Just popped in for a drink ,saw the beautiful food other customers were eating so next time we'll definitely pop in for a meal aswell

We met for brunch and the breakfasts looked good, two of us ordered waffles which seemed home made but were on the small side (about the size of half a slice of bread) and the fruit compote was about 15 blueberries scattered on top, not worth £3.50 - £4.50. I don’t think I will visit again sadly. The staff were friendly but clearly did not feel able to deal with a complaint. It was not up to standard.

I have called a few times here and always enjoy my time here. A lovely location to sit outside with a friend while the world goes by. The inside is equally as enjoyable and I find the place quite unique.

Nice place with friendly service. You have to write down your details even if you check in with the NHS app. Could do with a menu. Free wifi. there are heaters at some of the tables. expensive. i paid 9.80 for 2 latte's and a pint of Amstel

Once I had a dream. I was in a place where I was king, surrounded by friends and my heart felt complete. I'd advise that you book a booth. And keep a keen eye on the bloke making the espresso martini... genuine service though. Chips are massive. Should call them wedges. Lovely management. I got a fiver for this review

My partner and I had a pizza each , big mistake, one pizza is more than enough for two people. Staff were lovely coffee superb.. Doggy box provided for the two halfs of leftover pizza. The quality of the food coffee and the staff made all the difference. This was the first of many visits to come. FABULOUS.

Lovely place but the plate of frozen wedges weren't worth £4! The staff were very good at observing social distancing and sanitisation but download the app before you go and set up your payment details if you can as getting our first drink took forever! Can't order from wait staff or the bar, only by the app! But worth a visit.

The food is really good but the service is a bit sketchy. You can use an app to order the food at your table but it didn't work for us, so after spending 45 min trying to do it on the app, we asked for help and we were just told to order at the till. The app is really hard to use, it wasn't updated with the specials on offer and first timers need a code that you should get via text, which you won't get as there's no reception at all in the place.

Love the place first time I have been there just had a coffee the food looked good too and you can have a beer too. We just out for the day we came a cross it and stopped the staff were very nice we hope to have a meal next we go there I am looking forward to it.

Always busy and a good selection of food and drink. Although there's absolutely no etiquette when it comes to getting served at the bar. Prepare for more of a rugby scrum approach if you don't want to lose your place.

Otto has a great bar, family friendly eating and is a delightful place to eat at. I loved the food here and the waiters and waitresses are spectacular and they were happy to help my family have a great dining experience. They forgot a few things we ordered but sorted those out.

Nice place for a coffee or bite to eat in the daytime. Evenings here are pleasant but it can be a bit rowdy at the weekend as space is tight. Hopefully the new expansion will alleviate things a bit. Definitely worth a trip if you're off to the Mehfil Indian Restaurant next door :)

I come here quite regularly. The food is great and the coffee is very nice too. The only downside is the food and coffee takes a long time to come to you. You can easily be sat for the best part of half an hour waiting for your food to come out. But if you're in no rush, it's a great place to come!

Called for a quick lunch with hubby. Fisherman's platter was lovely apart from the shell off prawns, completely tasteless and dry. The paťe was beaut as was the cheesy garlic flatbread (garlic overdose, yum!) Waiter passed our table several times and didnt asked once how our food was 😕 The bar staff were friendly and welcoming. A lovely wine bar/eatery with a great atmosphere and good menu choice for a light lunch, just needs to be a little more customer focused.

My husband and I went here at lunchtime this week. I had a chicken Caesar salad which was served to me on a chipped enamel dish, the salad itself was ok, but the enamel serving dish was poor. My husband had the burger which had halved in size from the first time we went. We had to wait half an hour to get the meal, we won't go again.
