The Multiflight Cafe Bar now closes at 3.30pm, not 4pm. The staff are friendly. The indoor seating is padded. The outdoor seating consists of picnic benches but they are an upmarket design and finish. The cafe itself is at ground level so there is not a really great view of the runway. And, on account of large hangers obscuring the view of the south eastern end of the runway, you can only see the north western end. So I would not score this very highly for plane enthusiasts. Nevertheless, nearby, along the access road, there is extensive parking at £2/hour (as at August 2022) from which you can see a little more of the runway. Along the access road there are numerous factory units served by noisy scrubbers, aka extraction fans. This means the whole area is polluted with a constant hum. A bottle of chilled sparkling mineral water was £1.50 in August 2022. That’s a fair price for a cafe to charge. Overall this is a worthwhile visit if you enjoy watching the comings and goings at a small international airport, and want a meal, cake or refreshments.

Literally the Best Breakfast I've ever had ! Coffee is great and the staff here are Tremendous. Enjoy a coffee whilst watching planes take off on the runway. I might add that there's a £2 parking fee

Great place! Great place for the kids! We've been visiting for years now. Great menu. Great cakes tray. Lovely caring staff. The cherry on the top has to be, the great plane spotting. Keep it up for many more years.

Absolutely amazing cafe. The customer service here is brilliant, the staff are fantastic, they are very friendly and helpful. The food is great and is at a good price. It is definitely worth a visit for anyone who hasn’t been yet!

You access the cafe through a barrier and take a ticket. Parking is £2 an hour, I misread thought it was a standard charge of £2. We stayed for an £1.5 £4 The views of the airport are not in doubt they are fantastic and you can see all the goings on on the runway The cafe menu choices are good but not cheap. I had eggs Florentine £8 Kids sandwich lunch box £4.50, cheap bread ham, a apple , and a tube yogurt from Aldi. It was poor. Beans on toast was not bad £4.50. The staff were fantastic great service. The cafe and toilets were clean and the ambience just right. Would I return , yeah but would keep an eye on the time stay for an hour and just have a brew and a cake .

A favourite cafe of ours when we visit Leeds. If your lucky you can see flights landing and taking off. The food is very good from cooked breakfasts to toast and jam.But on this visit the gems were the staff so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I give them a big pat on the back. We visited on Wedneday 27th October.

Visited for the second time today right in the middle of the lunchtime rush and it was absolutely lovely. Every single member of staff was so friendly, kind and helpful despite being so busy. Working in hospitality myself, I really value brilliant customer service and the staff here should be so proud of themselves. Food and drink was great too and definitely value for money.

After a walk around Yeadon Tarn we headed here for lunch and some more plane spotting. We managed to get a table in the window so had a great view of the planes coming and going. Food and service was great. There is normally a charge for parking but we were advised the barrier got broken in the recent storms so it was free on our visit. We will certainly return in the future.

Visited this cafe numerous times last year also February 3rd this year lovely place and the staff are very welcoming. Food is well worth the prices but be nice if you got a coffee with your breakfast as a deal.. only problem is the price of the parking £2 per hour this should be free if you eat at the cafe this or some discount

Nice place with great runway views. Aircraft noise is audible but nowhere near as loud as outside. Has a full menu, a bit pricey by Leeds standards but much much cheaper than the airport. And really friendly staff, Bev in particular was extremely nice and helpful. If visiting the airport for planewatching, look no further.

By far the best breakfast around. We went to Hawthorne Farm but the service there was poor to non existant plus they stopped doing breakfasts at 11am. Did not disappoint, got to see quite a few planes taking off and landing (planes big and small). Visited this morning. Sat at a table outside in the sun. Great to see planes taking off. Cafe was busy. £2 per hour for parking. We both had a full English breakfast and a tea and a coffee. Good portion: 2 fried eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 slices of toast, beans, mushrooms, half a tomato. Very well cooked. We would definitely visit again.

This is my favourite cafe in Leeds! My son and I love going here to watch the planes. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is great. We usually park at Yeadon Tarn car park for a walk then we walk to the cafe.

If you enjoy coffee and cake, (or actually food in general) and watching aeroplanes and helicopters taking off & landing, this is the perfect spot. It's great for little children, the planes will keep them entertained. With runway views of the airport, outdoor seating area on those lovely warm sunny days, or sitting indoors where it's lovely and cosy on those cooler days, it's ideal whatever the weather. The food is amazing, the coffees are (what I call) proper coffees, the staff are incredibly friendly and the prices are very reasonable. There's a small charge for parking at £2 per hour, so just be sure to have some cash. All in all, it makes for a lovely hour or so, scrumptious food and fabulous views!

If you like good food, great coffee and aviation then this is worth your time for a visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's open to the public and very child friendly. The food is of great quality and the coffee is very good too. The only negative is parking, it's £2 per hour, I think they'd do well to knock this from the cost of any food over a certain amount, other than that we love the place.

Just happened to see the sign for Cafe as we travelled down to Bradford and decided to break the journey. If you like to watch planes as you sup on your brew, then this is the cafe for you. We nearly missed the entrance initially as it has a barrier entrance, so it feels like you are driving into the airport groups. Once in you have to pay for parking to use the cafe. Worth it though, especially if you like watching the planes.

Had heard about this place for years but never sussed out how to get in - you have to go through the barrier and get a ticket! Took a friend and her little boy on a Friday for lunch. There is a small section that looks out towards the runway which was filled with people having meetings so we sat on some sofas a bit further inside. Ordered Chilli which was more a beef stock base than the usual tomato base i prefer but still delicious followed by a Millionaire shortbread. Will have to rake my own kids on a weekend because we didn't see any planes while there on Friday.

Surprisingly, this place has a modern interior, with views of the runaway. But, there is quite some distance between the café and the runway, as well as a fence separating the two, so don't come for the views. I got cod goujons, and they were quite nice. However, as a warning, there is an entry fee to park next to the café, and if you park elsewhere, there is quite a walk.

During our visit (December 2022) it was nice and warm inside, assorted fresh cakes available, good coffee and breakfast /lunch, omelette, sandwiches and panini. Parking £2/hr.
