What a lovely place. The lady running it really couldn’t have done more for us. She was so welcoming a made sure she did everything to make our visit to her cafe perfect. We had sandwiches (hot and cold) and they were great. We had hot and cold drinks and the mochas were amazing. She’s very welcoming to cyclists, filling our water bottles and we’re told it is a regular haunt for local cyclists. She says they’re particularly popular on Sunday when some other places aren’t open. Thanks again for the lovely welcome.

Stumbled on this place during a walk along the railway lines. Lovely little place. Food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend the halloumi salad.

Stopped here for lunch. We ordered from the specials board and we’re not disappointed. I had the beef brisket sandwich which came with a variety of freshly prepared home cooked sides. My husband had the jumbo fish finger sandwich, again served with a variety of sides. Both dishes were outstanding! The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff very friendly. We were very surprised at the price too; it’s hard to get lunch for two these days for less than £20, ( which included beverages) and certainly not at the quality served in this establishment! Will certainly be back!

Cute little cafe just around the corner! We had their sausage bap and roasted beef with Yorkshire pudding, delicious food and good service! Hot chocolate was amazing too! Will go again!

Called in on Thursday with a friend lovely warm welcome off Lisa and Abbie. Both our meals were freshly cooked and very tasty. Called in Saturday I enjoyed a glass of wine and hubby said best pot of tea he's had in along time. Well done.

A very welcome place to finish a walk 🚶‍♂️ the tea 🍵 was very nice after being out in the cold. 🥶 Although really that's being quite unfair because this was a wonderful almost magical day in the snow. ❄️ Some of the views were just amazing, there was snow crystals everywhere wow a fantastic day. 🥾😃🎒😃🧥😄🧤😁🧣
