Absolutely stunning Coffee Shop, delicious food, we had a lovely English breakfast and cappuccinos with decaff option too, which is great for me. Friendly and polite staff, good prices too. Definitely 100% recommended. Need to book at busy times though, and there's also an outside eating area. Go visit you will not be disappointed.

Cannot recommend The Tweed highly enough. Lovely food, excellent service and a great selection of gluten free options which is important for me having coeliac disease. Only a short diversion off the A1M so we use it in preference to the normal services. Well worth it.

As a coeliac I've just discovered 'Tweed at Wadworth' near Doncaster is somewhat of a hidden gem. A lovely family run cafe with excellent friendly, attentive staff. A great selection of gluten free options on the mains menu including homemade GF sausage from the attached family butcher's. Both my wife and sister who don't require GF were in raptures about the food in general including the sweet/cake selection. In short, and in my opinion, just brilliant.

This is my second trip and bookings are necessary as it's a very cozy cafe next to the butcher's. Menu has a good variety of food, all homemade and delicious. I had the full platter and a deluxe hot chocolate and managed to take some away in a little box as I couldn't eat it all! Ramp up to cafe allows accessible access but no space for motorised access vehicles. Walkers can be positioned inside or left outside by the door. Seating options are booths or chairs.

First time and wow, what a find!! Its adjacent to the butchers where they get alot if not all of their meat and you can tell. Had a breakfast and the sausages and bacon were excellent as it all was. Today was our 1st visit as a suprise for our daughters 40th birthday, and we had the most fantastic experience; beautifully set table and the staff could not do enough to please and when the afternoon tea arrived to the table we were stunned. The food was plentiful and the sandwiches fresh and the cakes and trifles etc were bountiful and beautiful so would very highly recommend and we are definitely going back as they serve breakfasts and meals.

What can I say, today was the first time me and the misses have been to the Tweed and the service was brilliant and the breakfast was amazing, eggs tasted very fresh, sausages and bacon were proper butchers quality and overall the experience was very very enjoyable. The coffee was one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time, tasted better than a Starbucks and was half of the price, Breakfast price was very reasonable too especially for the quality of the food! I would definitely recommend it and I certainly will come back :)

Off the main road and could be difficult to find, but reward when you do. They also serve breakfast and lunch. Close at 4pm. Kitchen for cooked food closes about 3pm.

When I Doncaster and you want a great breakfast, there is none who do it better than Tweed. Also the fact that it is Joined to a butchers gives you the assurance that everything is fresh and high quality! Sis. Great little gem of a Spot!

Very nice little cafe which gets busy, worthwhile booking a table before you go. Good quality food and drinks. I don't like the hunting theme much though (complete with animal heads and pictures) and it could put some off returning, a country theme would suffice as it's a bit divisive

Whilst dropping my little one at school (first day) I thought ide treat myself for breakfast. I had the butcher breakfast.(smaller version). I have been In a few times for coffee and afternoon tea and yes a cheeky cake, I believe the cakes are home made either way there amazing melt in your mouth type cakes. Breakfast: Portion size was brilliant more than enough required, quality of food was tasteful full of flavour in meat sausages and bacon. Staff: They aways make you feel welcome, smiles on their faces and nothing is too much trouble. Make you feel at ease and relaxed. Service time Is alot faster than your usual places, with delivering quality of food and hot. Overall a really hearty home from home vibe, good quality and great service. Ever passing through the village with a little spare time must pay a visit you won't be disappointed.

Such a lovely place went one day to book afternoon tea for the following week ended up having tea and rocky road cake oh it was so delicious went back the following week for afternoon tea this is the best so far would definetly reccomend afternoon tea. Then went again this week so far been 3 times in 3 weeks amd never been disappointed. The butches which is part of the bistro/cafe sells the homemade sausage rolls which are the best i have ever tasted and reasonably priced
