Excellent food and service by the Italian lady and Fathy. We were randomly walking and found this place by chance as we were walking to covent garden from our hotel and definitely didn’t regret it. We loved it. Nothing went wrong.

Caffe Concerto is a great place for traditional afternoon tea. Fabulous baked goods and gelato. Great “people watching” on Regent Street. The tea service included tasty sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and a selection of baked confections. Very relaxing and filling! Much more reasonably priced than tea service in a hotel.

Friendly staff and nice food, the actual restaurant is also beautiful! When me and my friend went it was packed but they made an effort to fit us in which was lovely. However, they have no free from food options which is very annoying if you have any allergies. They also run out of items on the menu quite fast so be prepared to change your order! Apart from those two issues: the food is tasty, the setting is pretty and I still think it's a great place to go for coffee and cake.

The Place is very cute, elegant and of high class. I never eat desserts but in this place the story is different. The selection is absolutely incredible and the quality of the food is unlike any other place. Prices are very good and the atmosphere is perfect- highly recommend visiting for a quick break when touring around Oxford Circus

The food was ok, a little over priced for eggs Benedict- one egg, one muffin and some salmon on top for 9 pounds is a little over the top. no sides or even a small side salad. The restaurant was beautiful and very classy. Felt rushed by the staff when ordering and eating my food. Whenever I am in London, I have to do one of my meals here. It is delicious when it comes to desserts and have a good portion of sandwiches and other meals. I personally love it however the service can be better, initially I thought as I was a student there was a lack of respect for me due to that however this was not the case. The cakes ARE delicious but really expensive. If you want to eat inside, the price is literally doubled. To give an idea, I paid £25 for 2 slices of layer cake and 2 cups of tea. Service 12.5%!!!!! All in all, a nice and very elegant experience but a bit expensive.

Food and tea is always amazing but staff was very snooty. We are a regular at Caffè concertos so this time what amazed me was that even though they have the exact same menus at all branches, the portions are different. We visited their branch in Oxford circus a few days ago and we were provided with two scones with plenty clotted cream and three jars of jam but at Regent street we were given one scone and one jar of jam. When we asked, they said this is how it comes, may be because it was very busy at the time. But hats off to their food and tea. Always a pleasant place to go to.

I went with my grandad for some tea and we had the most delicious Red Velvet cake that we both thoroughly enjoyed. We also had a pot of Jasmine green tea each which was lovely. The interior is very pretty and there was a very large selection of cames to choose from, it a wonder we made our minds up! Our server Mennatallah Yousry Barakat was very prompt!

This Cafe serves excellent food including afternoon tea. Their selection of ice cream available during summer time is also excellent. I suggest you try the Hazelnut delight. I may be wrong but this branch seemed a bit more expensive than other Cafe Concerto branches. Other than that I heavily recommend this place.

The interior is very nice and the staff are dressed smartly, but this restaurant gets very busy, so be aware that you may have to wait until a table becomes available upon arrival. The cakes and drinks seem to be of good quality. Concerto branches only seem to have one toilet per sex so it's common for queues to also form by the restrooms. Not sure why this chain don't have restrooms which can cater to larger numbers given their high quantity of customers.

There was a time when Caffe Concerto was affordable however, that no longer seems to be the case, especially given the sharp disparity between their dining in and take away prices. For example, to takeaway a lemon tart is about £3.95 but to sit in is £6.50. Now that is a joke, especially when the service is poor.
