Coffee is so good! Has a great selection of food as well, you can sit outside and enjoy the sun by the dock which is awesome! Staffs very friendly and service comes out really fast

Great people, great service, good wake up coffee, don't be shy, say hello to them. Clean and ready to help, you can order eggs in the morning. Prices are good and the inside of the cafe is clean and comfortable. Larger groups can sit together and the owners are very accommodating. Even if your eating in you can ask for your coffee in a to go cup....perfect.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of this cafe. The pastries were ok and the latte was average. Nothing shouted out to me which was disappointing. It’s not bad, staff were friendly and prices reasonable. Overall, I’d only give it an average rating.

The coffee is quite big but it still tastes strong enough and not too milky, but the flat white which I got was way too hot and the milk was a bit burned. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I have had better coffee from there since.

Overall a good place. It could provide a better experience to customers if they actually restricted smoking outside in the outdoor tables. That's very annoying. Also, no wifi for customers, which is a shame. During the current times, staff have not been compliant with public health measures and don't wear face masks properly.

Decent coffee and food, clean environment. Lets itself down by not being the friendliest service and despite restrictions being lifted to allow people to eat and drink inside, the toilet has a 'closed' sign on it. Local businesses should show some community spirit and allow customers and the general public to use their toilet facilities as they are lacking in the area.

I love this place. Work in London occasionally for a few days at a time and stay at the nearby Crowne Plaza London Docklands hotel. Fratelli's is a great alternative for breakfast from the hotel offering if you are looking for something lighter than an 'buffet' for a high price. Staff are always pleasant and always ask how I am even though I am only there once every two months or so which is a lovely touch. Around breakfast time they have great range of filled bagels and baps / cobs / rolls (depending on where you come from). They also have freshly baked pastries and lots of other goodies to give you that 'kickstart' in the morning with a family vibe. They have recently started doing omelettes and English Breakfast. All food tastes great that I have eaten here. They are also staying open throughout lock-down 2.0 in England (Nov - Dec 20) as a takeaway offering. This is my go to place for breakfast, but also serves great food throughout the day. A good range of bottled beers are also available. Close by to the Royal Victoria DLR station.

Staff wore masks up until their noses, which I always find ridiculous. However, they were quick. Coffees and cheesecake were ok, nothing unusual or Italian about them despite the name of the venue.

I really enjoyed this little coffee shop in the docklands area. The owners were so friendly and kind they even remembered me the second time I came in and remembered how I liked my tea. It's people like this that make you feel like a regular when you are away from home.

I used to come here a few years back and I must admit it was better back then. The staff were friendly, the quality of the food was much better and the coffee was nicer. Now it kinda feels like a 'what do you want' kind of place. Such a shame but because of the location it is hard to find a half decent coffee anywhere else.

A great selection of food ranging from little light cakes to full on meals. Had the Greek salad which was the best I've ever tasted! The thing that lets this place down is the staff, not friendly and don't really create a welcoming atmosphere! Nonetheless I would go back!

Thank you all:) However it is always too hot. "Coffee temperature law UK " Temperature - the judge noted that tea needs to be brewed at boiling temperature, and coffee between 85°C and 95°C. He agreed that were hot drinks served at between 55°C and 65°C (to avoid scalding), these would not have been acceptable to customers. Best regards Alex

This little gem located on the quaint Royal Victoria Docks, just by the Emirates Cable Cars, is the best place for an intimate bite (with a view). The staff are warm and friendly and the menu is varied and yumza... My favourite? The Scrambled Eggs on Rye Toast with a Double Espresso w/Caramel washed down with a nice cold refreshing drink...

very convenient while waiting on the cable cars. their offering isn't much different from starbucks or Costa. the staff where pleasant enough. couple of problems though they have a loyalty program that is literally only for their coffee I found that a little odd but not a deal breaker. I bought two packets of their Doughnuts though and took them home only to find that they were rock hard, you could use them as weapons well couldn't take it back because they are clear across London, That was extremely annoying. I'm keeping it at 4 stars because everything else was great. But Guys please, please. Check those doughnuts. Thanks.
