Great interiors and lovely place to visit. Good place for instagram posts. Food and latte’s presentation is top notch. Bit pricey and not much to explore in menu but overall good place. They have a huge variety of hot coffee, lattes, tea and other drink options.

First of all the interior is so pretty! Very instagramble with many different backgrounds for several picture opportunities! The staff were very nice and friendly, gave us recommendations and helped when needed. The food was also so good! I personally loved the pistachio milk cake the most and the lavender hot chocolate was very good too! All in all, a very nice cafe that you will enjoy with friends!

Honestly had the most brilliant time here! I was a little worried as I saw there were some bad reviews but ignore them, it is still worth going. You do not need to pay an upfront fee, you can spend however much you want, we only had a meal and drinks, there is no rush from the staff to leave. Admittedly drinks are pricey but please remember this is London…eating out isn’t going to be a fiver. The prices were fine considering, I paid £25 for mine. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the Science and Natural History Museum, which is just down the road. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks came very fast. I had the three cheese tortellini, my boyfriend the lasagna dish and my friend the avocado dish. All of us were really impressed by the taste. The staff quite freely allow you to move around and take photos, which is nice because I’m sure they know it’s half the experience. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.

I had the 24k gold beef lasagna and chicken alfredo raviolli and starwberry kisses mojito and every single dish was amazing. The atmosphere is girly and there was a group of girls celebrating a baby shower. I think it's a beautiful place to celebrate, everyone looked happy and the flowers decoration and the colors were sublime✨

First and foremost, I was in love with the decor at @feyacafe 😍 I felt like I entered a fairy world 💞 For a light bite I got myself Pistachio Milk Cake 🍰 and Emerald Matcha Latte 🍵 The Pistachio Milk Cake was nice, but the chocolate glaze was way way too sweet! It was all I could taste 🍫 The cake was nice and nutty, but the sponge a bit dry on the top and soggy on the bottom 😔 If they just made the glaze less sweet and the moistness same throughout, the cake would be a perfect treat 😘 I wasn't a a big fan of the Emerald Matcha Latte 😣 It tasted like a warm frothy milk, with a very little taste of the matcha or any sweetness at all 🧐 The aesthetics were just perfect 🤌 But the food I tried didn't quite suit my taste buds 😋 I want to comeback another time to try more of their menu to make up my mind about them!

It was the first time visiting this place with my gals and it did not disappoint. Our server, Amir was so pleasant in comparison to the others there. He was attentive and ensured we were having a great experience. He arranged to have a special birthday treat deliver to out friend who we were celebrating. Make sure to ask for the dry ice water as it’s a cool experience to see.

The customer service was not great. Me and my friend asked for some adjustments with our deserts, I asked for no strawberries on my waffles as I am extremely allergic to them and my friend asked for no almond flakes. They brought our food without taking our requests into account. They didn’t seem to care for their mistake when we asked them to take our food and bring what we actually ordered. A little rude and unusual for such a famous and popular cafe. However the deserts were delicious and really pretty. But the portion of the coffee was so so small!

I arrived like 20 minutes before my reservation but that was no problem we got the best seats this place is expensive but worthy every penny my daughter ordered the happiness pancake without coconut but it did come with coconut but the waitress was happy to give her exactly what she wanted she took it back even though she had touched it and gave her a fresh one. I had popcorn chicken and the mocktail rose oh wowww what can I say? Superb I don't live in London but any time I will come back to feya cafe we took lots of photos the customer service is out of this world me and my daughter we had our best time in London all thanks to Feya cafe.

Pretty good, but tasteless, overpriced. Seriously overpriced, you’re paying for an Instagram picture of relatively small portions of very average tasting brunch food. I mean, £4 for a flat white that didn’t even have latte art. Anywhere else a flat white is £3 and normally comes with latte art.

Feya has an extensive menu, we had the avo rose on toast and rainbow smoothie bowl, matcha and beetroot latte. The food was tasty (much better than Elan cafe which is more style over substance) but items are quite pricy. Presentation is great and very aesthetically pleasing and food arrived very quickly (although we did feel we had do leave quite quickly).

I would put 10 stars if I could !! Amazing service, the staff were so friendly we felt at home. It was not busy, the food was served really quick. And let me tell you about the food. Shakshuka was perfect, 10/10. And the eggs Benedict were to die for. I would also recommend the triple chocolate cake warmed up with some vanilla ice cream. Our experience was perfect as soon as we stepped foot in the shop, will definitely come back!

The cafe has beautiful interiors and the food not only looked pretty, but was very tasty. The wait for service and food however was appalling. Our booking was for 11:45am and our food arrived at our tables by 1:28PM. Even to pay the bill, we waited so long, we ended up having to go to the front counter to pay upon exit.

This lovely café has been done up to a very high spec, the decor is very picture perfect. A lot of imagination and money has been put into the structure and design of the place which is lovely because all you see is customers taking lots of photos of the cafe/restaurant. The brunch that we had was absolutely delicious and again very picture perfect on the plate. This place really prides it’s self on its presentation and decoration of not only its structure but also it’s dishes. The place is a little pricey for a brunch but I guess you’re paying for the photos? The only downfall is that the service was a bit slow and not as friendly, service with a smile goes a long way in any kind of hospitality or catering establishments. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our brunch here and would recommend

Visited last Saturday and there were some pros and cons. Pros: The interior and the food was very aesthetically pleasing, the decor was beautiful and seating was comfy and cosy. The staff were lovely, very friendly. They did a dry ice demonstration which was cool. Wide selection of drinks avaliable. Cons: Food menu was limited and the portions were quite small for the price. Our food arrived 40 minutes late. Bathroom was not well maintained, we had to ask the staff for more toilet roll. Overall, I would only recommend coming here if you just want to meet for a drink and to get a really good Instagram photo.

Visited this place over the weekend. I’ve been once before and really enjoyed my time here but this time it did disappoint. There weren’t many options on the menu. The drinks we ordered were lovely and they have a variety of drinks on offer. The interior is really pretty too. The downfall was the service we received. Our food came 45 mins after we ordered but we could see they were really busy. Our French toast was undercooked and main meals were cold. When we asked for the bill, we kindly asked for the service charge to be removed and explained why we wanted it removing which was dealt with appropriately. We felt uncomfortable after our payment was made as two members of staff kept looking over at us. As we left, two staff members were talking behind the counter and one then signalled the other to stop talking as we walked past. This made us feel quite uncomfortable.

We went because my daughter thought it looked pretty - we're not bothered about whether something is instagrammable. However I've got to say the interior decor was delightful, tastefully done with a relaxing atmosphere. As my daughter commented "the aesthetics here are superb." We only stopped for drinks and I would have to say - pretty good. I was pleased to see Masala Chai on the menu and it didn't disappoint. Drinks were rather expensive, but not OTT for this part of London. We were going to eat but nothing on the menu appealed. Staff were very pleasant but service was slow. Would I go again? I probably would stop for drinks if I was in the area and showing someone around London. Not sure about the food though.

I used the Fever app to book a dreamy brunch experience for 4 and it definitely was a great experience for us. The interior design was amazing which created a good atmosphere as we arrived. The staff were all happy and attentive. The food was yummy for breakfast and presented beautifully. It is pricey but I will definitely come again for special occasions.

Fully halal. Definitely the most instgrammable cafe in London, every corner has a different theme! Service was amazing! Triple chocolate cake was yummy, Oreo milkshake was probably the best one I've ever had although portion size was quite small for the price. Wasn't a fan of the dark hot chocolate, it wasn't sweet or chocolatey enough. Overall highly recommend.

Cute nicely decorated café! I went on Monday afternoon with my mother to celebrate her birthday and we both loved it! There weren't too many people. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent! We received our order promptly, and the staff were super friendly & helpful! I want to give this 5 stars but it wouldnt be honest. The service was good but one waitress forgot to tell us the chicken gyros wasn't halal and my friend almost ate it until the other waitress mentioned it to us. They apologised but honestly it isnt good enough. It wasnt mentioned on the menu either. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The second waitress tried really hard to offer a good service. The lady that served us at the till was also very nice. Food and atmosphere is clearly about the about the aesthetics. Karak chai was awful and tasted like chain latte, the chicken in the risotto was overcooked.

Very pretty and charming café. Good location. Instagramable definitely! Maybe it was because i went there alone but the staff didn't really check up on me to wait my table. I had the Pink moon brunch main and the waffles were nice and pink. The chicken was awful. Dry and seemed that was reheated in the microwave (as there was some parts that were hard on the side), the poached egg was hard boiled. The tastiest thing on the plate was the blueberry hollandaise sauce was the only thing that have flavour there! Nice selection of teas. Had 2 cakes. 1 was the mango and lemon I think, was tastless and the mango jelly mousse on top was really hard was basically gelatine with no flavour. Couldn't even eat it all, why add the calories if its not gunna taste nice. The other came was very nice. It was passion fruit flavoured and was good but I have had better. Over all good spot for a chat with ur girlfriends

Honest feedback here. Not the best of cafés but I can see why people visit (Instagram pictures). Decor is nice and staff were friendly but the let down was with the food. Our coffee was just about warm when it arrived (had to ask to re-heat). Poached eggs were far too runny and my plate was just stacked with alot of red cabbage and two large Avocados. My feedback to the café; please do not compromise on the quality of food for the sake of its presentation. I felt it was overpriced and did not reflect the overall service.

A very instagrammable place indeed, though not all tables in the cafe are picture perfect so you need to be lucky to be given the best one. The plated and drinks are also picture worthy but the meals are a bit too pricey, given the quantity. From the moment my best friend and I stepped into Feya Knightsbridge Betina one of the hostess/employee was soo friendly and welcoming. I would certainly come back again for amazing service like hers. She made the right recommendation and asked the right questions to help us make our drinks and brunch selections and she’s didn’t fail. The food was just as amazing as the service. She also had a lot of patience and enthusiasm while and when taking (tons) of pictures of us lol. Being the first place we’ve been too since the lockdown our experience was exceptional. She is certainly an asset to your company and I only wish that more people at other restaurants and places were more like her. Flexible booking via OpenTable. Indoor seating was comfortable. Very instagrammable café/restaurant. Cutlery was top notch. We ordered a bunch of things: truffle chicken sandwich 🥪 (good size, came warm, tasted nice, very truffle-y though), pastitsio (pasta very al dente but tasted very nice, had to get it reheated), happiness pancakes (tasted nice but had so much going on, was a bit overwhelming- a simpler pancake option would have been good), coffee milkshakes were very milky and nice, passionfruit rose cocktail had a strong rose 🌹 taste and very sweet intense passionfruit flavour (had to get it diluted). We had the cobb salad to go and will try later. All in all, great service with good food in a beautiful setting at a decent price.

Absolutely amazing! My friend and I visited the branch in knightsbridge. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Feya cafe was on my list of places to visit and I am very glad that I paid a visit today with my friend. The decor is very lovely, perfect for instagram! Once I arrived to the cafe, the door was opened for me by a lovely staff who wore a hijab (I am not sure of her name)! However there are two downsides to this place: 1) The food is quite expensive! I payed 25 pounds for one small meal and a smoothie and service charge included. 2) My friend ordered a three cheese tortellini with chicken. Once she received her order, we saw that they did not add the chicken! She had to ask them to add it in and once they gave it back to her, it was messy.
