First time going to dunkin in the frenchgate! Fancied an ice coffee! £1.50!? Can’t go wrong! Megan served me and she was lovely! Chatty and helpful! Excellent service! will be coming back thanks to her!

Fairly slow at getting the drinks out Ordered 1 x large latte 1 x large cappuccino 2x frappes. By the time the frappes had been made most of the hot coffess had been drunk

I have recently been to the Frenchgate store for my usual coconut, hazelnut iced latte. Even though it is busy during the promotional day that Dunkin is having the team behind the counter were really nice and chatty. Carla served me with a smile which is what ya need after being awake at stupid o'clock. The service was quick and the coffee was glorious.. I hope both Megan and Carla get the recognition after today. You got this guys!

This is a legitement service to me that i would recommend to lots of people. They give exellent customer service and have a high rate of cleanliness, they have high hygiene standards and have a high standard of manners towards customers and the store involves the best tasty treats and drinks for anyone to expieriance

Good coffee and the staff are great. The only issue I have is the sporadic opening times. I've popped up the escalators from the bus station two or three times to find the bars down at about 7:30 AM. That's caffeine prime time!

My wife is a Mainer who just wants a decent cup of filter coffee when we visit my father in Doncaster. The opening of this Dunkin' has made her happy. Coffee the same as home, apart from milk instead of cream.
