Absolutely lovely sweet food which I hadn't had before. I thought it was a little on the expensive side untill it came and it was huge. The young lady wasn't the most welcoming but she did offer to tell me what the the differences were. I will definitely have one again but a small one!

Go and get some cookie dough from here, immediately. My first visit ever and I will 100% be going back for more! Hot cookie dough, cold ice cream and whipped cream = heaven. Surprised to see a few reviews below about robotic and unfriendly staff, not the experience I had. There was no-one queueing when I attended which was nice, so I went straight up to the counter and asked for a cookies 'n' cream stack. The guy serving on the till was very friendly, not so upbeat it was weird, but just normal and nice. He took my payment and answered my query regarding the same, then offered me hand sanitiser if I wanted it, and told me it'd be about 5 minutes. I had absolutely no issues with the service, and when the other guy who made the stack for me brought it over, he was friendly too and told me that he hoped I enjoyed it. All in all a positive experience. Food wise, oh my goodness it was amazing. I cannot believe I've not been there before. I chose cookies n cream to have a little bit of everything, and it was everything I wanted it to be! Layers of milk chocolate dough, crushed oreos, cream cheese frosting, brownie dough, whipped cream, chocolate sauce & ice cream. Amaaaaazing. So indulgent and dirty but absolutely worth it. I would recommend to anyone who'll listen to me 🍪😍

Lovely place. I ordered a "mega stack" and it was great! Delicious layers of Oreos, cookie dough, chocolate cake, and more with chocolate sauce over it and yummy ice cream! Customer service was fantastic too! Note: Not a sit in place, you can get a takeaway box to take home or a box to eat there while walking around the shopping centre. I took off a star because: 1. The stack I ordered was called ***** Chocolate Stack, not exactly suitable. 2. The products were overpriced - £7.50 for a mega stack which isn't even that big and £4.50 for a normal cookie dough. A little pricey don't you think? 3. The customer service was fab as I mentioned above, however we intended to take our purchase home but they gave us a stack to eat right there on the go. That was our fault though as we forgot to mention. The guy was wonderful, scooped our dough clean into a takeaway box and packaged the ice cream into little tubs for no extra cost.

Despite the fact the staff all look dead inside + the prices are quite high, lumps of salt, flour and sugar doused in chocolate is actually very delicious. I'd eat it every day if my gut bacteria would allow it - alas.

The best cookie dough I’ve ever tasted. I come here at least once a month. It’s even better now that it’s expanded and has many more options! Would have rated it 5 If the service improved. Not necessarily with the waiting time but if the staff at least smiled!

Slowest service I’ve ever seen in my life. Staff look like they’ve just had a funeral. Dreadful. I absolutely love the food but prices are too high for what I get.
