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff always ask how was your day , where you've been, where you're going. They provision very well for bikes such as bike stands inside.

Very nice atmosphere, good old fashioned music and pleasant staff which attract a good crowd. Also a good place to sit and study with fast internet, I achieved 115 Mbps during my visit. The I am by no means a coffee connoisseur but the coffee was good in my opinion.

Excellent place which breathes love for cycling. Felt right at home. Whether to grab a drink, watch cycling, get my bike fixed or just to hang out, I could imagine myself dropping by regularly if this place was closer by. Recommended!

Just on the fringe of Cardiff's Civic Centre, this is a really pleasant and comfortable venue. Run by cyclists very much with cyclists in mind (to the extent that there's a 3-slot cycle rack inside!) there is also a warm welcome for pedestrians too 😁. Sells a nice variety of snacks and drinks and, with a workshop 'round the back, a selection of spare parts! Well worth a visit.

If ever there was an idea that's time has come - this is it. If you ride a bike in Cardiff, live the cycling lifestyle no matter what your age, this is the place to go. A breath of classy fresh air that deserves to succeed. I broke a spoke. I could have fixed it in my sleep if I'd a spare but I worked out my time was better spent in front of my computer letting the mechanics at I Want to Ride My Bike fix it while I got onto solving my client's problems. They make it very difficult to leave without first experiencing a cup of their excellent coffee. It was doubly interesting to me, a salesman, to be sold- to professionally. "Do you want a piece of our excellent Carrot Cake to go with the Latte Sir". Well why the bloody hell not. It was excellent and the wheel is still true. You have got to try this place.

Pricey but convenient. Not rammed for the closeness to the Uni. Hot chocolate ok but nothing different to what you get elsewhere for the price. The blend with a cycling shop was different and gives a specific feel to it..cyclists will like that bit I think.

I did not go over as the title of the shop made me think it was a bike shop!.From the gallery across the way very few came over . The word cafe is too small to notice esp after thinking it is a bike shop I looked away . My husband knew it was a cafe so we went over.
