One of my favourite Costas to visit, the staff are always happy, the service always good. Vegan sausage or pork bacon butty never over cooked or stale. And they make the best flat whites ☕ Keep up the good work 🙂👍

I regularly visit Lakeside Doncaster and within my visit, I go to Costa Lakeside too. Their range of drinks and goodies on offer are great, with lots of customisables too! They also offer a lot of festive drinks during the Christmas Period which again, always takes my fancy! My partner also enjoys a good Costa Coffee when we are passing and enjoys a lot of the coffee offers that they have. They also do a range of sizes which makes it more than worth while! The Costa App also helps to save a few quid when purchasing Costa Items and saving money with any drink or food is always ideal!

Hot drinks were nice, bacon butty tasty and great when bought as breakfast deal. Never seems clean, floors and on particular the toilet floor always looks like it needs a really good scrub.

Nice to drink a Costa coffee again. You need the app to order if you don't drive thru, but the service was good. Oh you have to sit outside!!

Staff were nice but the tables were very close together and some people are rude. I suffer from chronic back pain and there is a pandemic still going on yet a man sat behind me and kept knocking on the back of my chair as it was so close. This was painful and I really didn't feel safe. Good thing was they did wipe tables down after every customer. Good choices but expensive x

Lovely coffee and cakes but unfortunately if you choose this place to have a catch up with a friend or have a meeting it's not the right place. The music is on that loud that you can't even hear yourself. It should be background music so that people would come for meetings or other meet ups. It definitely puts me off to go there again! 3 stars given for coffee, food and service

I went with a friend for a meeting. (He took me). In all fairness, I wouldn't go again. The toilets were filthy. Urine on the floor, brown stuff in the pan streaked at the back, paper unflushed still in it. I appreciate that it's unlikely that the staff did this in it but it's not a good advert for a food shop. And to other people in general: if you wouldn't do this at home, WHY are you doing this elsewhere so that other people have to suffer it? Did your parents not teach you why leaving a loo like this is bad for everyone (including YOU)? Not just the loos. I noted the absence of picking up trays and wiping the tables over when other people left. No, I wouldn't take anyone else there. Costa need to employ more people if they can't keep the place clean.

Never have any issues! Drinks are always perfect. Even with the 50p offer and Covid the wait wasn't that long. A little mix up due to another customer just walking off but quickly resolved!

The recent face-lift as resulted in a dynamic digital rolling menu on a large behind the counter flat screen display. The frustration to customers is they have to wait for the correct page to be presented to them to observe what drinks and at what price would suit them best. This can cause delays due to the time laps of the pictures scrolling round. Not only that but only 'popular' drinks are displayed 😱 so if you want to investigate other "not so popular" drinks you have to use other means to explore these?? A step in the wrong direction IMHO.

Went for take out coffee and sat in car to drink it. Service was good but it is difficult to communicate through face coverings, perspex screen and be heard over the coffee machine. Had to shout, but that's just the new normal.

Great store and service. The drive-thru is a little bit strange if you haven't been there before as it's right next door to another drive-thru. The road-markings tell you where to go - but for those new, stick to the left-hand lane if you're going into Costa!

Fantasic resturant to either eat in or take away. Inside is really modern and staff are brilliant. Also has a drive thru wish is really nice for coffee on the go. I have had costa coffees now for over 5 years and they are just the best. also the food is really nice.

I only recently started drinking coffee in the last few weeks. I decided to try Costa since I wanted to start with something good and found their hazelnut cappuccino to be a fantastic start to the day and I would highly recommended it. The staff are friendly and the queues are non-existent in the morning. Top coffee shop.

Don't know why but this costa serves larva hot coffee. Perfecr for if you want to take one home. Not so perfect if your gagging for caffeine. Edit: went to Cheswolds for a burger and cold drink, left cup of larva in the van, came back to the van after and it was cool enough to drink.

First I went to the wrong store, because there are 2 in Lakeside, 1 that has drive through, takeaway and the drinking in option and one that only has takeaway and drinking in. But with it being Covid they only offer takeaway and 1 offers drive through too. So when I found the correct one, it was already ready and waiting for me. 👍I'll order again.
