Reviews of Aladdin's Vintage Furniture & Cafe

Recently moved to the area and discovered this little gem!
Cosy interiors, it's a coffee shop/antique shop.
Packed with cool items. The food is very tasty, free fast wifi and with great music background.
Lovely, lovely.
I hope you are not coming, because it's quiet, not overcrowded. I want this place only for myself 😀

Gorgeous little cafe (and antiques shop) offering some incredibly tasty desserts and cakes. They also have a large menu of food with a good range of vegan options. I had the falafel wrap which was lovely; the coffee is also very good quality. I highly recommend their brownies and cookies. The staff are so lovely and kind also!

A gem in the city! Tasty food and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended! Everything is home made and makes you feel like home!

Food feels homemade, and the staff are lovely. Coffee isn't the greatest though. Great atmosphere and antiques!

I love quirky places and Aladdin's perfectly fits the description. A good fusion of a Dickension looking antique shop and a hipster cafe. All food is cooked in the premises and has a good range or cakes etc. to choose from.

I love this café, such friendly staff, brilliant atmosphere, I used to go every other day with my my daughter who sadly passed away some months ago, but the staff were always so kind and friendly especially to her. Great food and coffee as well. I’ve also bought quite a few pieces of furniture from here as well. Much better than one of those boring chain cafés.

Great local coffee shop ,i like especially the service and because is very clean shop.Is definitely worth a visit👍

I love the concept of this place. The staff are friendly. My only criticism is the coffee. If they tried to capture the coffee at Spoke or Big Jo’s - this place would go through the roof. There isn’t a single top shelf coffee shop along Hornsey Road - it could be you Aladdins!

Been serving the community for decades now, real local legends. Great local business and great place to find great mostly wood based furniture. Also has a lovely cafe at the front for good coffee, wraps, and cake.

Love sitting in middle of so much great furniture, and watching ELTHORNE Park. Staff friendly, keep going, guys

What a place! A cafe within an antique shop that has epic products: coffee is blend is wonderful, the brownie is the best I've in years, the quiche is absolutely fantastic, the omelettes are so balanced and fluffy and delicious, the side salad is light, fresh and in the right temperature and the homemade baklava is AMAZING and so original, best one I've had in London! The service is friendly without being too much and the music is discreet and perfect for the ambience! The whole experience is simply spectacular and the shop is addictive, a true gem that I will be visiting regularly!

Me & my dad come here at least 3-4 times a week. It's the best café that we've been to. It's also a antique/2nd hand shop which adds to the nice atmosphere. It's just what you need on a cold winters day, a warm, relaxing place to have a hot chocolate & a nice slice of their home made carrot cake 🥕. The staff are very nice & the seating is the best with lovely cosy chairs.

Amazing brownie! Gooey and not too sweet.

Spent a magnificent morning/afternoon here with coffee, sweets, lunch, dessert and coffee again (everything was absolutely delicious, especially the brownies and the Ali Baba omelette) while I finished my book in a comfy armchair with fine jazz pouring out the speakers... What a spectacular place! The service is exceptional and I can easily see myself becoming a regular 😊

Nice little cafe. It's a bit hipster with all the cakes from a 'bakery in Hackney' which is apparently a good thing now! I lived in Hackney years ago and although I loved it it was never a selling point for anything. Owners are friendly, atmosphere is good and you can also browse the antiques and collectables in the attached shop whilst waiting for your coffee

What is there not to love about this place? The food is great! Don’t even get me started on the portion sizes!!! So good :D and the customer service is amazing, with them always making me feel super welcome, especially the lovely Erkan who own’s the cafe. Love coming here for some chill time alone or with friends and family. Highly recommend!

My favourite cafe in the area - a gem. Good coffee, great snacks, but it's the room itself that I like so much... The slightly jumbled collection of old furniture and the decor of the room makes for a really nice setting.

Used to come here when it was an antiques place and now it is THE most BEAUTIFUL cafe I have ever been in! Truly lovely, nice atmosphere, Gelupo ice cream (wow!) and great cakes. Genghis is a star, too.

Great addition to the area. Friendly owners, great coffee, pastries and food on display look very good, reasonably priced and has one of the better coffee shop interiors I've seen. Check it out! :-)

Great friendly local place. We enjoyed the spinach quiche and halloumi falafel wrap and nice coffee too!

Stunning revamp of this second hand furniture shop to include a cafe. Just what this area needed. Beautifully decorated with furniture that can also be purchased. Good selection of coffees and teas, cakes and pastries and some food too.

A true local gem - a cafe with friendly staff, great food, and a chill atmosphere, leading to a warehouse full to the brim with furniture and vintage homewares. Always worth a visit!

Perfect coffee shop. From the (not too loud) music to the food and friendly staff. Beautiful ambient, set in an antique shop.

Quirky little cafe with an antique shop at the rear. Friendly staff and tasty food

They have transformed from a bit of a jumble with furniture stacked on top of one another to a exposed brick work, spacious, contemporary retail store. There is a stuffed animal in the window now.
R. S.
Quirky place for a coffee, cake or snacks. Lots of old furniture to look through. Friendly staff.
