Exceptional afternoon tea for only £15 per head, from the freshly made sandwiches, tasty savouries (the sausage rolls were amazing) and delicious cakes and fluffy scones. Service was very friendly too. Will definitely be back. For any new customers they don't accept payment by card.

Never been here before but had the most wonderful afternoon tea, staff attentive but not in intrusive. All in all it's a lovely place to meet up with friends and family. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely go again soon

Hi sorry you didn't get my review , in November of last year my sister surprised us by taking us to the garden village cafe as the wife and myself have our birthdays in the same month we where treated to after noon tea which includes sandwiches with different fillings plus quiches of all kinds and a selection of buns along with hot drinks the staff are very helpful and friendly thanks to them all , and we would recommend it to anyone

Take out afternoon tea for mothers day was fantastic, so much to eat and a wide range of savoury and desserts included. All the staff were super friendly and organised, order was ready to collect as soon as I got there. Amazing sausage rolls!!!!

I treated my Mum to afternoon tea today; she was at a bit of a loose end, as her great grandchildren are on holiday... Fabulous food. I was very impressed with the imaginative selection of vegetarian options on offer, which we both enjoyed (even though Mum's not a veggie). We couldn't possibly eat the whole tea, and were given a nicely boxed-up "doggy bag", which was a welcome touch. Very friendly, efficient staff. Lovely surroundings. Food served on pretty china crockery. Extremely good value for £10 each. Hope to return very soon Thank you 😊🍰

Wonderful little vintage tea room in a grade 2 listed village hall. Small, so not a lot of tables but a fantastic range of homemade cakes and snacks, and their afternoon teas look delicious (will be back at some point to confirm if this is the case, but I very much doubt I'd be proven wrong, given how happy the other customers seemed!). Prices are very reasonable, and the staff are lovely and welcoming. Well worth a visit!

Gorgeous food. Home of THE best cakes, and savouries around... always pop and am spoiled for choice everytime... the sausage rolls are to die for! And the wraps are out this world... the tearoom itself is so homely, comforting and warm... and the two ladies running it are so welcoming... definitely a place to visit Thank you x

I have been self isolating due to the virus(probably not what I have had and am fine) and a lovely friend brought me afternoon tea in a box from Garden Village tea room ! Beautiful tea room with amazing food is outstanding especially the halloumi wrap and plougmans lunch. I have visited on several occasions the wonderful ladies who run the tea room are very welcoming and work extremely hard to create and produce a great experience for everyone cant wait to visit again.
