We had a nice meal here - sat outside under the heaters. Food was tasty and we got to watch the skateboarders which the littleun loved. Food arrived at very different times though - so one of us had finished when the other meal arrived. Other than that all good :)

Nice place to eat overall, nice design, friendly staff. The food is good but nothing special, the thing i didn't like is serving children food too hot and after serving our mains, the kitchen should be careful with this and know that kids have always to be served before as they are always hungry 😂

I'm not sure what the photo is that prompted me to review because the photo bears no resemblance to where we were. We were in an establishment off the London Embankment. We popped in for brunch and the service was very good, quick, food really nice, all efficient, and all of that whilst being very, very busy. Cleanliness was good, though couldn't be investigated in detail because of the crowds. Can't comment on the toilets because we didn't visit. We would definitely return.

I ate here on a Monday lunchtime in a group of 10 people. The restaurant was pretty busy, but the staff were really quick with the service. They were friendly, polite and welcoming and got all the orders correct, including some adjustment requests. All the food was attractively served and everyone really enjoyed their dish. A smaller selection of deserts, but equally tasty. Really reasonable prices, especially for The South Bank, great selection of drinks and food, friendly, quick and delicious. A really great experience, would definitely go again!

Love it here. Sometimes the service isn't fantastic in the sense that they leave plates for literally hours and you have to ask for them to come to take dessert orders etc. But great location and you know what the food will be like. Good value.

I have never been to this chain before and was uncertain how it would be. The restaurant was very busy, always book in advance if you are going at a busy time. We were seated and I had my first chance to look at the menu. There really is a wide choice of food on it and prices considering it is central London are good. The service was good and the food was tasty. It is reasonably child friendly and does have a children's menu.

The food was a bit bland and cold. Considering it was very close to Central London, the prices were slightly reasonable. Cocktails were cheap but tasted watery. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

The food is pretty low quality.the steak was really chewy and difficult to cut even with a steak knife.The main dishes we ordered didn't arrived at the same time at the table.We recieved the main course before the starters and nibbles.really chaothic place and it feels really overcrowded.it feels like everything is out of control.either the kitchen is understaffed and not trained properly ,either the waiting staff is not trained properly and don't know how to post orders.from what i noticed the waiting staff seems to know what they are doing,so i assume the problem is in the kitchen.maybe hire more qualified people so they can handle orders properly.

cool place and great location but bottomless brunch isn’t bottomless, they often take about 20 minutes to bring a new glass out so you’re pretty limited on how much you can drink. Also, overall service is pretty slow. Meant to update: After something was said they went out of their way to accommodate us, extended our time and brought bottles to our table. Thank you!!

After a disastrous experience here last summer, we decided to give this place a second try. The service has tremendously improved - shout out to our waiter Abdul who was so lovely and polite. I had the japanese katsu curry and it was delicious :) only problem is that they don't bring all the food at once??? I finished my food before my friend's food arrived! Overall a lovely place to chill with friends on the Southbank.

Who sells a salad as Greek and doesn't put feta cheese on it? Fire alarm went off - twice! False alarms both times but visiting with small children was made extra challenging.

Had a fantastic night here (25/9/21) with my wife and two children. From start to finish the service and food where beyond my expectations for a restaurant I’d never heard of before. My wife had organised it as part of our weekend away and I can honestly say it was brilliant. The food is a good price and tastes amazing even my picky children liked it. I would definitely recommend this place and they do take away food as well as they can get busy which doesn’t surprise me with how good they are.

Decided to eat here on a Sunday. Absolutely packed to the rafters. They ask you to leave pushchairs/prams near the front door - makes sense to free up space around the tables. Food is ok, nothing special and reasonably priced, staff are helpful and friendly. We returned to our pushchair to find someone had helped themselves and took our daughters unopened water bottle and shoved our pushchair in amongst others. In the grand scheme of things perhaps not a big deal but is it too much to ask for some respect from other fellow diners?

This a good place to take your family there is space for buggies I saw parents with very young children. The food is very nice although I found my rice a little bit aldente and my choice of smoothie wasn't the best (giddy giraffe). The restaurant seems rather big there were a lot of people it was almost full, there also a heated eating area outside I felt it was a bot cold inside but I think that was because we were sitting by the door. The customer service was very friendly there were no problems what so ever I would like to visit again with my boyfriend.

We visited on a busy Saturday evening so it was busy but we were seated straight away The music was loud, but we were near the speakers so it maybe an un fair point to make. The service was ok, but we had to find a waiter to order more drinks. The food that arrived was missing an item, but that was quickly remedied. The quality of the food was good. Everything was cooked well and had good flavour and texture. What was disappointing was the company automatically adding a 12.5% tip to the bill. I can’t justify to my company putting that on l, so had to find a manager to remove it. We did leave a cash tip for our server, but it left a bitter taste. I’m not sure I would return. I’ve been to the Oxford branch and really enjoyed it, where the atmosphere was much more relaxing. For the war on plastic, please think about removing pointless straws from every soft drink.

The ribs and burger looked and fasted amazing according to my companions but the fish was too oily for me and it was not salted before being battered. It would have been a perfect 5 if the fish was nicer The restaurant is definitely Commited to making the customer feel special, the wait staff were very friendly. I even had a dedicated wait staff member that personally looked after my party as I have complex allergy needs. Even when I was recklessly ordering dessert, she came back to advise me on what was in each component of the dessert. Nice family friendly atmosphere in south bank and a chilled atmosphere where you could talk for hours on end and not feel unwelcome.

Beautiful location on the water with a view of the London Eye. Food is lovely. There is a bit of everything on the menu: Mexican, curry, Korean, Japanese and Turkish. My friend and I shared the Halloumi Pide (very nice, especially the yoghurt), sweet potato fries and nachos (with jalapenos and beef on the side). Nachos were average, a bit cold, a lot of the chips were broken which made it very difficult to eat however beef was amazing (wish there was more served)! For dessert we ordered the brownie and banana waffle split. Both were delicious. For drink I ordered the sunshine coast iced tea (purely because I'm from Australia), all I could taste was the mango juice (no chamomile or green tea which I was most looking forward to). Overall I would visit again. Maybe on a Tuesday when the have 50% off burgers. They also have 2 for 1 cocktails Friday-Sunday.

Came for a staff meal. Wasn’t very busy on a wet Sunday evening in March, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff are attentive and we ordered drinks which came fairly quickly. We weren’t pressured into ordering and were offered help with the menu if needed. There is a reasonable selection of dishes and our starters came just as we had all settled down. The mains were delivered and everyone was happy. There is a selection of world dishes and the menu seems to cater for most tastes. They do have offers on, and they email you if you subscribe, but many of the email offers I have received aren’t valid at the Southbank venue. The cost was pretty reasonable, but they do add a service charge. The view would be stunning during summer and the Southbank is buzzing with life.

Good menu was rather limited but varied enough to accommodate everyone in our party. The only one criticism I have was that there was no hand sanitizer station on the way in but in truth everyone should be carrying there own, would definitely come here again.

Nice place good location the drinks were amazing we had a couple of cocktails and honestly were one of the best for me I have never had a better Pina colada ever thought I was on a beach in the Caribbean and was only £5 each. They had a really good kids menu for our daughter large variety but she ordered pizza with chips ( of course). The mains for us were a little bit of a let down my wife had to order something else because the chicken katsu wasn't very nice but made an alternative quite fast, I ordered the Argentinian ribs nice but needed a bit more seasoning.
