H. F.Just been in for a quick hot chocolate, nice, comfortable and not busy. Was made to feel so uncomfortable whilst my drink was being prepared by Harry, felt like I was a burden with him having to make my drinks. Putting chocolate in the pot with a hit or miss attitude, added the milk, mixed it then poured some out for some reason leaving the glasses with short measures! Think he needs to be a bit more customer friendly even on bad days!

I. Q.I am a regular customer at Costa on Kingston retail park been going for a few years now that staff are familar with my face (except the new ones) for now. My favorite costa shop .
The staff are polite friendly and very helpful , nice atmosphere too. cant fault them , Sorry to see some of the old staff go ,but thats life people need to move on .

Always a nice welcome. I always tend to forget to use my Costa card. Maybe they should always ask if I have one as it is,always in my wallet.
Also enjoyed a lovely lemon muffin.... oh my days! My HBA1C Is going to suffer. But it was worth it as a one off. Cant always be good.
