A rather new Starbucks built for both sit in and drive through. It needs better signage to be honest as we drove right past the entrance without seeing it due to it sharing the driveway with a Tony Macaroni and being hidden behind a hedge along the road. Other than that, it has great staff and plenty of seating and good decor. Service was quick and friendly.

Normally a place to sit in as well as a decent drive through for your coffee fix. Open late into the evenings; great place to catch up with friends and family. Staff are friendly and great with our dog too who is always welcome. Nice layout and good music. Much better than the Tim Hortons nearby.

Just went through the drive thru, ordered cold brew and asked for pouring cream. They “don’t have it.” What? They didn’t offer any alternatives when asked. Do they not have milk? What are my options? Feels like they weren’t trained properly to offer options? If there’s one place that should have pouring cream, it’s a coffee shop, right?

Reasonably good coffee, it's one of the few coffee shop in town that serves coffee until 9pm. Service can be a bit slow in here, probably because they are managing the drive through as well. Biggest downside is that the tables have often been dirty and require a wipe.

Generally very good and the place I usually go for coffee. However, on occasion the quality of the coffee is below standard as it was this morning. Normally the flavour is distinctive and worth going for, but when it's not it is usually watered down and clearly made in a hurry without due care and attention.

Stopped here on the journey from Aberdeen to Newcastle - very easy to access from the M90. Service was quick and friendly, the toilets were clean, and there was plenty parking.

Always a great place to grab a coffee but I'm dropping to 4 Stars due to constantly being told my pre-ordered food items are sold out. Take them off the app menu if they are sold out, and when I order on the app, have my coffee ready like you promised when you went on and on and on about downloading the app.

Always good coffee, polite staff, and never too long a wait. Great for a late night coffee stop . Only complaint would be about the cold from the doors opening and/or drive thru window, as it’s noticeable when sitting in at later times in day and year.

Not my usual friendly Starbucks experience. Staff were miserable to say the least, one member of staff was literally just stood behind the counter on her phone while everybody else worked around her. The member off staff making drinks looked as though she didn't want to be there. Not great. Coffee was nice though.

I really love Starbucks. However, this particular location seems to suffer from lack of supplies/deliveries. During the summer they had cold brew coffee on their menu, which was great on a sunny day. Ordered it twice, no problems....then suddenly they were always sold out or had none. Then the new iced tea range came in. Again tried it twice, loved it, then they were out of the ingredients to make it. Followed by many other menu items over the past few months. Their excuse? 'Whatever is happening in France affects us'?! The staff are lovely, but they need to get their supplier sorted out.

Just OK. The staff and coffee is fine but nothing special. Cafe Nero is probably better. The major downside is that the service in the drive through is painfully slow rendering it pointless. Quicker driving to Colombia to get the coffee beans yourself

We arrived late to this Starbucks at 10.05 pm and they had already closed. There was a lady outside tidying up and I asked her what time she closed, and she replied 10pm, satisfied with her answer we went to drive away, however she gestured to speak to me and asked what I wanted, to which I relied 4 latte's . She said, hold on and I will get them for you, just wait a few minutes. I said ok. She came back three minutes later with four latte's stirrers and sugar, and when I tried to pay the lady said no, and she said all of the machines are now switched off. My son and two daughters applauded her and I thanked her for her excellent service. As someone who is involved with customer service on a daily basis, I have to commend Starbucks for their exemplary service , and this lady for the initiative of having now converted us from Costa Customers to Starbucks customers. Any person or company who would go to this length, absolutely deserves my hard earned cash , and whoever this lady was, she needs promotion and a bonus for service above and beyond the call of duty . 28/06/2019.

Generally a consistently good natured, happy service provided by all staff. Drive thru can seem to take forever even though there appears to be very few customers in the cafe. Only ever order filter coffee. I like the fact it can/will be different everytime, but sometimes it's not very good. Overall good though.

The standard Starbucks coffee and service. What gives this place a huge thumbs up is it being dog friendly. Considering the number of coffee shops locally, none cater for dog walkers, not even the ones situated in popular dog walking areas!! But Starbucks have an open policy for dogs in all their shops, and I will be visiting many of them I'm sure.

Best coffee in the leisure park. Can be really cosy on a cold day but because of the large south facing windows it is sometimes too bright and hot to sit in the window seats. Needs blinds to rectify this. Great friendly staff and good selection of food

If busy you don't hear your name called to collect drinks due to loud conversations and buzz if customers. I did say to girl when I went to ask about our coffees that had been lying on counter out of sight from our table that they'd need to call out louder when order ready. She just looked at me and walked away. Thought that was rude to give me to response or apology.
