If you’re into your coffee, this won’t disappoint. We had a flat white and a filter coffee. Clean tasting and the right temperature. Espresso is from a Black Eagle coffee machine. Delicious.

What a lovely little coffee shop. Sit outside and inside and upstairs. We had a tea americano, a smoothie, lemon cake, and a brownie, all of which were absolutely yummy! My mum is fussy with coffee but she said how nice it was. There's a selection of teas. I had a breakfast tea. Everything is presented well. The staff are lovely and a selection of news articles. What's on Lincoln etc. In the ground floor seating area. We was on a day trip with the kids so didn't indulge, but they also had a selection of extras to have in your drink, vodka etc. You must visit this quaint little cafe. Just left of the stonebow if you walking up through town

Excellent coffee, probably the best in the East Midlands, lovely cakes and snacks and a decent bar selection for Friday and Saturday evenings. To top it all it is a really lovely atmosphere, slightly quirky but very homely.

Flapjack and coffee is good but the service was bad. There are too many workers behind the bar and it takes more than one to serve you apparently. One took my order and another placed a coffee on the bar to be taken, it was not the coffee I ordered so I was confused when they stared at me, expecting me to take the coffee. They don't have the warm customer service a coffee shop should have.

Incredible coffee in a wonderful space, my go to coffee house in Lincoln. Sizable menu of both coffee and evening cocktails with great events as well. Three floors of seating inside and a decent area outside means this place will always be accomodating. And most importantly, great coffee!

Absolutely favourite place to grab a coffee in Lincoln. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The coffee is great and although we're not able to sit inside at the moment - the atmosphere is still very good. I miss sitting in because its a very cool building and the decor is wonderful. I sat for many hours beside a radiator writing my dissertation and sipping on a white chocolate mocha. Yum!

Been going for 4-5 years, lovely staff. Dog Friendly. Serves food (I don't think they are currently, but still are selling cakes.) They do takeouts, you can sit inside or out with 3 floors of seating (not big rooms, but decent sized.) Also have free WiFi. They do a variety of drinks - including smoothies when it is a hot season (i.e summer). I highly recommend going.

Coffee aroma was a little gem we found mainly because it started to rain and we needed a drink. It’s very cosy inside and there’s upstairs seating. We sat outside and there was very effective heaters as it was a bit chilly. The drinks were well presented and the coffee was good and normally priced. There’s no parking directly by the cafe but you’d be unlikely to need to park next to the place. Only downside with sitting outside is chavs vaping and smoking. 😔 but this affects every coffee place I’ve been to.

A highly reputable coffee shop offering several choices of high quality filter coffee, or just get an espresso drink, it's all very good. The rooms are superbly comfortable and usually noise-free, you may also notice artwork from local artists on the walls. Keep an eye out for event nights.

It has an excellent atmosphere, lovely staff and is very comfortable, all backed up with the best coffee I have had to date. Came here almost three years ago whilst holidaying in Lincoln. All coffee is freshly prepared so you do have to wait a while, but honestly, it's the best coffee you'll ever taste. Different types from place around the world. Honestly, this is an absolute must to come here whilst staying in the area. Highly recommend! Also love their fresh maple and pecan pies.

Very cool and comfortable premises with free WiFi, board games, books and music at an appropriate level (good track choices too). Brilliant, high quality drinks; deffo competing with Stokes for the best coffee in town. Good selection too. Fantastic, friendly service and, if such things please you, you'll be glad to know presentation is good. Facilities always clean and well looked after. Easily one of my favourite places to refuel or relax.

Coffee Aroma, on Lincoln's Guildhall Street, takes no prisoners. It knows what it wants to do and it does it without compromise. For example, the espresso comes with a small bottle of sparkling water as default, all tastefully arranged on a bespoke wooden tray. This is nice, but some might baulk at the £3 price tag that this attracts. Similarly, you want decaf? Not in Coffee Aroma you don’t! If you can accept these restrictions, then you’ll find that Coffee Aroma serves some very good coffee in lovely surroundings, especially upstairs, which I loved. The staff were also very friendly and engaging as well as being passionate about their coffee. Oh, and the cake is excellent too!

A small three floored coffee house positioned in the direct center of Lincoln's high Street. Absolutely unbeatable coffee served in their own aesthetic way and delivered by staf who really know their stuff. The venue frequently puts on events like Comedy nights, live music and a curry night. They also have their annual big street party which is an experience anyone should have. A true first class place that any coffee enthusiast should visit if they are in Lincoln.
