This place is luxurious! They have staff who are probably the kindest people I have met in London, each being very kind, helpful and speedy. I came here for some afternoon tea, and the service was amazing. I can’t suggest any better café than this one. Thank you, Caffe Concerto!

We also used the Groupon Voucher deal (Thanks to Lauren Mc for the earlier review). We had to book by calling the branch as the online booking system is broken. We were lucky to have a comfortable experience here. We came early around 9:30am. Great hospitality from the male staff in blue tuxedo. The sandwiches were juicy and delicious, the scones were fluffy and fruity and the dessert was the best. Staff did a good job - professional and attentive. I was disappointed that they offered chicken and not salmon sandwiches because the manager claimed there was none left and no refills for the tea was offered. Overall it was a great experience as we were left to take as many pictures as we wanted.

The decor is stunning. I especially love the chandeliers. A wonderful calm environment with beautiful mellow tunes that play throughout the dining experience. I took my mother and siblings here for tea/brunch. An early mother’s day gift. My mother throughly enjoyed the atmosphere and all the place had to offer. I would give the place 5* had the service been better. After we were seated we were left for 30 minutes without an offer of at least a drink. Throughout our stay it was unclear who was waiting on us as we were passed multiple times as everyone else was tended to. There was one gentleman; who was not dressed like the waiters who was very charming who I assume to be the owner who was very attentive and even gave my brother a complimentary whiskey to warm he up while we waited for tea. He took our orders put them in the system then someone else brought them to the table. But then when we wanted a second round of drinks and then the check later it was a mission of sorts to flag down a waiter. We really enjoyed the sandwiches and cakes and packed a few to go to as you get quite a bit for your money. The mains we ordered were beautifully presented and tasted as delectable as they looked.

My favourite caffee/Restraunt. Food is delicious, atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. The decoration is my favourite. So classic and vintage look. The colours just catches the spotlight. The staff are kind and polite, service has never let me down. The food is mind blowing, and the portions are massive, I've never finished my plate because of the big portion which I love! They have vegan cakes as well, pistatio and red velvet. I've had the pistatio cake and it's the best cake I've ever had! The cream inside the sponge is like a silk layer that melts into your mouth and the sponge is first class, literally to perfection. Definitely worth going, it's in the village at the corner. Just beautiful!

Extremely attractive and welcoming restaurant, food choices are wide and varied, from a simple snack to full blown burger and lobster.... Could not fault quality or quantity of the dishes we were served. Staff could be more attentive but think they were slightly undet staffed the day we visited. Clean, fresh and relaxing especially with the pianist playing in the background... Would have given 4 and a half if I could..... They deserve it.

The place looks extremely luxurious outside and the decor is amazing. However I mainly really go here for a take away coffee. Have had desserts here before too but the desserts aren't that great. They offer a range of different flavours but then again the desserts look nicer than it tastes. The food here is ok too but due to the decor it makes the experience a tad nicer. I wouldn't go here with kids as the atmosphere inside is quite classy and tranquil so you wouldn't want your kids all shouting around the place. Service here is ok too.

It's nice but not as good as it used to be. You could taste that the food had been prepared earlier. Great atmosphere, I picked it because I wanted somewhere nice but quiet however there was live entertainment half way through our meal which was nice although a bit too loud. Wonderful food and exceptional service! We arrived there after leaving the underground due to a smoke issue on the line and ask them if we could eat there with our pieces of luggage. No problem! He helped me get the luggage into the restaurant and was so very welcoming . They went above and beyond helping us with a small hotel issue, the maître d' was so so helpful and we cannot say enough about the food and the service! Freddy and Fathy, thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts . This is a must stop because they treat you like you are the most important person to them . Spaghetti carbonara and Lobster tagletelli were wonderful.

You do not understand The food here is like Heaven in a plate. The menu is full of different lovely choices. The starter was amazing and my main course which was fish cakes complemented with a delicious dressing and rocket salad was even better. People even recognise me since I am a regular. Had some starters to share. Pate and bruschetta were not very presentable, no flavour and quite bland. We wanted to have some cake but the waitress did not know which cake has nuts in them therefore we did not want to take a risk. She has no knowledge of the product that she was serving. Not a bad stop off while you're on a shopping expedition at Westfield. Coffee was good and they have an excellent range of pastries and cakes. There's also plenty of seating and it's a little off of the main drag so not as busy as some cafes in the shopping centre.

This was my first introduction to italian gelato in London, and what a delight it was. If you're ever shopping in westfield and want something sweet then definitely give this a try. Since, I've found better gelato at Oddonno's in South Kensington, but this is definitely a worthy alternative.
