R. P.Great service, staff very friendly even whilst it was busy, I didn't feel rushed at all. Only flaw was the dirty table and smelly toilets.
M.This place can get very busy and they never seem to have enough staff to cope.
The menu is OK but needs more imagination for vegetarians. Staff polite coffee is good.

s. m.Busy store, desperately needed more staff both behind the counter and clearing tables. Queue reached the entrance and staff were working from both tills but needed someone making the coffee instead of them taking the order and then making it. So many people dropping cups and glasses trying to put trays into the trolley to clear a table to sit at. Coffee was good but didn't have the heart to order toast.
R. D.A busy Costa this one...but a great atmosphere and comfortable seating. The barrister is very good, quick and clean the WiFi is good too.

Because it was st least 8 of them it took ages to get our drinks. One side of the sitting area was blocked off with chairs for some reason. Other than that our visit today was OK.

S. F. v. M.I've been here a number of times to sit and relax with a nice Coffee to hand!! The staff are always friendly as well as helpful and go out of their way to help you!! Another great part of this Costa is it has outside seating which is very relaxing in the spring and summer time!! Nothing better than getting a Tan whilst drinking a Coffee!!
