Staff are great and always polite and never have to wait too long.

I come into this one a fair bit usually served by Charlotte or Megan always nice to see them smiling in a morning. Coffee is always how I ask for it too which is a bonus.

Can’t get excited about this one. It’s a Starbucks. I had a coffee and my daughter had a ridiculously expensive multi coloured crush thing. Seriously, near £5 for some crushed ice and raspberry flavouring. Big window means it gets quite hot. Handy as you pass in and out of the city.

Based within a small shop adjacent from the petrol forecourt. Was nice coffee had a latte. Just wish the kids were not running about all over the place and when I say kids I mean loads of young teens. Hanging around near the entrance way. Not nice to see them spitting out their coffees in a huge childish manner. Would have given it a 5 had this not been a problem for me. Would I return probably not as I was just passing through on my way to Yeadon.

This was a nice conveniently located starbucks. The staff and customer service are exemplar and typical of the starbucks experience which is always first class. There is good parking Outside although the area could get quite busy.

Over the last couple of years it's been very changeable as the staff and managers have frequently changed and the service has cycled through periods of terrible service and back to good service. It's been a lot better recently. Some good staff at the moment. Still doesn't take dogs sadly unlike the Starbucks in Kirkstall. There is a big rat running around the srubs next to it.

They're always so nice and polite. The manager is lovely and the employees always remember my order even tho I'm far from a regular.

Always a friendly bunch of staff here, and it’s always clean and tidy. Parking is shared with the petrol station and facilities, so you won’t always be guaranteed a spot. There’s a decent amount of seating indoors, but no outdoor tables.

Nice staff and the usual good products. The parking is free and it’s a bit on the small side. The only real issue is that it has floor to ceiling windows and no blinds. It can get really hot and be quite blinding if you are facing the windows.

curious about the maple rooibos tea latte, I was asking one of the employees questions about this drink. He was very helpful with answering the questions and then offered to make my partner and I a sample of the drink. It was delicious and I will definintly get this drink next time. Love starbucks i come once a week with ny friends or just on my own fast service lovely food the frappuccino are the best and it is just a calm place to be! I am here now writing the review I would recommend coming to one in horseforth.
