The staff was helpful and courteous. It's a shame their dish washer has been broken for 2 weeks and waiting for parts and as a result had to drink in paper cup while sitting inside. Coffee ☕ was fine but not as tasteful when served in a proper cup ☕ . When ordering your coffee you are not told that you will be served in paper 🥤. The carrot cake was also served in a paper 📄 bag which was not very appetizing.

Delish hot chocolate but the clientele is very very messy and loud. They should clean after themselves!

The location is good. But I get quite overwhelmed when I see the staff not being nice with costumers for no reasons. I’ve been choosing a piece of cake and my coffee, when one man on the line from the other side was looking also around to choose. The staff asked us who’s next, the man indicated me and I said I was still choosing, he said the same. The “barista maestro” (blonde girl, messy hair) scrolled her arms as being pissed because she’ve been waiting for us (no line behind). After all she made my coffee and she burned the milk, it was too hot, I asked her to remake it also because it wasn’t in the standard of a “latte” foam (being burned). She just added a bit of cold milk. 🙌🏻 Alright then! 🤔 Not a big deal but for the attitude I would leave, I work in the industry I am used to treat costumers in a certain way and when I go somewhere else I expect the same in return (nothing special). The other girl at the cashiers has been very professional and nice. 26th sept 2018, 15:50.

Nice, friendly staff. Great Americano. Comfy seating with good views over Town Square for a little people watching. Although busy the service is quick. Has loyalty card scheme.

That’s the most amazing Costa I ever been so nice staff amazing coffee taste kind warm welcome barista . I drink cortado was a beautiful art on it with heart ;) I will be back deffinetly . Thanks guys to make my day :)

Brilliant Costas American, coffee is just fabulous I really enjoyed it Friday afternoon and the mince pies or it's Christmas every day as staff are very warm and welcome they really treat you as a great customer I was looked after very well I can't wait to go back to the Costa I do recommend to their cakes with a muffins and I have a good selection with their coffee but I drink Americano and a cup of tea no a hot chocolate I would love to give Costco more stars Merry Christmas Costa I personally recommend people to go to Costa drink coffee 24/7 is so relaxing you could have really a good half an hour and he you feel good I did thanks again

Out of all Costa coffee shops I go to, this place always makes me feel special with it friendly and professional staff and management, all staff are very efficient and affective ( Oualid,Irena, Florine...) Thank you for your lovely athmospher. :)
