Fantastic little gem I found randomly and decided to give it a try. Literally felt like I am visiting my grandma house, everything was so full with detail, so many plants and flowers around the place, we used the outdoor seating and was so comfortable and welcoming. The food fantastic quality as well, didn’t have a booking for afternoon tea but they did their best to prepare everything they can at the spot. Definitely give it a try, it’s rare to find a place like this ✨🍀

Thorne's hidden gem!! Afternoon Tea was delicious and reasonably priced. Nice & cosy, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!!

Small but perfectly formed! Lovely little Tea Room with beams & lots of character. Gorgeous cakes & lovely hot chocolate, eggs, jams, cards & biscuits to buy as well as cut flowers & pot plants. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice little garden area too. Will definitely be going back.

Such a warm and cosy ace to enjoy a delicious cup of tea and all manner of home baked cakes. Savoury selections are also available. The staff are so friendly and full of fun Thank you for such a lovely time, this place is to be treasured. We'll be back!

You enter the Tea Room as customers and leave the Tearoom feeling like Family. The food is delicious, your given a decent sized portion and have a good selection. Plenty of cakes to choose from as well. So hubby was in his element. Even though he struggled to make his decision. In the end having a piece there and took a piece home with us. Can't wait for next week as they are creating a German/Bavarian meal of Bratwurst and large pretzel. They have even got the German mustard "SENF" in. If you get the chance to pop into this Tea Room. Then please do. If you are feeling blue. These ladies will make you feel rosy as they have fantastic senses of humour.
