Reviews of Sugar and Dice Board Game Café
P. L.
I’m always available to explore a more unique offering, a place that sets itself apart with passionate and a personal love of sharing something that they enjoy doing most; and that is simply ‘board game-playing’. What a variety they offer, initially my head swimming with the amount of board games available to play, especially considering 90% of them I hadn’t even heard of..so my need to explore has been excited and driven deeper.
Additionally ‘Sugar & Dice’ provide great cakes, coffees, teas, soft-drinks, pretzels 🥨 and of course a variety of cafe grub, plus, plus… All I have had so far is a great cappuccino and one of the best and I mean the best ‘Vegan Chocolate Cakes’ (homemade of course) I have had the pleasure of being adorned with, to which the ganache has the ‘Wow Factor’. So coming back… amazing job, love it 😍 😉😊

The best place to chill with friends and play board games! I also like how they close late so its great for those who like to stay out late but don't enjoy going to bars or clubs. Plenty of food options for people of all dietary requirements and I really recommend the Jamaica Rum tea!
Great selection of board games to chose from and the staff here are really friendly and accommodating. My advice is to always book in advance as it can get a little busy on the weekends.

Lots of interesting games. Amazing staff and customer service. Delicious food and an incredible atmosphere!
Definitely recommend this place

It's a really nice spot if you want to grab a drink while playing. Even if you are there just to meet and chat it's amazing, nice unpretentious music, great vegan pastry and delicious coffee. Service is excellent as well.

Just had a lovely evening here. Great game selection, everything impeccably clean and the server sanitised all surfaces thoroughly and regularly, as well as hand sanitiser provided on tables. The toilet provided free deodorant, sanitary products and the toilet paper helps donate money to sanitation too - and was also very clean. Server was knowledgeable about the games and friendly, considering he was doing everything on his own he smashed it (service was faster than expected considering this). Also the Beyond Burger was banging. Would deffo come here again!

I love board games cafes, and this one was no exception! Super friendly staff, a great selection of games, and a really interesting and delicious soup of the day and cakes (the vegan chocolate fudge cake is delicious!) We spent a good 4 hours there, and the cap on the charge for playing games is £6 each which was well worth it! Thank you!

We enjoyed 5 hours of gaming today . At £20 per head with food it was a great time . The place has trans pride stickers making any LGBT plus person welcome .Friendly staff and great selection of drinks and food and boardgames.

Ps They sell glen affric ale , the best ale in the UK imho .

The staff here are so friendly! Happy to help us choose a game and explain it to us. So many games to choose from. The food was lovely. Atmosphere was great. But the staff really made it a 5 star. Will definitely be going back.

We went for open game night on Monday evening and it was really lovely. The staff were friendly, the other people who went were welcoming and fun, and the overall experience was really nice.
Food was simple but tasty - just what we wanted for a games night. And the milkshakes were delicious. We will definitely be going back again.
K. P.
Such a great place to spend an entire afternoon! Ive been twice now and can't wait to go again. Amazing selection of games, food and drinks are really fairly priced, great suggestions from the people working there for good games to play. Love it! :)
C. N.
A really great place to meet up with friends to hang out and play games. The staff are really nice and helpful. The food and drink options are great. There's a huge variety of games to play with some that you can purchase. I would advise to book a table in advance!
A. J.
Best board game cafe I've been to. Really well organised. The staff are really knowledgable about the games they have and can help you get started. The food options are quite limited but all really high quality and they usually have gluten free and veggie options available. Lovely welcoming, clean and cozy atmosphere.
H. S.
We actually came here by chance and discovered a pearl. Perfect service, food prepared with love and above all very tasty (the soup of the day made of asparagus, cucumber and peas was fantastic!) and very good coffee - what more do you want?
F. O.
Very friendly, calm, safe & geeky space. Fantastic cake & coffee as well. Lovely atmosphere. Incredible range of games!
J. S.
The nicest staff, such lovely helpful service, good drinks and snacks, many great games! ✨✨ 100% recommend!
L. W.
Great place, fun games, lovely staff and they even have vegan cake! Plus £2.50 an hour for all the games you can play is unbelievable, would definitely recommend.
A. C.
Great games selection, new releases and classics.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Food was simple but delicious.

AMAZING PLACE. The manager is so lovely, welcoming & knowledgeable. Great selection of games, food & drink. Vegan stuff included - shout out to the vanilla milkshake. Superb value for money. Any covid worriers - it's cleaned constantly, anti bact on all tables, used games are quarantined.
E. C.
A must visit regardless of whether you are into heavy strategic boardgames or fun and light games. The staff was extremely friendly, prices are more than affordable and the games selection is among the most generous I have seen. Great games waiting for someone to play them. Must visit. I wish there was a cafe like this where I live!
H. R.
Always coming back to the cafe, not just for the great library of games. The staff are super nice and helpful, the cakes are incredible, it's always really clean and the atmosphere is warm and lovely. Couldn't fault this place if I tried! 10/10, would recommend.
m. b.
It’s really nice social atmosphere there. Much different than another cafes.. just go and enjoy your time!
E.
If you like board games, this place is fantastic. There is a maximum game charge of £5 ,which is great if you stay for hours. They make lovely cakes in the kitchen as well, particularly vegan options using an oil and ik not Vegan. I loved the Vegan mint chocolate cupcakes and I look forward to them making these cakes again. The cakes are made in their own kitchen, not bought in.
G. A.
Loved the ambiance and happly played games over two hours. In the future, I'm sure we'll play hell of a lot games and spend a lot more hours in this cosy nice game cafe and also will share it with dearest friends.
G. R.
Came with my daughter on Monday and had a fabulous time. The young man who was serving was excellent and coped very well on his own!
M. E.
Me and my kid absolutely loved it. Nice little chill with some coffee and some boardgames. Will definitely be going again.
K. G. T.
We went with some friends for our very first visit to Sugar and Dice and we loved it. You can book in advance and it can get quite busy so it’s worth doing.
They have THE most amazing selection of games and if you can’t choose they’ll help you narrow down the selection as well as explain how to play them.
If you love the games that much they sell them as well.
They have cakes and coffee with vegan options available. The cakes are all handmade right there in the cafe whilst your playing games. They do have a lunch menu but it’s mainly about the games here so the menu isn’t that big.
There are kids games too as well as high chair and changing facilities.
J. H.
Attended an event for a D&D one shot and had a great time befriending rats and fighting Giant Enemy Spiders. Ryan was an excellent DM, made the session fun and engaging but also easy to understand for the new players at the table. The Cafe itself was also really nice and chill and had an insane amount of different games available!! the staff are all very nice and make an excellent hot chocolate.
s. L.
Absolutely amazing place. Me and my partner visit at least once a week, the atmosphere is so chilled out. The selection of board games is vast and covers a range of ages, topics and difficulties so good for beginners and expert gamers. The food is homely and good value for money and the staff go above and beyond to help you with food and game queries. 100% recommend a visit if you already haven’t been!!
Z. N.
Had a great time here. We booked a table for a group of online community friends and played games the entire afternoon there is plenty of choice and you can get some drinks and snacks while playing. It was a little hot inside on a sunny day but we had a great time here.
H. V.
so good we went twice!!! super friendly staff, easy to chat to, big selection of games and really good value for food and drink. Felt so at home, we went back for another visit the next day - will definitely be back when next in Liverpool!! Highly recommend xx

I cannot rate & recommend Sugar & Dice enough. The games, the food, the people, the atmosphere, I've loved every visit. It's clean & welcoming, superb value for money, Rachel is lovely and sociable and knowledgeable: there are games for all moods and ages: the cake variety is superb. If you loved games, this is your place. All the games are broken down into skill settings, so you can find a game your comfortable with. I've found so many great games through this cafe. This place is a must.
T. H.
fun board games and reasonably priced, we had lots of fun and would love to visit again
P. H.
Lovely little cafe, great choice of games and the best beer I've ever had 🎉
L. A. R.
Friendly, loads of games to choose from. Interesting softies & craft beers, plus teas & coffees. Great find a little out of the way.
T. R.
Very good selection of games. Menu has some good variety. There's about 6-8 tables, so book beforehand to avoid disappointment.
M. W. (.
Really nice chilled out atmosphere, and a great selection of board games (few hundred I think). Food's damn good - selection of bagels, home baked cakes, awesome hot chocolate and other drinks. Can happily spend a few hours playing, eating and drinking.
A. W.
Lady's working there are fab. Good selection of games. We went in the heat wave and the only thing which could be better was more fans.
A. B.
We had so much fun playing the games, I had hot chocolate it was fantastic. When we go back we are definitely going back again.
D. L.
Went here with a few friends for the first time and it was great! A lot of choice when it comes to board games as well as drinks and a selection of cakes which are well priced.
The staff are very friendly and explain how the place works if your a first timer there.
John lewis car park in LiverpoolOne is close as its only a 5 min walk if that to Cornhill street (I parked in St.Johns car park for about 8 hours and paid £9.50 :p)
Best thing to do is book a table in advance for how many you intend to go with as it gets quite busy after 2/3pm. You can stay at a table for upto 4 hours which is plenty of time as it seems to fly by when playing games and enjoying some cake. 👍
L. P.
This is a fantastic venue for lots of different gatherings. There's a super selection of board games to play; lots of tasty food - including fabulous 'home made' cakes, which cater for most allergies; a varied drink menu offers alcoholic, soft and hot beverages and the staff are really friendly.
Well worth a visit! ☺️
S. C.
Amazing/large selection of games for all ages, we visited with 2 children, amazing snacks and drinks on offer. Also fab customer service! We left happy and with our own board game to play at home :)
A. P.
An amazing place! Been many times (usually try to go at least once a week) and there is always a great atmosphere. The food is wonderful, the staff are always so helpful and friendly and the selection of games is unreal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, all people and ages are made to feel welcome and there's something for everyone.
b. r.
Wonderful board game cafe! Really helpful and knowledgable staff, helped us find games with our very specific board game requests (co-op 2 player games). Great cakes and drinks (milkshakes especially good) and a very cozy friendly atmosphere. One of my fave places in liverpool :)
T. S.
Always a wonderful, comfortable and welcoming place to visit for anyone who enjoyed all kinds of board games!! The staff are so lovely and friendly and the food and drink selection is great! I can spend hours here learning new games and catching up with friends!

Spent more than 2 hours here with my mum and my 4 year old. It was ace. Really lovely people. Loads of amazing games, ones you know and lots you don’t, and mellow vibes. I loved it. Can’t wait to go back with kids and without.
P. D.
Best place for tabletop gaming in Liverpool. Huge selection of games and a surprisingly great food menu given the small kitchen. Friendly staff and a reasonable price. And good beers
R. Y.
One of the best board game cafes we've ever been to.

It is incredibly inclusive and a friendly place to be

Staff were super friendly, prices extremely reasonable and a great selection of games.
Can't wait to go again!

This board game cafe is a gorgeous little safe haven near the busy Liverpool city centre. The back wall is filled floor to ceiling with board games of every genre to suit any ability and level of experience. Some of the more popular games are also stocked for purchase. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and are eager to recommend games, sit down with you and even teach you how to play. All of the cakes they serve are handmade in-house, and they serve a delicious range of drinks too (I would recommend the hot chocolate - top notch.) Vegan cakes are also available, which is a nice touch. They serve a range of hot and cold food and alcohol, which I have not yet tried myself. Customers can visit just as a cafe, or can additionally pay for the use of the games by the hour, during which time there is no limit on the number of different games you can play (if available.) There is a cute loyalty card scheme, where you get a stamp on your card for purchases and after collecting 9 stamps, you get a free gaming session. I've never found it to be too expensive, and whilst it is a small cafe, I have seen large gaming groups in there. They also host special events, like the Dungeons and Dragons club, so look out for those. This is one of my favourite places to meet with friends in Liverpool, and I would highly recommend a visit. Rachael and Trev ended up seeing me as a regular customer on a Sunday evening, and were very kind to help me out when I left my phone charger in there one day (I got it back).
L. J.
Home made cake, sandwiches, snacks, lovely staff & a fab boardgame collection. Perfect way to spend the afternoon. Love this place, only wish we lived more local.
L. J.
Amazing day! My boyfriend and I visited Liverpool last weekend for my birthday and stumbled across this little gem after searching for things to do. We absolutely loved it, there is so much choice of games and a very Covid safe system where games are quarantined after every use.
Delicious selection of food and a lovely choice of beers. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would really recommend if you want some fun in these strange times, whatever your age!
M. E. (.
Very welcoming, with a good selection of games to choose from.
S. H.
Absolutely love this place. Atmosphere is great, Rachel (the manager?) is so lovely and welcoming. I've brought a few new faces in and they all leave amazed at how fun and good for money it is. Can't recommend it enough. A must for any people that want to get into a few more games but don't know where to start. Rachel is great at recommendations and her baking is fabulous, I keep having to take a slice to go too! 🤤 The board games are well looked after and during Covid special measures have been taken so you're sure to feel safe in there. Honestly wish I could give it more than five stars! What a hidden gem 💎💕
K. H.
Had a wonderful time at Sugar and Dice. The game selection was incredible, the choice of food and drinks was amazing, and the staff were lovely! Cant wait to go back!
H. S. E.
Best boarding games café. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. There are many cool games that you would be puzzled which one to choose.
H. T.
Best board game cafe I have been to! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on their large collection of games, food is good and made in house, drinks selection is also very good and generally there is a very nice atmosphere!
D. J.
Friendly staff, good selection of board games and good drinks and snacks.
K. L.
I absolutely love this café! The staff are so welcoming and really knowledgeable about all of the games. I like that we can go there and ask for recommendations based on number of players and what we have enjoyed before. They have a great selection. They do a delicious selection of cakes and lunch items (and I like to use my independent Liverpool card to get a free coffee 🤫) When they are quiet we can stay there for hours. I highly recommend to anyone who loves board games or wants to try new games.
A. R.
Visited Liverpool as a day trip, searched Board Games and Sugar and Dice was first on the list.
Absolutely fantastic place, staff are lovely, atmosphere was welcoming, and the selection of games to play for £2 per person was top notch.
B. M.
Fantastic board game cafe with friendly staff who'll help you pick a game and explain the rules, tasty food with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options if thats your thing, BEER(!), a wide choice of games to play or buy and they're super dog friendly. 10 mins walk from Liverpool one with on street pay and display parking round the corner on Park Lane.
c. b.
Lovely helpful staff. Great selection of boardgames and very interesting beer.
M. A.
A huge collection of games, I went there a few times, both with friends and with my children. Has always been fun. Friendly staff, nice collection of cakes (not so many options, though). I haven’t tried their food, yet.
K. C.
Lovely little cafe with lots of board games. The staff were very friendly and helpful with picking out a game to play. Would very much recommend.
S. J.
Me and my girlfriend went here just after the second national lockdown and had an amazing time! We were both made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. Rachel was really good at explaining and recommending games for us to play and was very knowledgeable about a lot of the board games on display (of which there are loads!) There are so many options to choose from that you are bound to find one that will be suitable for your group and the food and drinks were very nice too. We will definitely be coming back again 😁
H. L.
Lovely little cafe with hundreds of board games. Friendly staff and very chilled atmosphere. Great little gem.
E. W.
Such a fun place with the friendliest staff!! It was just 2 of us and we had a great time. Great selection of games and the cakes were fab too. All kinds of people there, from families to students. Can't praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble!
A. L.
Love it here, full of people playing board games, eating good food and enjoying eachothers company :) and the staff are all so helpful :)
J. P.
Excellent little board game cafe with attentive staff who are happy to walk beginners through new games. Great selection of games to choose from, with plenty of refreshments on hand.
H. G.
Lovely little place, great vegan options and delicious cakes. The staff are always friendly and ready to help and they have a decent collection of board games for such a small place. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to spend a nice afternoon playing tabletops. But book ahead!
J. W.
Super friendly, approachable and helpful staff. The food is all lovely, and the homemade cakes are especially amazing. Great selection of games, really welcoming vibe for both experience tabletop gamers and people new to the hobby.
K. C.
Sugar and Dice is such a wonderful place to spend an afternoon! We have been multiple times and taken parents, friends, other family and everyone has absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, the cakes and food are delicious and there is a fab selection of games so everyone can enjoy themselves! Would recommend without hesitation
I. O.
A wide, wide, wide range of board games that you can go and play with your friends and family at a very low cost, the maximum you will pay being £4 for just over 3 hours. I did not try any food or drink (you cannot bring your own drinks!) but the smell coming from the kitchen was pleasant and the menu looked great.
S. T.
A lovely board game cafe, which I wish I could have visited more when I was in Liverpool. A great selection of games and some nice hot drinks here. The lady who served me was very helpful with giving some suggestions and helping with ideas. It is strongly advised to book as they do get busy! I wish they had larger premises, but hopefully they will be able to expand at some point! I would definitely recommend trying out some games here.
K. S.
Fab place, with good food and a great selection of games. Will be back!
D. A.
Lovely local boardgame café with a cracking selection of craft beers, homemade cakes and coffees. Good selection of boardgames, very friendly staff and really nice relaxed, community atmosphere. Well worth a visit!
A. P.
Excellent menu. various games.
A. C.
What a fantastic few hours here. Great prices, great coffee and fantastic staff. First time I've been and the staff were so attentive and friendly in explaining the games to us. If you choose the game unlock! Good luck! Selection of games are fantastic. What a hidden gem.
T. N. G.
It's a cozy little place that offers a wide array of board games and a gaming atmosphere that pleases me a lot. Me and the boys were there to play d&d last night and we had the support of all the books we needed at the time at our disposal directly from the Cafe. You pay hourly, but I think there's a cap to it. They also offer a loyalty card that gives you a free gaming session once completed.
S. S.
I think this cafè is one of the best, if not the best in Liverpool. The food there is brilliant and they serve a vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options as well. The staff are welcoming and will help if you are having trouble understanding one of the board games. They have a wide variety of different board games from strategy games to games that you can just have fun with! Sugar and dice have activities for every age. I will and have recommended this cafe to my friends and would encourage more people to go.🎲
J. O.
Visiting the store during the summer with my family and enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the games. We even played some new games recommended by the guy who running the store, very pleasure he was. Fairly priced games and very Covid-19 compliant. will visit again.
T. S.
My husband and I were visiting Liverpool over the weekend and we visited this place twice in two days. Really enjoyed it! The staff were so friendly and great. I would definitely go again if I was in the area.
Some feedback: I did find it hard to get to the righthand section of the games because there is a table of people a bit too close to it, so I mostly avoided half of the shelf. Also, organizing the games in some way other than A-Z might be useful. We often go to game cafes as just the two of us, so A-Z order means we have to check a lot of games before we find ones that are just 2 player.
S.
Great relaxing environment to spend an afternoon with friends. Great variety of board games on offer, with excellent tea and cake to enjoy whilst playing. Staff seem to love what they do, and are always happy to give recommendations or advice.
C.
This is a great idea for a business and a great way to waste a few hours with friends. They have a huge selection of board games from all around the world and the staff are very knowledgeable on the games and the rules for playing them. You need to make a reservation to play there, but it's relatively cheap and lots of fun. I would advise leaving the car at home as parking in the area is a nightmare, but you could always use one of the city centre's multi story car parks and walk the 5 or 10 minutes it takes to get there (Google maps will be useful for locating the place as it's tucked away from a main drag of Liverpool's shopping district). It operates as a cafe also, so you can get drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) and warm or cold snacks. Well worth a visit.
M. B.
Lovely little games café, clearly a labour of love and such love from all the staff for the games selection. Lovely home made cakes at good prices, decent coffee and a not too steep hourly table fee too. If you love board games, and enjoyed Mad Hatter’s in Chester, I think you’ll love it here.
L. M.
We had a fabulous time here. Not only are you able to try any game you could ever dream of, the staff are experts and help you learn the games quickly. The cakes are baked fresh on the premises and are superb. If you are early enough, there are even vegan ones! I recommend booking at busy times - this is a very popular place.
M. S.
If you like board games, you'll love this place. They do a great range of drinks and the cakes are brilliant. All home made cakes with gluten free options if you're so inclined. Recommend booking if you're going on a weekend though.
C. B.
I love this cafe so much. I always take friends here and we have such a blast! And I always leave having tried a new game to fall in love with. The hosts take good care of you and are always happy to recommend games or explain them! The food and drink is also splendid. If you're visiting Liverpool, you have to go here!
J. R.
Awesome! Ideal place for dates or mates.
They have a huge huge huge range and everything is in great condition. They have a nice range of food and drink too!
Ask about which games they recommended before you get stuck in, I ended up wasting about an hour trying to figure out some ridiculously tricky game before giving up the ghost!
I. P.
Fantastic little board game cafe. Our server was really attentive, I forgot to catch his name though. He knew most games and it was clear he had knowledge of how to play them and he was very efficient in explaining how the whole system works. It is very heated inside and they offer various drinks and food choices. If you're into these type of places, definitely go to this one. I did find the chairs and tables a bit childish, but hey! It's a board game cafe!
K. W.
My favourite place in Liverpool. The staff are super friendly and give the cafe a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Don’t know what to play? They’re really helpful making good recommendations. They host numerous events throughout the year too.
C. B.
Great place. Games picked out by staff to best suit number of players (there was two of us) and fully explained but you can also pick out your own that you want to play. Good food and cheap table cover cost so it's really good value.
G. D.
We spent £35 for four drinks and three meals, including the £5 for the table reservation. Friendly staff and great choice of games. If you can't decide what to play, the staff know the rules of basically all the games so they are super helpful! New favourite place in the city
M. B.
I've never been to a board games cafe before but thought this looked like a good way to spend the day. We went with a group of friends and were really impressed by the service and food - the cakes are amazing! The staff were attentive and friendly - we didn't know how to play the games but they showed us - also they helped us pick which ones to play :)
C. W.
Great selection of board games across all ages, genres, skill level, and time frames. Cakes look awesome and are all homemade. Snack bowls are a great idea!
All staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
Recommend to all!
D.
A unique experience in Liverpool run by friendly staff who are avid board game players. Great selection of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks to enjoy whilst playing board games. Fully recommend going with friends/family if you love board games or are interested in starting :)
N. A.
Brilliant little cafe, so many board games to choose from! Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and nice little touch in the bathroom with the basket of products for use other than just the usual soap! Food and drinks delicious. Definitely going back, hopefully sooner rather than later!
A. J.
One of the absolute best, nicest, most wonderful cafés I have ever visited. With a large assortment of boardgames to enjoy, a very small fee to stay and enjoy the facilities, and excellent service from the most helpful employees I've encountered in all of my travels, Sugar and Dice is a high recommendation for anyone who has ever enjoyed playing games with their friends, and if you want lunch or tea or just a sweet dessert to top it off, this is definitely the place for you. Customers are also allowed use of the loo, which is spacious and welcoming, going the extra mile to ensure their guests' utmost comfort. If I could give six stars, I would. Truly a charming spot.
J.
Super friendly staff and great food. Good selection of games to play, and Jay is more than happy to teach them.
Lovely place, great value.
A must go venue for all ages groups. Games from operation and battle ships to Century spice road and scythe. Totally Family friendly.
P. H.
Huge selection of games on hand and the staff will happily help you out with any of the rules (if you need or want help that is). They will take no responsibility for ruining your friendships when you inevitably realise who the bad loser in your group is however they will be able to offer homemade cakes and a wide range of drinks to ease any tension.
There's a £2 per hour charge for playing but this is capped at a maximum £5 if you stay 3 hours or more. They will give you a tab when you get in and this can be separate individual tabs or a large group tab. It's recommended if you book at busy times like weekends.
A. C.
Had a brilliant time. Staff were very helpful. Drinks, food and snacks tasty, well prepared and good value. Only criticism would be that you can hear the tables next to you falling out because some people are sore losers...one man...one bad, mardy man and the poor woman with him. Will definitely return! Food was delicious, I got the sea bass which was full of flavour however my mate ordered the duck dish and we made us all have food envy. Chicken Pad Thai tasty. Coconut rice yummy and just the right amount. Great choice of deserts, the Thai sampler is the one to try all portions are made with love. Service was spot on and the lady who seated us went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our time in the restaurant. We got the January deal so was 241 on mains. Drinks is probably the main chunk of the menu if you like your alcohol. Decor is top notch, upstairs seating is better than ground floor. Toilets are worth a visit as they have a floor to ceiling fish tank separating the male and female toilets.
J. P.
Great variety of food. Quick snacks to have whilst playing one of their wide variety of games and freshly made toasties. Staff are incredibly friendly and more than happy to help recommend, explain, or even just discuss a game. Also a selection of games available for purchase.
B. W.
Always super friendly and helpful in picking games and assisting with their instructions. A cosy and tidy venue with lots of games on offer, whether going with friends or meeting others for an event night. But even without the games, I'd still come back for the brownies time and time again!
E. W.
I went with my daughters (20 & 12)this afternoon... We had a brilliant time!!! 😁 😁 It was the first time we had been... I definitely recommend going there... They also have theme nights, etc. The staff were lovely & friendly & the food was wonderful. We booked a table but you can also just drop in. The variety of games was amazing!

Bagels and quiche were tasty and cakes were delicious!

A cafe where you can play nearly any boardgame ever invented! What's not to love. Top that off with some of the friendliest staff who are more than happy to sit down with you and guide you through the basics of any board game. To top it all off, they bake their own cakes whilst you play. Suberb!
