M. C.A great space to chill. The coffee is good and the carrot cake is delicious. There is a wide variety of treats to choose from. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
J. W.Nice coffee but avoid the blueberry muffins at all costs. Tasteless, sticky, grey and not at all sweet (and I don't have a particularly sweet tooth). Taste and texture of cold porridge.

S. G.There were no GF options today on cakes or muffins however they did have GF bread so I could have a toastie. I opted for Wiltshire Han and Cheese at £4.25 and a delicious salted caramel soya latte for £2.85. if you download the app and scan it you can get a free coffee after you have purchased 5.
So why 3 stars. The GF bread, as Coeliac's will know are small 400g loaves, the slices are tiny. The 'normal toasties' are served on thick sliced bread or panini's and are bursting with fillings. The GF toastie was not. I went back to complain that it was more a child's portion and for the same price I think it was a bit dire. I was told it is what is it is!
A few minutes later another person approached me to explain the GF is smaller, I said I appreciated that and I'm really pleased they provide it as an option but I didn't have any other choice than a toastie and the price was, in my opinion, a bit steep when you see what others can have for the same price.
She very kindly agreed and offered to make me another one, rather than reducing the price, which I agreed too but opted for it as a take away for later as I felt I was being watched at this point lol.
It's worth noting I came here many months ago for a GF sandwich and I was immediately told I'd receive double as the bread was too small. If you do come here and are Coeliac it is definitely worth mentioning it to them or even show them this review. I'm not sure I can be bothered to go through this again to be honest, I'd probably opt for a GF muffin or cake instead!

N. U.Love coming to this shop when I can coffee is lovely and decided to try their Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap for a small lunch, my partner had the chicken tikka flat bread.
The wrap was lovely not too strong in the sweet chilli and plenty of chicken and filling. I had a small bite of the flatbread and that tasted very nice as well. Staff are always a pleasure very friendly and service is great, place had plenty of seating and it can get busy on certain days Saturdays being one of the busiest.
Prices I think are not bad probably match the like of Costa but I prefer this place.

Well, been back, we sat outside (in the walkway) and enjoyed the view watching the installation of the lights for the light show 1st Feb and a few days before...
Accessibility - good, wide level entrance, gradual ramp internally between sections, good loo for the disabled.
Food - small, but interesting array of food and drinks. You can buy goods from the bakery section to take home.
Car Park - part of the Princes Quays Centre (fee).
Staff - very friendly and helpful
Toilets - including for disabled.
N. C.Nice place with good atmosphere. However it's a bit noisy because you can hear everything that's happening behind the bar. The hot chocolate was very nice and chocolaty. We had double chocolate muffin and Mars bar and caramer muffin, which were alright but not very moist.
E. T.Absolutely lovely in here! We have here a Mocha and a Smoothie which is so fruity, Best smoothie I have ever had. I have a coconut and pineapple muffin which is to die for. Still warm inside and so light and fluffy. The Duffin is a chocolate croissant in a muffin shape. Again warm and chocolate is runny and yummy. Staff very kind and helpful and it's warm and clean inside. We didn't just leave with a smile on our faces, we were left with a smily face as well. A lovely touch.

i.Absolutely fantatsic food! A bit pricier than your average cafe but definitely worth paying a little extra for the delicious food!
Went for a late breakfast today and thoroughly enjoyed eveything ordered.
Good selection of savoury and sweet stuff.
It was busy inside but we hardly to wait for our food, very good service time.

H. M.Almost got diabetes today with the amount of syrup at the bottom of my iced coffee today. I wasn't able to finish it because it was so sweet. It is a nice place to stop by when shopping and staff are nice. Just wouldn't get the iced coffee again.

Customers sometimes have accidents and are too embarrassed to report them... it looked like someone had been taking laxatives for a week. C. C.I use the place very regularly, well anytime we're in Hull CC, it's reminiscent of some similar outlets we frequented while living in Asia.
A visit here will be rewarded with great service and attention plus reasonable prices. I would have awarded 5 stars but the lavatory seat has never been attached correctly at least that I can remember (again reminiscent of ...).

Prices may seem high, but worth it.
Muffins and hot food great, coffee HOT, not the teppid you sometimes get in other places.
