This cafe was recommended to me by my hairdresser, so I popped in for some lunch. The staff are friendly and the jacket potato was really nice and a decent size, their homemade coleslaw is delicious. Very reasonably priced. I'll be back when baby arrives! Thanks!

Lovely atmosphere, very homely. Good selection of foods, more then I was expecting. All freshly baked goods too. I ordered a panini and white chocolate, both were hot when served and delicious. Staff were friendly too. Glad I've found this little hidden gem, right on my doorstop. Will defiently be a regular there now.

I pass this on a regular basis and always thought I need to try this, well today was the day. Prices are in line with most cafes in town but the service is outstanding along with the quality of the food served. Very clean, very friendly, not rushed. Totally would recommend

What an amazing place, sandwiches are all way fresh and very tasty. I have always enjoyed a warm welcome and great service. If you find yourself in Colchester and are thirsty or hungry for a healthy well cooked meal I can’t recommend this place enough AMAZING

This couple try so hard any support they can get over this next month while its take away only, would be gratefully received. The bread and cakes are homemade and pre orders advised. There's a lovely takeout menu and buffet menu . Go check it out!

Ordered a chocolate birthday cake, during lockdown. Very yummy and light. Decided to add 2 cappuccinos which meant a bit difficult to carry and they carried the cake home (just 2 min walk) but above and beyond. Will definantly become a regular.

Emma and her team at Bakeoffee did the catering for our wedding and it was absolutely fantastic! We asked for a completely vegan buffet to feed 75 people which we were expecting to be a challenge but Emma took it all in her stride to provide a complete range of items which were all so delicious and went down a treat with the guests who didn't realise it was all vegan! The service was brilliant as it all arrived without me realising and was very reasonably priced! I can't recommend them enough!

First visit and a good one at that, friendly staff and a very well presented English breakfast sausages were good quality, wasnt the cheapest if your a penny pincher but I'd prefer quality over quantity, definitely will be visiting again.
