I went with a small group and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel very special. We said we had limited time so they were very attentive and we got our food quickly. I had vegan pulled pork and my group had real pork. My meal was really nice and was quite spicy. We even got a complementary slice of vegan cake as we left. I can't praise the staff enough for their friendliness. I would definitely go back here and hope they will get some more vegan options too!

Friendly, local cafe with delicious sandwiches (I love their sourdough) and great coffee

Lovely little independent cafe serving delicious brunches, great coffee and a variety of things you can buy to take home! Would thoroughly recommend the avo toast with salmon 👌🏻👌🏻

Tasty sandwiches and excellent service. Also great product selection to take home.

I stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I don't normally go for a salad but the serving size was generous and filled me up. Ingredients were obviously good quality. Coffee and shop were nice too. Update: upgrading from 4 to 5 stars. This place has become my local favourite for lunch. Their huge sandwiches (I always go for the hummus and avocado) are made to order on fresh sourdough - delicious.

I love this cafe! Super lovely and friendly staff, chilled vibe and always great music in the background. I regularly get my coffe there and Ecover refills. Good spot for all your vegan needs, especially vegan raspberry chocolate brownies, they're TO.DIE.FOR. Best brownies I've had in my life (and I've had a lot.....).

They do the best smoked salmon avocado toast! Lots of attention to detail taken on recipes, large portions 😋

Highly recommend these sourdough sandwiches for delivery under lockdown! Smoked salmon very high quality and avocado perfect. The salads are also particularly tasty with delicious healthy toppings and dressing. New lunch delivery favourite for me and my children! Available via deliveroo and ubereats.

Cute atmosphere but service was quite slow even though we were only 6 customers we waited for 20min for our coffee. I got excited about the eco refill station and organic groceries but then drinks and food "to go" was all served in plastic.

Amazing choice of health foods and refills. Great little place with plants and outdoor seating with overhead cover!

The name says it all, but it's more a combination of food stuff and other stuff. Benny and his partner started the place because Dalston was lacking a cafe that supported healthy organic lifestyles – including a health shop that wasn't just another protein-pushing space. Popping in to try one of their freshly-made Rise and Shine juices – orange, apple and carrot – and smoked ham sandwiches, the part-cafe, part-shop sells great food stuff to take home, as well as environmentally-friendly cleaning and bathroom products. The bread's crust was crisp, and the chutney and mature cheese sold the sandwich for me.

Discovered this gem of an organic food store-cum-cafe just last week, and already it's become one of my favourite places to hang out during the week. Healthy Stuff offers sourdough bread from E5 Bakehouse, cakes from the wonderfully-named Exploding Bakery, and brownies and flapjacks from the Happy Kitchen. The coffee, brewed from Climpson & Sons beans, is top-notch. The cafe area is relatively small, with one large table (seating six) and three smaller tables (seating two each), but with ample space such that you won't feel as if you're encroaching on others' personal space. There's even wifi here, a definite plus in my book. The grocery section covers a wide range of items, from household goods to baby products to spices to fresh fruit to chilled items... Essentially, the whole works! All in all, a lovely shop all around.

Serendipitous encounter. Outstanding sourdough sandwiches, vegan fillings for the most part, excellent pressed natural and organic juices and great coffee to top it all off.
10/10 all round.

Great smoothies and brunch. Been here many times. Love the egg salmon on rye/sourdough. Good heathy options available.

Really cosy and friendly cafe. Enjoyed the basil tofu salad and a raspberry smoothie. Went on a weekday lunch. Nice ambience and music too.

Definitely my favourite place in Dalston. Love the food the juices and the coffee. All healthy ingredients on the most amazing sandwiches. Highly recommended

Nice food and you can recycle baby pouches. You can also get cleaning products and laundry detergents in plastic free refill.

I like Healthy stuff because it's right across the road from my house offering something a little different to what is on offer locally. I always get the advocado, red pepper sandwich which is delish. They are abit pricey but worth it.

Friendly service without a doubt but my coffee was unfortunately disappointing. I’ll try again in case it was a one off

Cosy cafe and shop with friendly staff - serving thoughtful food, smoothies, and juices, as well as a nice selection of grocery and household products.

The best coffee of the area. And some wonderful and rare natural products. You should come for a visit!

Good options, nothing that will offend.
The chai latte isn't concentrate, was a tea-bag - not my thing but the food was good
C. J.
Limited but useful range of wholefoods in the shop, but good range of sandwiches, cakes and drinks make this a go-to local place

Nice place. Could do without the pretentious and too loud music in such a small space.
