It’s plain and simple what they sell is good coffee. Saw a long line outside for this place so I decided to go and check it out. My husband is the coffee drinker and he likes it strong. I did not know what to order and the gentleman at the register helped me out with some suggestions in the end I went with a Spanish Latte. While waiting I admired how simple and pretty it looked inside. Once I had my coffee which took about 10-15 mins hence the long line. I gave it to my husband. He had me try it cause he said he liked it. I’m not a coffee person but I did like how it was sweet but strong taste. You don’t lose the flavor of the amazing coffee they sell here. You can taste the good quality. My husband loved it. When I’m in convent garden again I’ll make sure to stop buy and get some of this amazing coffee. Highly recommend.

To find one of my favourite coffee shops now open in London, I was delighted to visit their Covent Garden branch in January. The cafe does not have any seating, I'm not sure whether this is due to Covid or a lack of space. As with most of their cafes their London post is also very clean and white and stark. The baristas are always busy getting the orders right. The cafe does not accept cash, so for tourists that could pose a problem sometimes. But with Google pay etc, that's usually not much of an issue these days. The coffees we ordered tasted very nice and we would certainly be back. However, due to a lack of seating, we won't be back as often as we would have liked. I hope to see more Arabica cafes open around town.

We were already by london bridge station and decided to go back to covent garden to have coffee. Im glad they were open. The lady was kind enough to suggest the spanish latte. I had it iced and it was soooo good. Very refreshing. Not too sweet considering it had condensed milk. I really got the kick of coffee which was awesome. GREAT FLAVOR! The coffee shop was very pristine, clean, organized and minimalist. Hopefully covid dies down now as Id love to sip my coffee inside their cafe and have a catch up with friends.

Delicious coffee, a nice interior and a few seats so you can sit inside if you want. Staff are very friendly. I do recommend the Spanish iced latte, super tasty but it is on the sweet side. Overall a great place for a coffee!

Absolute best Oat Latte you can find in London! It's a great place to get a coffee. Only thing I would like to see is ceramic cups rather than just take away cups. I think it improves the way a coffee tastes, even if it's just placebo.

The coffee is just perfect. Taste, temperature, texture. Staff are very polite, ambience and deco is bright and minimal, plus you can have energy balls of different flavours (peanut butter, raspberry, lemon and coconut, brownie)

Arabica is one of the most well known and best small coffee chains in London and the Covent garden cafe is absolutely a must. So nice inside and with beautiful design, really wish they had some seating area though it would be so amazing. Of course the coffee was absolutely amazing with deep rich notes. You're able to choose your roast from the wide selection available as well. Definitely one of the top coffee spots in London. One of the best coffee shops in central London. Sells pastries too if you'd like a nibble. Had iced matcha latte thought I try something different and am very pleased with it. Try sweetened if you are not used to matcha. Staff always nice and friendly. Been a few times already

The coffee is great here and the location is a prime spot with a great ambiance welcoming you. Very friendly staff. Recently walked in for quick bite and coffee but the pastry menu went for a toss, no more they serve brownies or any pastries instead they started serving snack balls.

The use of lighting balances well with the interior decor palette of white, brown and bold use of mirrors. Great job on the lighting work. (The facade looks too white though, can't see the shop name in one glance). For the coffee hype, I would have expected more. Coffee was a bit tad grassy in the iced version.

Delicious coffee at a reasonable price in a prime location (center of covent garden). There's seating outside but there are no heating lamps so it will be cold if the sun isn't out. The lattes here are my favourite as they're just creamier and have a less bitter aftertaste. They also have a nhs discount if you happen to work for the nhs! Highly recommended.

Lovely environment and friendly staff. The store is always neat, clean and organised. I usually pop by daily before or after my university lectures and the staff never fails to make my day. It has come to a point where they know my regular order by heart. Staff are extremely genuine in making customer connections and I always look forward to visiting every single time.

I've been to one of their outlets in Singapore before and to be honest didn't know there was a branch in Covent Garden. When I saw the sign I just had to stop in and what a wonderful, spontaneous treat. I ordered an oat milk flat white, which was silky smooth and all the right kind of comforting. At £3.40 it is towards the upper end of the scale, but still cheaper than some of the sugary monstrosities you'd get at the popular international chains, and for a far, far superior product.

Nice staff but I got the matcha latte extra hot and slightly sweetened; however, it was not sweetened, just warm, and worst of all, it tasted bitter. I’ve never had a bitter matcha latte from anywhere?!! A bit disappointing to be honest.

Like all other Arabica cafes I’ve visited in the past (Kyoto and HK), the Convent Garden cafe is beautifully designed, cozy, has great vibes and is home to a number of beautiful Slayer espresso machines. Speciality coffee made on the industry standard equipment. Chemex brewed Burundi was perfect and highly recommended. The next customer asked for an espresso with extra hot milk - don’t tell the baristas what to do, they are skilled at their job and will make you the best coffee on the planet. Spanish coffee with condensed milk is on the menu for amateurs

It's nice but there is only the choice of one single origin, which is disappointing and not the standard of other Arabica coffee houses. Perhaps it would be an idea if the staff could add the sugar (if the customer requires sugar) and place on the lid of the coffee cup themselves to prevent those customers who are uncouth (and those who are unsanitary) from touching all the lids? I witnessed this yesterday in-store, and it's not really what you want to see during Covid-19 times!

Quality was ok but as with most coffee places, they still haven’t worked out how to texture milk properly. I guess coming from Australia, we are spoilt because our coffee culture is so much more advanced than anywhere else I’ve travelled in the world (which is most of it). All said and done though, the coffee was adequate, and did the job.
