Lovely coffee shop located in Shepards Bush. They do lovely food especially Falafel Humous VF, which was delicious and beautiful presentation. Customer service is very friendly and attentive.

Had to try this local coffee shop. I tried their hot caramel macchiato (one shot) and it did not disappointed me since I have been a macchiato geek ever since I tasted coffee. My friends tried the shop’s ice cream frappe and mocha frappe but they won’t suggest it though since it was too watery for a frappe. They ended up asking for cubed ice just to make it taste good. The ambience of place was okay too. A hang out place if you just want to chill but not a good place if you want to study though. Toilet’s a bit dirty maybe because it was almost closing time when we went there to have a drink.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I went in at almost closing time on Sunday and the staff were really friendly and informative - i didn't feel rushed to chose or refused to serve! Got a chai for my friend and a coffee - the coffee was so good as well - very clean and smooth creamy! I was in a rush but next time will definitely treat myself to a cake when I come with friends as the service was fast, friendly and efficient!

A complete nightmare. 55 minutes to get our order fully prepared on the table. One bagel comes in the first 20 minutes. We ask for a new bagel because the bread was like gum, completely out of date. 15 mins latter arrived a simple ham & cheese sandwich. After asking twice for our coffees finally arrived. And last to arrive were the orange juices. Disaster, a completr disaster. The summary: a place to forget

Great breakfasts but leave your coat on and keep an eye on your phone. For the culinary wasteland of Shepherd's Bush, this is a very welcome addition. Really excellent cooked breakfast (my compliments to the chef) and decent if not amazing coffee. Nice enough inside, but sadly, as others have said, it's freezing in there and you have to keep an eye out for street people begging or nicking your phone. I was in here recently when a girl had her phone stolen from her table. The staff don't do enough to keep them out. Must be difficult for the busy team to manage, but they have to try and make the place feel safer, and warmer!

I enjoy coming to this café since its refurbishment, however, there are a few niggling, ongoing issues. The first is that there seems to be a problem with the lighting along the front of the café closest to the street-facing windows; they turn off at random intervals and, weeks since reopening, haven't been fixed. Seems that the issue extends to the plug sockets on that side of the space, too. The next is that, despite it being smack in the middle of winter, the café is often very cold. I suspect that the space is difficult to heat given that almost half of the wall space is windowed floor-to-ceiling and there isn't a door into W12 to keep in heat. Still, I'm writing this review wrapped up in a jumper and jacket about to leave because I'm too cold despite the hot tea. The last is the weird dodging of deals by some staff when customers have dietary requirements. Today, I ordered a roll and hot drink which is supposed to total around £5 (I'm not close enough to the A-frame to give an accurate amount, but it was definitely £5-something). Adding oat milk to my order brought my total up to just over £7. I can't really help being lactose intolerant, y'know? Anyway, gripes aside, the café is far better run and well-designed than it has been in years since Esquires initially sold the place to an independent owner, who sold it to another independent owner (who have since relocated down the road), who sold it back to Esquires. As the infamous Mr. Scott once said, "how the turn tables". The new staff are impossibly friendly and upbeat, always happy to serve with a smile and will go the extra mile to ensure that you have everything you need. There are bottles of (full) hand sanitiser on each table, staff are kindly adhering to mask regulations, and the quality of the food and drink has improved enormously. I'm glad to see Esquires back, especially since it's so close to home, but until there's some heating (or the weather warms up) I will probably be sticking to the independent place a little further along who previously ran the joint. I like it here, and I certainly love the staff, but currently I'm freezing my arse off in the dark with a big mug of tea that I could've gotten cheaper elsewhere.

This cafe is very close to my place and I go there very often. The coffee is amazing and so is the food. The seating is very comfortable. I enjoy sitting in this cafe sipping coffee and reading a book or doing my work. Will definitely recommend the place for coffee and my favorite Nutella Crepe.

Entering this bar and receiving a smile from the staff is a beautiful thing as it is not normally seen in other coffee shops, the quality of the coffee is better than starbucks, black coffee and costa. Great coffee, great food and above all great team .. simply a fantastic place where you can relax and enjoy an ideal break! Friendly staff and amazing place. I’ll come back for sure.

As a visitor from the States, I was fortunate enough to come across this cafe. When you first walk in you can feel the nice ambience of the place, spacious seating area, the decor made the place even more cozy. The menu had plenty of options - various coffees, smoothies and milkshakes plus cheesecakes - YUM!!. The staff and manager greeted all customers with smiles and were very accommodating in there recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new coffee spot!!

I really like the place. It's in a goid location, I like the seating. They have a good selection of snacks and little bites as well as the usual coffees and tea's of course. I'm a tea man so can't comment on the coffee but the tea is good. They have open mics on Tuesday early afternoons and now Saturday evenings wich is a really nice touch. Staff have been friendly, I've been a few times and no problems thus far 🙂

I got a cappuccino - again as most places in London this means a latte: hot milk with 2 shots of coffee. The wait to get a coffee was a bit too long and the bar lady did not know what the pastries were under the glass. The coffee was nice and strong though and it was quiet when I was there, perfect if you want to read a book or just serf the web.

I go here fairly regularly. Spacious. Nice staff. Chain cafe style. Lots of the cafes around here are a bit small and noisy, so it's a good option if you want to sit down with a laptop. Like a lot of cafes, it's often very cold with the aircon in winter.

Standard cafe/coffee shop. The drinks and food are nice enough and the staff are friendly and attentive for the most part. There's wifi, sockets and a range of seating. It can get busy at peak times, but you stand a chance of finding a seat most of the time. Handy to get to without heading into the shopping center itself.

One of the best cappuccino's I've had. Creamy and without a hint of bitterness. I also had a carrot cake and a chocolate cake which both far exceeded any of the variants I've had in other coffee shops. Best of all, the decor is comfortable, spacious and full of natural light from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows on the front facade making it ideal for spending a few hours getting your work done or socialising with friends.

Fortunately discovered this place while shopping in the local area. I enjoyed a perfect Americano while my friend was thrilled with her hazelnut latte! Very accommodating as we had a baby with us. Plenty of space for the pram and very helpful staff in making us feel comfortable. Impeccably clean toilets and baby change facilities. Great range of organic coffee's and delicious fresh cakes. Definately top rated. Would highly recommend.

Randomly decided to drop in and have a latte and can honestly say it was one best I've ever had in town, and the warm cherry bakewell slice I had with it was amazing. Undeniably the best coffee shop in the area if you have a laptop and want to sit down and work. Unlike typical 'atmospheric' coffee shops there are great tables and very nice lighting - making it ideal to actually meet someone or get a bit of work / personal stuff done.

I visted this coffee shop few days ago, and i was amazed how polite and welcoming the staff realy are. I then ordered my usual coffee, as i was walking to my table i accidentally dropped my coffee.. This coffee shop which is rather on the lines of a Starbucks is ok. I thought they were rather disorganised though and some of the food choices well I didn't fancy it. Tea very good though better than some other coffee chains.

Nothing special in the way of food or drinks, just in a prime location at the left hand side entrance to W12 shopping centre. Clean, well presented seating areas with just enough space around them to navigate baby buggies or wheel chairs. Live music on Tuesday. Band we saw playing had two adults and a keen young guitarist.
