Fairly small but incredibly popular cafe. No inside seating due to the current COVID situation but lots of outside seating. Sells hot and cold drinks, breakfast style cobs, burgers, chips and cold cobs alongside cakes and really nice ice cream. Ice cream is excellent and really creamy, the sausage and egg cob was far bigger than expected and for £3.80 pretty good value for money. Cash only.

The tea rooms looked lovely on a warm spring day, lots of outside seating, great location...but unfortunately as it's CASH ONLY we weren't able to feed our young daughters or quench their thirst after a long walk. Obviously we had something in the bag for them, but in these post(during) covid/mobile signal days who doesn't accept card payments! Please update your online details to specify this! Or even better get a card reader, then we would love to revisit as the park is lovely, especially for kids bike rides

Only had a coffee, still not open for sitting inside though. I like that this hasn't changed much over the years, but, on the other hand, Darley Park is crying out for something a little better, even if it's just better coffee. Great location though

This place is so beautiful. Full of greenery and full of very mature bushes and a wide variety of trees. Lovely place for a walk. The tea rooms are lovely too.

Great little cafe in Darley Park. Seems to be very popular with visitors to the park. Busy today on my visit with my son and grand daughter. Good coffee and nice seating area to enjoy a break .Beautiful views. Ladies who serve at the cafe seem very pleasant and friendly. Worth a visit

Lovely gentle walk through the park, stopped for a good cup of tea, Covid measures have limited the seating arrangements even though it is all outdoors. Toilet facilities need attention but overall not a bad experience, I will come back again.

This is a relaxed, welcoming cafe serving good quality food at reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and happy. Service is excellent. It's a beautiful place to sit outside with your food when the weather is nice. This place is very popular with dog owners. I don't have one myself but I have noticed that all dog owners are very responsible and keep things tidy as well as keeping a very close eye on their dogs' behaviour. I highly recommend a stroll through Darley Park followed by refreshments here.

I was sad to see cash only at the till so could only sample a coffee. But that was nice. Could do with actual places to secure dog too aswell. Saw a dog tied to a chair leg (for effect). Lots of rubbish outside after closing which also could be better. But other than that young girl that served me, very polite and helpful.

Had a cheese and ham toastie which I couldn't fault, it's a cafe in the park which provides a service, I'm going to sit on the fence about value because I enjoyed what I had. For two toasties, a muffin, a slice of millionaire shortbread, two coffees and a can of coke it was close to 20 quid, not sure if I was charged right and I didnt question it, that's why I'm sat on the fence! After a walk around the park it was nice to have somewhere to stop!

We are regular dog walkers on Darley Park, and always stop for a coffee, or lunch. Excellent service by very friendly staff, together with very good food. Highly recommend.

The tea room is an unusual little place that's better visited on a sunny day than a wet one. Externally it's got that cute walled garden look with lots of outdoor seating and benches but internally it's rather more mundane. I'd sum it up as more Markeaton Park than Darley Park a comparison that is more striking considering the recent improvements to the former's own Cafe. The offering is fairly standard cafe fayre, sound staples but nothing extraordinary, and nothing wrong with that. It's a dog magnet however and the peace can be broken by our canine friends attempting to show who is boss.

It really needs some investment for it to shine. The tea and coffee were okay but there are so many places offering such competitive services that I think you can get quickly left behind. There was not such a good selection of food on offer here in my opinion.

This is in a lovely park on Derby great for dog walkers , parents , and grandma's on baby sitting duties, the kitchen it is staffed at the week end by the younger members and the older of our society, and this where the problem lies, the younger ones are friendly Smiley can't do enough , the older generation are miserable and not a little bad temperd !!! Think on ladies!!
