1st visit tonight, staff attentive at first but less so as got busy later. Food was very good, I had the fillet steak pepper and highly recommend it, cooked exactly how I requested. Wife had the lamb skillet and was very tasty and cooked perfectly for lamb. I know why the New Lounge is always busy now, nice place and great food.

Myself and friend visited Lounge today, not planned and stayed a couple of hours for a meal and couple of drinks. Very good experience with gorgeous food, I had the salmon salad and friend had cheeseburger, coleslaw and fries. All was perfect, lovely crisp chunky chips, fresh beautifully done salmon and salad and friend really enjoyed her burger, drinks were perfect. Apart from the food and drink the service from the staff was exceptional, all 3 guys were friendly polite and ensured we had everything we needed, very welcoming and all with smiles, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using again. Thank you very much.

Fabulous venue ,the best steak I have ever had in Hull and the tastiest pepper sauce The chef was amazing and the staff catered for our every need. Would highly recommend you give it a try. Once again we had to go to the the new Lounge for lunch and once again it was exceptional it was my partner's birthday and after the meal they even gave her an ice cream with a candle on it these little touches make all the diference so well done once again. Would highly recomend this place

Amazing staff, attentive but allows you to enjoy your food and company. Food is lovely, reasonably priced. This was my second visit and decided to show 8 friends how good the place is. We will all return again and again.

Went for a last minute booking for myself and the wife the place is relaxed and nicely decorated. Now the food what can I say food was amazing I had the stake Diane one of the best stakes I've ever had in hull just melts in the mouth highly recommend a night here.

Been in today for lunch with my granddaughter Emily, staff are lovely, and the pasta dishes we had were wonderful, will definitely be going back, sent compliments to the chef, it was that good.

This was my first time back to the New Lounge since the pandemic and I really enjoyed the food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too. Hopefully more people will start coming out to dine there because it really is nice.

We had a one off visit. I got the Chicken sizzler. When I had taken the chicken off the skewers it was pink inside. Chef told me it was from the saffron as it was marinated in. I wasn't fussy I just asked the chef to cook it a little longer it came back perfect no pink. I did enjoy it finally. We won't be returning. Young waiter also didn't take his eyes off us which made us feel uncomfortable.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with my wife and friend, we went for the bottomless brunch, OMG, it was amazing, it was a quiet afternoon and the drinks just kept flowing, was sceptical at 1st as thought they would be slow so you don't drink too much, not at all, as soon as glasses where empty we was asked what we wanted next, the food was also amazing, portions are huge for a brunch, my and my friend had a burger, my wife had the 3 plates of tapas, I'd get the tapas next time, good big portions, cocktails are fresh, overall we had a brilliant afternoon and will definitely be returning again soon. We didn't catch any names, but the young lady who was serving us all afternoon was brilliant, very helpful, always smiling, very polite and always made sure our glasses where full, thanks again for a great experience.

Well spaced tables - food was good but not amazing - staff were polite but a little pushy to take order and provide the bill. £50 with tip for 3 alcoholic drinks, 2 lemonades and 2 main courses - not bad value but I think there are better restaurants in the local area

Great service and some elements of meal were great. Both quite disapointed by how few chips we go- were given half full buckets. Good selection of spirits but disappointed that was given light tonic and told they didnt have another when i asked for a normal tonic.
