Lovely coffee shop food was good too missed out a few times due to the huge queues though!

Really nice staff, not always busy. But even if it is busy you'll still be able to get a seat. Good food. There's plenty of options depending on your dietary needs. I tend to go for the tomato, mozzarella and pesto panini in every chain as it is a staple. The Caffè Nero one is definitely a favourite 😍 👌 I normally get a hotchocolate which is super rich, or a cappuccino, which is also made Really well

Staff are lovely at this nero, the layouts good plenty of seating. The downside is the queuing, its so busy and i felt for the staff running round doing their best, they could of done with more team members.

Staff are always lovely can be busy at times ,but you are buying a fresh coffee so it takes a bit longer , they where great here all through last 2 years went for takeaway when on walks and the staff were always pleasant go here at least 4 times a week

Food good service at the counter was fine. They could do with more staff. Tables were not cleared away when unoccupied. The toilet is a joke. One toilet for a place that size. Queue's all the time we were in. One for all ,ladies ,gents,and disabled. Bins overflowing. Sorry for the food prices I think you need to up the ante

This is my go to place for coffee. It can get quite crowded. There always seems to be a queue at the door and beyond but I like their coffee. PLEASE STOP PLAYING JAZZ MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND.I DONT KNOW ANYONE WHO LIKES IT

A 'babycino milk' was asked for, I was asked if I wanted a chocolate one which I agree to, which basically meant an espresso size hot chocolate- this was over £2.50, I didnt realise until I'd paid, That won't be happening again!! Staff overall are friendly enough; although towards the end of the day you often feel like you are bothering the staff as they will let you queue out the door, with just one person servicing/making, so that the surfaces/cups are washed...

Nice relaxed atmosphere, kind staff, and great coffee. The queue seems to go down quite quickly too. Option to sit in or out, and dog friendly. I like the books at the back of the shop, and the decor is nice, and plenty of comfy sofas and other seating to park yourself during your shopping.

Really nice coffee shop that was busy, but everyone seemed to be keeping to social distances and wearing masks. The staff were friendly, and the shop itself had a good 'vibe'. Nice that there were lots of tables and chairs outside too. Well done Nero @ Springs!!

Staff very friendly. Bog standard Nero which a nice selection of different table and chair styles. 4 stars because only one toilet accessible to all and when it's a busy place , queuing for 8 mins with a 2 years old needing to pee, dropped out a star

Good atmosphere and surroundings inside or or pleasant to sit outside too. We had rainbow slaw, sausage roll with pancheta, lemon drizzle cake, walnut cake. The staff were polite and helpful.

Almost disable friendly, I'm my opinion tables and chairs are too close to allow someone in a wheelchair access to any of the tables. Service is good and efficient I would come more often if I didn't live on the other side of Leeds.

Always a good coffee, they have a good selection of vegan drinks, and the staff are a good team. They have a good selection of vegan cakes, although the gluten free options aren't that good Excluding Lanes, this is the best coffee in Leeds!

Strongest 2 shots of coffee out of all the coffee shops in my opinion. Love the expanding range of tasty vegan food/drink products: they even do vegan squirty cream! 😍👍

Very disappointed I love going to cafe Nero it was my first time visit at Thorpe park not happy we got a salad with bacon well it was more like a lettuce salad than chicken I came in with my daughter and my grandson I could not believe that you allowed dogs in unhygienic just got my grandson off to sleep when a dog with it owner came in there were also other dogs in well a barking session started woke my grandson up I won’t be coming in there again not a happy customer

I've only recently started going to Caffe Nero being a long time Costa aficionado and have been enjoying going through the menu to try the different things on offer. The hot chocolate is really nice here and have enjoyed their mocha's too. As for cake, (every coffee needs cake) I quite recommend the fudge cake, the black forest roulade and the vegan salted caramel and chocolate cheesecake.

Hot Chocolate Milanos are the best! Lovely on a cold day when out walking. Cafe Nero seems quite generous on it's reward scheme too, don't feel like I spend much money here but always getting free drinks 😀

I think Liz Ramskill has a joke of a review. The sign actually said inside the nero they have takeaway cups as they are severely understaffed. Maybe go work there for a day in a packed out store with two people and try keep up with the rotation of crockery! Clearly an entitled person who’s never worked in hospitality.
