Reviews of Look mum no hands!
I. B.
Very kind staff! It’s pet-friendly and they have the best avocado toast I’ve tried in London. Very chill / family vibe. I recommend it!
A. F.
This is possibly the nicest coffee shop in London. Not only is it so well-lit and cozy, but the staff is amazing. I was having such a hard day and seeing how positive they were, and how they appreciated the coffee they made, really changed my perspective for the day.
Also, this is a beetroot coffee which blew my mind! So amazing!
M.
Excellent pit stop on your city exploration tour! Really good coffee, friendly staff, tasty food and interesting interior even if you are not a cycling enthusiast.
K. W.
Great service, used look mum no hands for bits & pieces for my bike, I’m a beginner when it comes to bike maintenance. Their prices are reasonable and quick at getting repairs done.
S.
Food and drinks are always good, service always friendly.
Comfortable place to hang out. Inside tables are snugly placed so not great for wheelchairs but there's seating outside.
Cycle races often shown, cool cycling related prints & pics up to buy and lots of local and creative publications to pick up.
Wifi is very good and the line up of laptops along the window seats is proof. Thoughtfully there are laptop free tables.
P. J.
coffee is always on point the staff are amazing, Worksop guys are nothing short of legends.
World class service each and every time.
F. A. M.
A great place for two wheel lovers!
Usually busy, great place for a breakfast or brunch, try the full english or the avocado toast, coffee is pretty good as well.
The atmosphere is very cool, they have a nice little cyclist shop and workshop, they only negative will be perhaps the prices, but it is quite an different place so I guess you have to pay for that too.
Nice little patio to enjoy during summer time too!
Would recommend 100%!

I couldn't reccomend this place more highly. It was very reasonable for the work done, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeablen and the work was undertaken to an impeccable standard. I am so happy with my as good as new bike
J. W.
Friendly with a good atmosphere. Sells their own custom merch, food, drink and is friendly to people coming in to work with their laptops etc (Just consider buying something or pay the ‘just hanging out’ charge :)
J. C.
Literally amazing. I had the most delicious lunch and the venue is just really interesting. Really handy if you are a cyclist as you can buy lots of your cycling needs here and also use their track pump if you grab a coffee! :) A nice outside area too. Thanks!
C. P.
A perfect cafe to take your laptop and work, or catch up with friends over a coffee. It’s got a great grunge-crossed-cycling theme, with wheels hanging from the ceiling and hipster decor. Good fast wifi. The coffee was good, although the almond milk was way too sweet (go for black instead). Good music, great vibes, altogether a fab cafe!
E. N.
Amazing food, super friendly staff, the eggs were perfectly poached and the English muffin was delicious. Ordered the green detox juice which is healthy and the place is really unique and cozy.
I heard they have amazing burgers at night but sadly didn't have the chance and time to go but will do for sure next time.
The decoration is nice with many bicycles and a workshop inside.

My new favourite place and my spiritual home. Awesome breakfast, great coffee, lovely people.
p. t.
Have to go to this place if you are a self respecting cyclist. They have excellent coffee (I just tried a latte extra large but I figure any coffee will be nice). They have a great collection of cakes and lots of different breakfast and lunch choices. I would pass by if you are into this hipster-coffee-newwave kinda thing.
T. C.
This might be first bike cafe in London. I really enjoy the laid-Baird staff as well as the atmosphere when they have big screens for games.
Their coffee is more at the strong side while their food offering is usually a bit heavier, great for cyclists though.
Including free mags for people to collect and always open doors really makes Look Mum No Hand! feels like a meeting point of communities, such bikers, coffee lovers or craft beer enthusiasts.
The only thing is it sometimes gets really packed and difficult to move even there's still tables available.
J. W.
Old street is a very exciting and lively district in London with hipster coffee shop. Today I found a very interesting one for our laptoppers. The reason I like is not only their theme and style, but also the lovely staff and service, which means more. Sometimes you like a place because of the real people instead of what they offer, right?
Definitely I enclosed the review here.
London Coffee Shop for Digital Nomads-8
Look mum no hands!
PS: The name originates from the words when every kid feels proud when they could master two wheels…haha…make sense.
Category: Cycle Cafe Bar Workshop
WIFI: Reliable, free to use (but you need to ask for the access code)
Download: 11.6 Mbps
Upload: 2.39Mbps
PING: 10ms
JITTER: 35ms
Not too bad…
Seating: A bar stool with glass window with 6-7 seats, 7-8 tables with 2 chairs each. A long sofa with 6-7 seats. Only 3 power points under the sofa.
Toilet: one for unisex
Ambiance: A special vibe with bicycle wheels hanging on the ceiling, like a kind of art. Very lovely atmosphere though a little small. The staff are so welcoming, especially the one named David, such a lovely gentleman and his passion could make your day!
Cost:
Coffee £2.4-£3.4, Tea £2.75-£3.25, Juice £3.55-£3.95
Avocado toast, porridge, English breakfast, different kinds of burger and sandwich, salad and bakery goods and so on £2.5-£10.5
Something special about the cafe:
(1) On weekdays, they open until 10pm every night;
(2) They provide bike fixing service. If you are freelancers who cycle, it is a place where you could meet up cycling fans and stay without worrying any bike problems;
(3) They have a basement downstairs for hosting cycling related workshops and it is a good vibe to watch the latest Euro cycling race in live here.
Problems:
(1) Usually very busy, so not distraction-free, haha, but the music is not too loud;
(2) They only have 3 power points under the sofa, so if you need to charge your laptop or phones, not convenient.
A. S.
Quite a large cafe that doubles as a bike workshop although there seemed to be more non cyclists here than cyclists. The cyclists seem to loiter outside with their bikes and coffees whilst the benches inside are filled with people working on their laptops. Tables are reserved for diners but the bench seats are perfectly fine for working be there’s plenty of power points under the table top. The WiFi speed is abysmal however and a hot latte costs 2.9 pounds. There’s two bathrooms which are super roomy inside! Great atmosphere overall to work or drink. #BeatTheGrind
J. D.
Great cafe for cyclists. Very friendly and good food.
J. K.
A great little find! I walked passed this shop one evening and really like the look of the place — outdoor area and fun bicycle art work. I decided to stop by for brunch and was not disappointed! The staff is very friendly and the food was delicious! They also seem to offer a lot of fun events throughout the week. If every back in the area I’d swing by again.
N. L.
Very nice atmosphere and the salmon bagel plus latte is great. You can work here or just simply meet friends with the view of people consulting their cycling problems- the combination is just great.
K. P.
Great bike workshop with a wicked coffee shop attached. I've had plenty of work done on my bikes there and never had a complaint.
As with everything Covid has changed operations but the fundamentals remain, so, there is still great coffee, good food, fine staff and a lively vibe.
P. W.
This place has been on the bucket list for a good while, and with the way meetings have fallen today, it was the opportunity to pop in for a coffee, or what turned into lunch. Amazing cheeseburger with fries, the black pepper was a nice touch. Can't believe David was working here and we go back along way as he was working in the cycling cafe I used alot when I lived in Essex. Good to have a catch up with him, in what was a very busy lunch session. As you would expect live cycling is shown. Open until 2200 with licenced bar. You can lock your bike up outside on the street, or in the courtyard, recommended so you can keep an eye on it. Thank you to all the staff who are very friendly. Will return, soon.
M. S.
Great place. I had my vintage bike fixed here, and I also had tasty brunches and coffees. Staff is the friendliest. When there is specific event, place is literally packed. Also outdoor seating, and wheelchair friendly.
N.
I was on a community bike ride through London and my jokey wheel broke off while cycling. I was advised to come here, get help so I could continue the route. The bike mechanic Shaq was the coolest and kindest guy ever, we chatted he fixed my jockey wheel problem, saw some other issues with my bike that needed attention and sorted it right there and then. I am so thankful to Sam and the team, I was gutted when I thought I couldn't continue but theses guys got me back on my wheels, fuelled me up with delicious coffee and great conversation.
A. M.
I've been to LMNH many times for coffee but never had breakfast. It was delicious! Really liked the rocket with the full English, made the whole thing much lighter and less greasy than your standard. Portions are a good size and the cafe itself is really lovely. Will definitely be coming back. Also bonus points for dog friendliness!
W. G.
Popped in to get some new clipless pedals fixed to my bike the other day as I didn't have the tools to do it myself. I was met by a very helpful bike mechanic who got me back up and rolling very quickly. I even think he cleaned my chainset for free. 10/10 service, cheers guys.
D. W.
This place is amazing. I randomly stumbled upon it and gosh was I surprised. Lovely people run it, the atmosphere is very friendly, the whole place has an incredible vibe. We had cake and coffee - I am extremely fussy about my coffee, there's was delicious and nicely done. And the cake!!! If you can try the caramel banana cake I swear you'll be in heaven. Will definitely come back!
S. K.
As soon as I stepped in it felt so welcoming and original. Great staff very friendly and polite. Coffee was also great. Needless to mention that you can easily hang around for hours in such a cozy place. Really great place!
S. Z.
Pioneer in London's cycling cafe scene. They serve Square Mile coffee and offer delicious breakfast/brunch options.
The workshop is excellent..... ah and I almost forgot the best thing: they broadcast cycling races.
C. M.
The nicest place I've been to in London.
Got hit by a bike puncture coming out of Farringdon station and was recommended to come here by a passing passenger. The staff here are lovely, the cafe is so much fun, and you could not wish for a better spot to start the day.
Fully recommend to any passer by!
Y. O.
Admire this place, open from 8 to 10, and fully utilizing its space along all day.
Coffee in the morning, a wine bar at night, and occasionally big screen cycling events... and a bike workshop space outdoor.
Good Wi-Fi, excellent coffee, and delicious bakery. Even Portuguese pastel de Nata!!
Laptop-friendly. They have both tables for digital people seeking for a space with internet and good coffee and ‘no-laptop’ tables to have a great time with your mates :)
C. P.
The best place that I’ve ever visited in London! Kind staffs, good atmosphere and delicious food & beer & coffee for sure! Highly recommend you guys to visit lovely space!
D. W.
Cosy hipster bike shop, bar and restaurant. Serves beers, wine by the glass as well as pitchers of wine. Has plentiful burger options and snack options. Great to meet friends for drinks in teh evening or equally for remote workers to use their laptops during the day.
C. L.
Visited - 16/10/18
Atmosphere - easy going atmosphere (good for casual meet ups over coffee, light office work, but wouldn't recommend for studying), compact layout, so may struggle to find an empty seat (some tables were unavailable due to prior reservations)
Food - selection of sweet and savoury treats, cake ordered was not too sweet and moist, decently priced
Service - kind staff
D. S.
Great bike stop. Coffee and pastries plus a bike service workshop. One member of staff is particularly enthusiastic and chatty, in a good way!
K. R.
The food, coffee and staff: amazing! Shall be back soon.
욤.
Relatively easier to find empty tables on weekeds compared to other ones in Shoreditch. Still, the quality of food was okay! :)
#. T.
Fine, but nothing special really. £11 for toasting a slice of bread, eggs stirred about a pan - half an avocado and some raw spinach, some alright salmon. They didn't do anything to justify it being £11 like eggs benedict.
S. M.
Had delicious butternut and gorgonzola pasta. Great coffee in a funky cycling environment. Feels quaint but accommodates many.
W. A.
I was here long time ago. Same vibes, fancy food and cozy deco and space. People and computers on the high table. Good energy from entrepreneurs, bikers and curious people. Nice spot after a walk across London museum and Barbican Center.
J. K.
My favourite coffee shop / brunch place in London. Such friendly staff and tasty food. This was my local - a quick drink before getting the tube and my evening hide-out when I need a breather from the usual. The bike shop and swags are pluses too! Too bad I don't cycle but I've gotten lots of great things for my friends
S. D.
Always trust cyclists to know a good full English. So good!
E. S.
Amazing staff, great place for cyclist to stop for a refreshing drink or a food.
B. S.
Thank you so much to Sam for quickly diagnosing the fault with my Brompton and fitting a new back wheel in less than half an hour. Excellent coffee and cake in the café whilst I waited.
V. S.
Niche, quaint, lovely staff. A good space for a meetup or time alone.
L. A.
Awesome vibe watching the Olympic
Cycling on the Telly with my British Cycling colleagues today. Lovely food, great service, proper nice people. Thanks LMNH.
B. P.
Quickly becoming one of my fave brunches in London. Simple brunch with delicious vegan sausages.
L. B.
Great coffee, great food and a very nice cycling themed café.
H. C.
My favourite cafe in London. The food is great but even better is that you can get your bike sorted out whilst you have a coffee and cake! The staff are great and the location is convenient. I never have any issues finding somewhere to sit either.
L. w.
Good place to hangout with friends or even along with your laptop. According to the circumstances, to eat in they require to order directly from the QR code on the table which is easy and convenient.
Staffs are friendly and the coffee collection is good as well. You can find Square Mile coffee here :)
E. K.
Best cycle workshop. Place to go if you’re cyclist
H. P.
A long wait for food to be served. The staff is extremely busy and trying their best to be on top of the orders. That would be the only negative comment of my visit.
Apart from that the coffee is very tasty, food is delicious, the place is clean and with a different décor that doesn't feel forced. These people have created a very nice environment to be in. Friendly staff. If we're around we'll drop in again.
D. T.
Great cafe and bike workshop in one space. Friendly staff and fantastic food. Very nice casual space with some outdoor area. Laptops only allowed on the window benches with power points, to stop tables getting monopolised. They play the big bike races live on a big screen! The only thing to improve for me is that the coffee is a little weak and (flat white) too much milk which is over frothed for my taste.
D. E.
Lovely place, as someone who sat in to have a catchup with a colleague, I really appreciated the laptop policy (=you have to sit at these bar tables if you’re just on a laptop) because it was rather busy at 9am! The food was delicious too :)
J. W.
Coffee/food okay. £8 for one slice of unseasoned avocado on one piece of toast. £2 more for very salty deep fried bacon. Coffee average. Nice place to chill and chat. Cycle repairs v expensive, but quick turnaround.
R. M.
Fantastic sport for a coffee or a casual beer. The beans for the espresso and filter are rotated regularly and always delicious. We’re in here regularly to grab coffee and salmon bagels on a Saturday.
Really friendly staff, always ready to help you out with whatever you need.
Food is great and service is fast even at busiest times, recommend trying the custard tarts.
Nice community feel to the place, especially when the cycling is on the big screen.
For the proper die hard regular there’s even a range of LMNH merchandise
D. F.
Food was awesome. Great eclectic mix of folks. This is a bike shop / cafe as it should be.
M. G.
The staff is really sweet, the place has a great vibe, love the music, the beetroot latte was top-notch.
D. P.
Lovely place with very tasty vegetarian meals. The staff is also very friendly.
D. M.
Great café (top cakes/sandwiches/beers). Great bike place, too: helpful and friendly mechanics who most of the time will straight away take a quick look at (and fix) any minor problem you ride in there with (unlike Evans & Co who will often insist on three-weeks' notice and a formal booking before even gazing at your bike..)!
Support your local bike shop!
T. R.
Outstanding coffee and excellent cakes. Good for sitting watching the cycling on a weekend.
T. L.
Such a fun place to visit! Beer, coffee, food and loads of cycling stuff to check out.
I. M.
Super friendly staff, lovely healthy food, great coffee. Fantastic bike mechanics too.
J. M.
I'm consistently impressed with this place, even though I go regularly. Good food, and excellent coffee. I'm sure if you were a cycling fan you'd give it 6/5 ;-)
A. Z. S.
I am very pleased with the bike repairing service provided at LMNH. This was the only place across Central, East & North London that was keen to fix my Pashley Princess. All LMNH team members were helpful and very friendly. Moreover, I highly recommend their coffee. Many thanks guys!
P. N.
They get all the important things just right! The vegan full breakfast is one of the best in London; it's nice and hot and the ingredients are top quality, especially the banger! The atmosphere is really friendly and there are always places to sit.
I. B.
Really good atmosphere. For a coffee during the day and beer in the evening's. I love there open mic's that they do with the music store next door! Will definitely come again.
D. A.
Really good place, the staff is really nice and the chap in the bike shop is always up to a friendly chat about bikes. The atmosphere its nice you can have a lock supplied by them.
If you are a family man with kids looking for a quiet place to breakfast on Sunday this is a nice place but sometimes there is loads of cyclist and is difficult with kids, Eggs and salmon with avocado is beautiful, coffee is a nice one .. So far my fav place after a long ride.
W. F.
Best cafe' in London! I go there every morning for my coffee. The whole team there are a bunch of legends. V cool atmosphere, friendly service, great quality coffee, food & they can fix almost any problem with your bike whilst you wait. I'm almost tempted to puncture my tire just so I have another excuse to head there. 10/10
M. O. L.
great space to get your bike fixed and get a nice coffee, there is also an outside space where you can park you bike and sit.
Staff was super nice and helpful. There is also bike accessories to buy, snacks and cold drinks.
F. R.
My favourite bike cafe in London. Great coffee and food, usually filled with the usual cycling crowd. The salad servings are very generous as are the slices of pie or cake. They host lots of cycling events around the year in the evenings or weekends, when they serve drinks - usually a selection of local beers. The tool shop and workshop are pretty good as well, the mechanics are friendly. Though getting a mechanic slot can be hard sometimes.
M. H.
This has been one of my fav spots in central London, for a coffee or brunch, specially on sunny days as they have a beautiful garden. The quality of the food is good and very well priced. I have taken many of my friends there for the first time and made it one of their fav spots as well.
Pity, I have to give it 3 stars as I recently tried their bike workshop and my experience was not 100% satisfactory. I had to have my derailleur changed and the guy told me it would be £26 for a new derailleur and £10 to fit it in. Unfortunately, when I turned up to pick up my bike they charged me £52. I guess I should have asked why, but I thought they had done a good work and I was in a hurry and didn't want to discuss with anyone as I didn't have proof of the initial price they had told me. I believe it is the right of the costumer to know what they are getting and for how much so this was poor service. I am not sure I will come back, despite I really wanna like this shop.
Z. B.
Quality coffee and super nice atmosphere. Came to get some coffee and ended getting about 3 hours of work done.
I. C.
I've found this place by chance and I've gone there straight away: cool atmosphere and spot whether you want to work or just have a coffee with friends.
i. t.
Excellent place to pop in for a cappuccino with a friend: the atmosphere is happy and creative but not too loud, and I bet in summer it's even better, out in the small backyard!. If you want to have a proper meal, it's convenient that the bar serves also hot dishes at reasonable prices (even though I didn't have the chance to taste them). I will certainly visit again, especially to have a thorough look at the shop of cycling accessories...
I. S.
Whoever thought of combining the bike work-shop and a café is an absolute genius!
I am a cyclist and I found this place very close to my heart… and for once I did not fill odd turning up at the public place wearing my cycling gear ;)
There are lots of arty and collectible stuff related to cycling all over the place, so I found myself constantly staring at random things and getting very excited and impressed by them all.
The food was superb, the coffee was good, and the service was very efficient and friendly.
It felt a little too noisy and cramped inside, as the tables were quite close to each other. A buzzing atmosphere in a very unusual style.
I absolutely loved this place! And would definitely recommend it to others, whether you cycle or not ;)
P. B.
Look mum no hands! Is a lovely and lively cafe close to Old Street station. They have plenty of food and drink options so you will definitely find something to your liking.
Unique is the bike repair station inside the cafe, so you can get your bike fixed or checked whilst enjoying a hot brew.
H. K.
I adore this place. Its large, open-concept dining room with bicycle decor, the lovely choice of fresh food, good coffee, pleasant staff (who are all very good-looking as well!) and the welcoming garage door entrance. They host a lot of events, and really contribute to the cycling community in London. Highly recommended.
l. t.
A bike repairy place come cafe it's is great for a quick cuppa or a homemade smoothie. They have an outdoor area and lots of tables indoors too (there's a little bar reserved for people on laptops). Really friendly staff, nice easy going atmosphere and you can borrow things like bike locks if you need them. Loo could do with some love, but regardless, it's a great addition to the area and useful for bike bods!
D. B.
Fantastic place!
Took my fixed-gear in for a service. Got it back the same day looking and feeling like a brand new bike. The mechanic was super-helpful and friendly. Excellent value too.
The place has a lovely relaxed vibe and the coffee is delicious!
A. U.
Fantastic bike repair service during lockdown. Sam and his team went the extra mile (literally) when diagnosing a problem with my bike. Friendly, efficient and great prices. Highly recommend.
a. b.
Dave and the mechanic team here are simply awesome. After spending an hour turning my tangled chain into a pretzel I managed to push my bike here where they very graciously fixed it for me. They even gave me a towel to wipe my extremely oily hands. Guys thanks so much 🙏
A. S.
Don't you just love it when you stumble into a new gem of a venue in London? Great food, great coffee, great working space. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is the loud AF TV on in the background. For me it meant that I had to go outside to take phone calls or conference calls while I worked as it was on way too loud to be talk or hear over. Other than that, I love this place!
B. L.
Still one of London's best bike cafes. Calling it a bike cafe doesn't really do the food justice either, it really is great. They host regular events and have certainly done their bit to improve and encourage cycling in London. The shop contains their own merchandise and other bike essentials.
L. W.
Some of the best and most friendly bike mechanics in London where you can also pick up phenomenal cake and awesome coffee. Whenever I don't get my bike serviced at LMNH I wish I had and after the Chelsea bun I had here in Saturday, I fear every future cake will be a disappointment. If you're prepared to spend the rest of your life comparing, go.
S. S.
Always a nice experience when stopping here, no matter if it’s for breakfast or dinner. The food is very yummy and the coffee is amazing. Ah, not to forget about the milkshakes - I love the strawberry banana one! Keep up the good work, guys!
M.
Lovely and receptive staff, both on phone and in person.
Sofa area doesn't look as comfortable as it really is, laptops are restricted to specific parts to enable conversing and table sharing, which works a treat. You can charge you stuff here, lock up outside. You can smoke in a benched area, it's all very open and lovely. Soy milk is available on request. The decor is exciting, idea pondering and the workshop and store over looks all. The music is relaxing and tasteful, easily heard though there is no need to shout. You can have a private conversation in a busy room. It instantly feels like I've been coming here for years. There are various art pieces for sale on the walls, adding to it's credibility as a creative space. I will happily come here again, I'm sure I'd come out of my way to do so.
J. S.
Amazing place for breakfast, coffee and sandwich was great. Quite spacious place with many seating, comfy seats. Service was excellent ang staff were very welcoming and made sure all customers were properly served.
G. L.
Look mum no hands! Is a great cycling cafe. The food is delicious, the staff is super friendly and the coffee is excellent. Every cyclist should stop by here while visiting London!
A. S.
Love this place so much! So different to your regular cafe!! Even the name sounds so different haah! I love it!
F. G.
Always passed by and curious about it.
Yesterday we had a Christmas Party. Well, staff friendly, food amazing - we had chicken sandwiches, meat and vege rolls, that have nothing to envy to the meat ones, even better! sausages, fries, Vietnamese salad and wine and cyders - and reasonably priced for the area. Looking forward to going there again! Orh and plus you can park your bike in their courtyard!!!
R. C.
I love this place. Does an excellent long black; has an excellent beer selection and the staff are really nice (particularly the really friendly, always chatty guy with the glasses who is a lovely character). An absolute staple for mid afternoon coffee for me.
J. G.
Great, honest and transparent service and you don't feel they are just trying to squeeze a few extra quid out of you! They just love bikes and know what they're talking about. Being a novice I've used more 'high-street' bike retailers that offer a technical service and have had bad experiences but I'll definitely be using these guys for anything to do with my bike! Dave and Paul there are legends!
b. h.
Combination of bike shop and cafe/bar serving all the kinds of things a cyclist deserves after doing a ton or so, or alternatively 2 miles in London traffic.
A huge selection of pies and salads along with more 'sweet' treats coupled with excellent coffee and a wide selection of craft beers and a welcoming attitude alongside a clearly superbly equipped bike repair shop and a huge amount of entertaining paraphernalia hanging from the walls make this a place I would gladly return to time and again.
Extra points are given however for the innovative use of a Starbucks mug in the restroom!
P. S.
Friendly staff, good coffee and food.
Avocado with poached eggs were a delight.
Cozy place to spend a nice lunch with friends.
Staff is super friendly, fun and always with a big smile.
s. k.
Great cycle workshop. Friendly staff. The café serves good food and an excellent place to meet/work. Been coming here for years.
J. E.
Popped in here yesterday. Really charming space, if a little confused feeling. Never seen bike parts and pastries on sale in one place before, not really sure the market is screaming out for it. Staff were friendly enough and there was what seemed to be a really charming tie-dye arts and crafts class going on.
Quality wise, I ordered a peach smoothie. It tasted really nice but could've used longer in the processor as it was not as all smooth and had quite large chunks in it.
Not sure I'd go out of my way to visit again.
P. J.
Bike shop meets coffee shop. A favorite hangout spot for London's trendy cyclists, you'll often find a group of cycle peeps hanging out after a long bike ride drinking coffee. The coffee is awesome and there is free wifi, so a great little spot to bring your laptop and catch up on work.
L. k.
Great staff and atmosphere! I came here to get some writing done for uni and ended up getting a lot more work done than I expected!
J. P.
THE cycle cafe in London that has been of the moment for years now, it seems. Very pleasant atmosphere. Pity that the food is a little overpriced, and the cycle parking outside isn't particularly accessible for a larger bike in amongst the al fresco seating. Still a great place for a cracking cup of coffee and some spare clips.
A. D.
good coffee and brownie, hipsterish place
W. M.
Took my bike in for general maintenance. Price is cheaper than Evans and service exceeded all expectations! All the normal stuff plus replaced clips on mud guards, added bar ends (which I'd lost and forgotten about) and moved cables so they'd be more protected. Can't recommend enough. And my fiance likes their lattes!
I. Y. H.
I went for brunch one afternoon and really liked the ambience (typical coffee house vibes). The cycling theme ran across the cafe theme (from the books and cards on sale to the bicycle gear). I enjoyed the yoghurt but the rest of the food was nothing wow-worthy. Overall it was a lovely place to chill and catch up with friends over coffee.
P. S.
Amazing concept, brilliant location, great food, super service...that summarizes it in a nutshell.
Bikers 😍

Comfy place with great coffee. They use Square Mile beans here and also have them on sale. Nice variety of cakes, pork pie filling was a little dry after being heated up though. Friendly staff and loved the nutty flat white which went down extremely well. Good place to work, they provide wifi here.
A. C.
Great and friendly service. I needed the brakes on a new try bike swapped around and my old road bike serviced. They managed to squeeze both jobs in the next day and were really helpful throughout the process. Prices were very reasonable - I will definitely be using them again!
E. J.
Another great pit stop for those of you brave enough to take on the cars & buses of the city on two wheels.
LMNH has a couple of locations around East London, but this smaller cafe is probably one of my favorites. They have a mini bike-hospital attached just to the side of the cafe entrance should you have any malfunctions you need looking at. The food is great, with a selection of cakes, pastries, salads and yummy hot food (great for breakfast) - they do a mean cup of coffee and offer cool cycling related events and workshops too.
M. R.
Unique place - half Bike repair shop and half coffee shop/restaurant. Food is great there too (quite pricey though), fresh salads, pies and the scotch eggs are particularly standout. There's free WiFi, the staff are very friendly and it has a nice atmosphere to the place - well worth a visit if you're in the area for a coffee and a bite to eat.
J. H.
A good place to sit and work, but seems like everyone has the same idea, so people just sit there with their laptops, which doesn´t look very inviting. Good service and good coffee. I haven´t had my bike done there yet, but intend to.
J. H.
I really like the friendly, laid back feeling in this cafe. Easy going staff provide a good selection of beers, wines and coffee with some lovely cakes. Has a giant screen showing cycling on as well. Is a lovely way to spend a few hours.
G. G. C.
The bike service has space for improvement on the human side, they might be good with bikes (not tested) but not with humans there is a communication barrier they are way too technical.
The café service is funny and the space is pleasant but the coffee is dreadful to my coffee taste.
F. D. C.
Very homy and informal atmosphere. If you happen to need some bike tuning and crave a coffee, that's your spot. Perfect for lazy Sunday activities like lazying around on their couch to read. The food is slightly overpriced. The tools available and the helpful team are a great extra for bikes aficionados.
bike-tastic!
G. W.
You don't need to have a fixie bike to enjoy the atmosphere of this part-cafe, part-bicycle repair shop. The bright and chatty staff will make the first visit to this welcoming spot seem like the twelfth. The latte milk was at a ready-to-drink temperature, so best get straight into it when it arrives at your table. Pick up a magazine or simply take a deep breath or two. Stay late enough, and there's some boutique beers and wine to sip on.
K. P. (.
I'm not a cyclist, but this place does a mean cuppa coffee (in a good way!) and has some delish breakfast/lunch options. It's a great place to meet with friends (though you may have to wait for a seat) and I've also enjoyed afternoons working here on my laptop (there are tables with plugs nearby! and wifi!). They've also got loads of bikes about and bike gear for sale, so if you're a cyclist after a coffee I suspect this would be *perfect* for you.
O. K.
Took my second hand Cannondale road bike in for its first service (I think ever....), they replaced my rear wheel, brakes and have completely transformed it from a cheap old commuter bike I got on eBay into an incredible feeling road bike again, best service I have ever had on a bike, the difference is unbelievable. Can't wait for tomorrows commute! Food also looked amazing, will be stopping by with my laptop to do some studying soon. Thank you!
T. D.
I know the food here is always going to be good since the standards are high. Still, always surprises me how good it is!
Burger cooked perfectly, without even having to ask. Great balance of ingredients, nothing in there for sensation sake. Properly seasoned.
Cake - blackberry, stout and chocolate. Happens to be just one delightful combo on offer today. Goes lovely with a stout.
M. K.
My bike tire popped on the way home from work. Felt like chucking it into the canal. Luckily the staff were really helpful and it was happy hour! Very friendly and helpful bike maintenance people.
J. M.
I was curious about the place because of its name but ended up actually liking this cafe. Lovely atmosphere and really friendly staff, they really make sure the customer is satisfied with the orders. Great job!
A.
I like to come and study here every once in a while, though lately it seems they don't want that, since people who bring laptops are supposed to sit at the counter instead of the actual tables.
Regardless, it's a cool place and their warm drinks are pretty good. I've eaten lunch here once and liked it a lot, though I've heard they're known for their breakfast. I'd definitely like to try it!
D. R. C.
La Fabrica, Girona has a similar vibe. GF catered for. Bike storage racks available. Key exchange. Awesome place. Workshop and Cafe. Really nice menu. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good prices (it is London) despite being in London.
Family friendly also. There are plenty of small gifts, jerseys and caps for sale so you can pick up a present for someone.
m. b.
Just want to say a massive thanks to Sam, the head mechanic and master wheel builder. The guidance provided on selecting the parts for my wheel build was very helpful and the final build quality is perfect! I've done close to 5,000 miles without a single broken spoke or wheel wobble, and just the single puncture using the tubeless system (during The Transcontinental Race). I also love the food being served up whenever I stop by. Keep up the good work!
S. M.
As a cycling fan - I love this place! Everything cycling, great vibe, decent coffee & excellent beer selection - friendly staff - handy to bring bike in and get it adjusted/ fixed - whilst you enjoy some Tour or Vuelta action on the big screen whilst drinking some delicious Black Forest beer they stock!! A London institution!
I. H. (. A.
Great Place for a sit back & relaxed/work to do kinda drink. I visited on the way to KGX, just loved the atmosphere and possibly the best green tea I've ever tasted. Would highly recommend a visit, especially if you like cycling aesthetics.
J. T.
It's a nice little quiet coffee shops. Quite good to meet for a catch-up, whilst enjoying a pleasantly different atmosphere. It's really near old street station as well so very convenient to get to. Service is good, and its a nice warm haven when it's cold outside.
J. K.
WORKSHOP: Big job done on my bike, replaced all main components. It rides better than ever now - beautifully adjusted, a really great job. CAFE: And both the coffee and food is excellent. The coffee is exceptional in fact.
d. l.
I walked in with a flat tire, which they fixed quickly, and I cycled off to my gym which is literally 3 minutes away. As I came out of the gym I saw that the tire was flat again, which I was not happy about. A couple days later I went back to show them what happened and the guy at the shop had a look at it, replaced the tube again with a new one and gave me back the bike free of charge, no fuss, happy customer.
R. A.
I've been here during the day but it's equally vibrant in the evenings too. Nice wholsome feel to the place
C. C.
I personally have a great connection to this place! I have been working with an entrepreneur here for months and the staff was always friendly, the dishes always good and the atmosphere always cozy! Not in love with their coffee but I highly recommend the chocolate avocado cake (the avocado only gives texture really) and the berry smoothie!
A. J.
Lovely spot. Been going here since it opened. Good food/coffee/atmosphere/drinks - and the cycling of course. Nowhere better to watch one of the big races - but it can get very busy. The guinness cake - when they have it - is absolutely superb.
L. R.
Great consultation around the bike! You can tell Bikes are a true passion in this place. Transparent and fair price structure, great service! Recommend to anyone who needs his bike fixed, a check-through or simply wants to talk-shop with an expert.
T. M.
Being a cyclist and coffee fan I was always going to love this place. I visited for the first time last week after hearing good things about it. I wasn't disappointed, the coffee was really good and a decent price. The food is good here too; I had a salad and a cake.
I've also visited their pop-up shop under Hungerford bridge and enjoyed that too. The ham, cheese and mustard sandwich was really tasty.
If you're a cyclist you'll have no trouble enjoying LMNH as the interior is decorated with cycling paraphernalia and there's even a bike workshop within the shop itself. Perfect if you're out on a ride and fancy a coffee stop. My next task is to buy a LMNH t-shirt or bike jersey.
S. C.
Love this place! It's an interesting combination of repair shop and cafe/bakery. The teas are pretty good, and the baked goods amazing. I had a rosemary lemon drizzle cake that I recommend to anyone interested. They also have an outside stall on the Southbank that offers craft beers, I believe its open throughout the summer.
D.
Love this bike shop. Took my di2 canyon and it came out like a brand new bike, super tight servicing. So fun to ride. Cheers. Also had my kona in to fit bb7 disks also bang on. On top of that the coffee is really good and I like the atmosphere for the big grand tour days. All round a top business, hats off.
B. C.
Havent imagined that there would be something like this, not only in London or UK, talking here about the world. Never thought that people would be so innovative with things like this. Its a fantastic place to be. Had a recent visit here and it was cosy and it offers amazing atmosphere. I my self am a man who loves riding his bicycle and I went here to meet with more people who enjoy it. That was my first intention, but adding to that I managed to learn a lot of stuff about bicycles and the sport its self.
Drinks here are nice as well as the food and both on reasonable prices. Its surprising how the place manages to go even on both as workshop and cafe.
c. n.
Flat tire led me to LMNH. Great opportunity for a cawfee. Workshop was super friendly, efficient and the guys fixed up my wheels. I was ready to roll in no time. Staff were super, what you need first thing in the morning.
A. K.
Tasty coffee, cool atmosphere, and a friendly staff. Bike nerds (like myself) will love the decor. Do note that the WiFi turns off for a certain time period each day.
M. F.
Forgot my repair kit the day my bike had a puncture and had to stop here to have it fixed. Cost me £16... then i rode 5mn and got the same tire flat. I should have mention to check the tire as well but i thought it was obvious.
Can't judge the food or drinks, they didn't even offer me a drink while i waited.
Update: i gave it another try today for a brake problem and got the help from Sam who nailed it + gave me advices. This time I enjoyed the ride back home !

Food is amazing plus a space where you can get some work done.

This place could not have been further from the grimy, oil stained picture that I had had expected from a workshop/cafe. This bright, airy, open space was bustling with bicyclists, but was also very welcoming to those who are not brave enough to tackle the London roads on two wheels. Though we only popped in to grab an inner tube and a cup of tea, I am very much looking forward to returning to sample some of the delicious looking food – and maybe a cheeky craft beer.
B. B.
Such an original place, specially recommended if you are a cycling fan: it is halfway a coffee place/restaurant, a bar and a bicycle repair shop!
Good music and amazing burgers. Also, it offer vegetarian options.
J. B.
Super friendly staff, awesome stuff revolving around cycling culture and tasty beers. What's more to want?
J. C.
Trendy bicycle cafe (not as odd as it sounds). Decent healthy food, lovely pies and small outdoor area.
Perfect for a quick bite to eat over lunch, with good service and they even catered for odd dietary requirements!
Onsite bike repair and fresh pies. Only in London !
J. U.
I managed to visit this coffee shop based in Old Street one weekend afternoon on recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. As you probably guessed from the name, it is frequented by many cycling enthusiasts and young professionals usually occupied with their laptops making full use of the free Wi Fi on offer.
It basically is small with a relaxed informal atmosphere, which doubles up as a café/bar and cycling workshop. So where better to go and have your bike repaired whilst you relax with the delightful fresh foods and drinks or browse through the cycling goodies they have on offer in their shop. They have a screen for live sporting events and run interesting events throughout the year ranging from speed dating to inspiring talks and craft workshops.
K. G.
Great coffee, great breakfast, really friendly & good atmosphere!
S. S.
Beautiful atmosphere in this bike cafe unless it's jam packed and you can't even see a seat, then it's not so cool. The coffee is ok and the food is a bit too homemade for my liking but I always had a nice time here.
S. D.
Both a bike workshop and a cafe, this place manages to exceed at both - as a fairweather cyclist, they never make me feel ridiculous when I haul my bike it for simple things like tyre checks, and olive breadsticks/pastry goods and salads are of a really high quality. The atmosphere's cool and calm, with plenty of Old Street types working on their Macs surrounded by bike prints to buy, jerseys, Tour de France merch. Bags of charm - love this place.
C. G.
This is a great cafe just off Old Street. It's a funky and eclectic vibe, with bike wheels hanging in the window and flowers on every table. Very welcoming place with excellent coffee and a great food selection. Prices are reasonable and the staff are very pleasant.
O. S. (.
While people put this down as a coffee shop, I'd say it's more of a bike shop that does coffee.
As someone that doesn't actually do any cycling, I can't give an opinion on it beyond the coffee itself.
The brown divine nectar is wonderful, and the iced coffee actually tastes like cold coffee rather than watered down coffee.
The cycling part of it the shop did seem a bit oppressive, but then that just be me and the fact that I don't enjoy that hobby.
D. B.
Generally I'm very pleased with this place. The coffee is nice, it's bright and cosy, and there are enough places with power sockets to put a laptop and get some work done. However, recently, I had to make 2 negative experiences in short succession. My orders got lost or somebody else claimed my already paid coffee. Sure these things happen. I asked again and got my order in the end. Very negative was the unfriendly reaction from the staff claiming it was my fault and the perceived hostility. I understand that both times the place was very busy and the staff was a bit overwhelmed with the affluence, but still, if you want people to come back, be friendly. Thanks.
T. E. J.
How many places in London do you know that has a workshop where you can get your bike fixed while you enjoy a nice cup of coffee, or an alcoholic beverage and grab a bite to eat at the same time? Chances are, that you don't. They also show films and cycle sport on a big projector screen, if you like both then and a cool place to hangout then I recommend this place.
E. K.
Good vibes, wide range of breakfast food in cycling afficionado, funky atmosphere.
The oatmeal and avocado toast we had were very tasty.
T. E.
Fantastic place. Great staff, really knowledgeable mechanics (they did an amazing job servicing my Bianchi) and great coffee/cake. Best bike shop I've visited in central London.
R. M.
Best bike shop, mechanics, bike coffee shop in London in my opinion. Great staff, prices and services. Coffees great too!
A. H.
Large and very trendy place (I was probably one of the older clientele). Large indoor area and lovely courtyard too. This was a great find and would definitely recommend popping in for a coffee. The wifi is much faster than most other coffee shops too.
C. T.
Awesome place!
Great decor, atmosphere and type of seating available (single seats, tables, couches), delicious food, and good coffee. The wifi speed is a bit slow for work and the place can feel a little too cold or a little too warm depending on where you're sitting, but it's still an amazing place to sit.
T. M.
The bicycle hub where the cycling obsessed congregate and enjoy good coffee, fine bottled beer and quality pies. All the cycling classics and grand tours are displayed on a whopping screen, a great way to enjoy the races with your mates.
D. G.
Allez LMNH! Great workshop and cafe. Also shows live cycling events.
J. G.
I'm a big fan of the cooked breakfasts here. The fact that you can pick up a spare inner tube or a new cycling jersey at the same time as grabbing a coffee makes it an even more appealing place to visit. Worth making a detour to wherever you are in London basically :)
H. C.
ook mum no hands! is a Mecca for cyclists in London, many of whom happen to have a penchant for good coffee. The shop is adorned with cycling memorabilia and whenever there is cycling on TV, you can bet your bottom dollar that it will be shown on their big projector screen. There's also a workshop in the cafe with two mechanics there to fix any problems with your bike.
To be honest, I'm not a massive cyclist but it's great being around such enthusiasts. More importantly their Square Mile coffee is good and while they are not as passionate about coffee as they are about bikes (that would be a pretty difficult feat) they are on track to being up there with the best.
Consult Lyndon's Coffee for more info!

What looked good from the reviews unfortunately didn't hold up to the expectations. Eggs Benedict were lukewarm, slightly overcooked and came on a cold, untoasted muffin and underneath a massive dollop of salty sauce hollandaise that would've been taken straight out of a jar! The orange juice wasn't fresh either (probably my bad though, the menu said 'cold-pressed' which I then mistook for 'freshly squeezed'). Bircher Muesli was so-so but also seemed a bit uninspired. While the food isn't exactly star-worthy, the staff are friendly and helpful... hence the overall 3-star rating. Location is great though - this place could do a lot better!
Update Nov 26, 2018: As per owner’s request I’d emailed the details of my visit about a week ago - and then, not a word. Thank you for nothing, I guess.
A. S.
Had a very nice salad and peach smoothie sitting amongst trendy people and keen cyclists. Good coffee, too. Really like this cycle cafe and will be back soon.
S. S.
One of the best cycling cafes (I know, it's a genre now) in London. Includes good food and a bike workshop. Can sit for ages and always good coffee.
C. S.
Great experience. Sorted out a rear wheel puncture at the very end of the day while I waited and also got some excellent advice. The mechanic threw in a free gear tweak too. And how nice to be able to have a quick beer. Will be back.
M. T.
Came here to fix my bike. Great people. They are very helpful and accomodate. Price are very reasonable and fair. Thumbs up!
J. W.
This place is in Alex's list of great spots to have coffee and today, I had the chance to taste it myself. They have free wi-fi here, and I'm writing this on my laptop while taking little sips of sweetness. My mocca is very warm and creamy, but I can't wait for it to cool down until I drink.
The place has a lovely interior that makes you feel comfy and relaxed. It is quiet and almost empty at such an early hour, but this way I can focus on work and enjoy my morning.
I also tried their freshly baked croissant with butter and jam which gave me even more strength to start the week.
Having this place in my area, I already know I'll be back soon.
A. O.
Amazing space always showcasing incredible bikes, live cycling, delicious fresh food, free wifi, square mile coffee and a great variety of cyclists and civilians :D
Scotch eggs + salad are an all time favorite, great refuel after a ride.
M. R.
Excellent cafe. A must go if you are in the area. They also service and fix bicycles. Staff I spoke to there are super informative and friendly.
L. F.
Great atmosphere for bike lovers. And a great food, really comfy space.
R. W.
Amazing mechanic mended my broken wheel in super quick time time and helped me decide whether to replace with a new wheel. Also I've been in there before for food and its bloody brilliant. This is my favourite cafe/bike fusion store in london

We ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift, complicated by the fact a family member ordered it as a surprise. Unfortunately it didn't fit and we were offered a refund or exchange. We opted for a refund which took a bit of sorting out as the original card we used to pay for it had been changed. The staff at Look Mum No Hands were excellent, rang us back when they said they would. Excellent service and communication and matter quickly resolved. First class customer service! Thanks Guys x
Ps with service like this it makes you want to go back

Both a bike workshop and a cafe, this place manages to exceed at both. It boasts an open-concept dining room with bicycle decor and a welcoming garage door entrance, a lovely choice of fresh food & good coffee, not to mention a very pleasant staff.
J. G.
I had the salmon breakfast and, in fairness, it was very tasty and served in a generous portion.
However, one of the two poached eggs that come as part of the dish had no yolk, which must have been lost during cooking...everyone knows this is the best bit. Although the kitchen did replace this, they did so very rudely and, in the first place, it's not acceptable to serve a dish effectively with a key ingredient missing. Would be a 4* review, had the staff handled this better.
A. G.
Very cool place for cyclists. Staff extremely friendly, venue is lovely.
Tea I had was awful and croissant tasted and looked like it was a day old from Tesco.
would go back again though!
J. P.
Friendly staff and great coffee/food.

Love this place, great coffee and vibes. Just a bit too crowded when the cycling is going on but then it is a cycling shop also! Very nice in the summer and delicious food
Y. M.
Lovely place. If I could give it a higher score I would because it has totally earned it. The first time a friend brought me here I was a bit sceptical as I though it was one of those hipsterish cafes but this place kind of grew on me. The whole atmosphere is very warm and I just love the decoration, whoever made it definitely has a great taste and eye for details.
T. S.
We worked there the whole day with our team and had a great time. The place is relatively quite and the tenants appreciate that your working. I had a great homemade sandwich for lunch with real tasty bread!
E. I.
Very lovely customers, well designed place with a nice outside sitting area. The food and food variety can be extended. Some staff must understand the differences between being cool and having tattoo, which can be also a sign of disturbing arrogance.
M. I.
Bikes, coffee & busy. A good example of what happens when a good team bring together good product. It's good and hence it gets busy. Time it right and you'll enjoy it if bikes and good cafe experience are your thing.
A. C.
Workshop were great - knew exactly what they were doing and went out of their way to fit me in. Did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would.
Really friendly and thorough option for bike repairs.
W. C.
LMNH is probably the template all cycling cafes are following. It's a nice place, even if you're not into cycling. I think some of the restrictions on laptops at certain tables and wifi turnoffs are a bit of a shame. However, overall LMNH is a great place.
K. R.
it's a cool space with bike repairs and cafe. I came here for a chai latte. I asked for a shot of espresso in the chai but when the guy told me it would be over £5 I told him not to worry about it. most places it's fine to do and doesn't cost that much. anyway I had a plain chai and it was nice. you can bring you laptop here to work but you're only able to sit at the benches and not at the tables.
C. N.
Lovely friendly staff and great, reasonably priced food. Flat white is more of a latte but still strong. Highly reccomended for a relaxing outing.
J. U.
Lovely atmosphere. I just had tea so can’t say much about food.
W. L.
Took my well-ridden single speed mountain bike in, the rear brake had seized up, front brake was sketchy. A friendly lady by the name of Nik(?) served me. She was awesome, non-pretentious, knowledgeable and just so-damn cool. Bought a new brake from them, they're well stocked and pricing was fair for high street retail pricing. Yeah, you could have got it cheaper online from Wiggle, but then again it's nice to deal with real people and also, I can't service my bike myself, so I left it to the pro's for fitting and service. It wasn't an easy job given the quirky setup I had and Nik still delivered service with a smile at the end of it all. I don't think it would have been cheaper or better anywhere else in London, so this is now my one stop shop for issues. If you have time, obviously buy the parts yourself online, they fit them from £6 and up, depending on complexity. Ordered food and read some of their magazines, which was good too, but not as great as the bike servicing.
J. L.
Wonderful late night café (for London standards). A bit out of ordinary, superb for catching up, fix your bike, or just to decompress after work. Worth recommending
D. B.
Friendly, knowledgeable and competent mechanics tuned my bike up a treat while I enjoyed some of their very nice coffee. Strongly recommend this place.
E. S.
It is a cool and great place to visit. It has sufficient tables and relaxing places to mingle during the whole day. This ishonestly a quietand brilliant to stay. This cafe recalls me of my home; it has extensive windows, tables made up of wood, etc. It is also a great place to study, this cafe served a remarkable coffee, and has the perfect environment to meet up with friends, reading books, or surfing on the internet because they have free Wi-Fi.
J. B.
I said before - great work shop crew - I now think some of the workshop team need to up their game - I had to take my bike back four times!
Painful.......
I still standby my last Coffee review. "I think the type of coffee they use stinks" !!
W. P.
This is a great place to relax and/or work. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. My only negative is the cost of the food. £11 for a pie + drink is ridiculous for what is effectively a cafe, so left with a slight sour taste in my mouth (not from the pie, that was good).
A. Y. W.
I wish I could have got to know this place earlier. It is so far my favourite coffee shop in Shoreditch. Love the environment and the atmosphere. I really enjoyed the coffee, lunch and reading on a lovely, quiet Tuesday afternoon there.
H. K.
Nice brunch with unique concept and hip vibe
G. B.
An unusual and very nice place to spend some time. As far as I remember, they offer free wifi, and even if not, they at least have plenty of plugs, something I missed at many places while I lived at a hostel and sometimes wanted to do some stuff somewhere in town.
Definitely a recommendation!
S. G.
Thanks for the super quick and quality service, fixed my seat leaning and even pumped my tires for free, my bike home was already so much better!
M. C.
Friendly staff, great service and coffee.

Today I turned up unannounced with a broken gear wire, before I could finish poorly explaining the problem my bike was on the stand well on the way to being fixed. No more than 15 minutes later not only is the wire completely replaced, my gears have been calibrated, chain lubed and wheel trued.
Half the price I thought I'd have to pay and I got to watch the tour de france the whole time.
Couldn't be happier
Thanks LNMH!
P. R.
Great place, great coffee, lovely staff and of course bicycles....
A. M.
As a cycle, health food, beer, and coffee enthusiast, I had to check this place out. I think I went there a total of 3 times during my last 5-day stay in London. They tick all of the boxes for me.
L. B.
This place looks like it could have been picked up with a crane from Bristol and relocated in The City, there are lots of people with their laptops ding work with a cup of peppermint tea. They do bike repairs etc and sell great cakes which is nice, also good for people watching.
B. C.
Comfy cafe with a good vibe. Lots of customers but still very relaxed. Great burger and fries and they can also do a good flat white.
J. J. S.
Very good Square Mile Coffee served in an spacious, it's-all-about-cycling environment. Great space outside for when the weather is nice and they open late.
b. d. m.
Great place if you're a cycling fan, coffee is good, breakfast a bit pricey for what it is. People there are very nice.
M. S.
Really trendy shop for bike repairs and accessories but probably most popular for it's coffee and breakfast which are really good. The service can be hit or miss and it does get really crowded.
M. M.
The cycle repair guy is quite frankly rude. He mentioned about three times to me that he should have left half an hour before. The rest of the staff are nice and helpful. But if you need your bike repaired take it somewhere else !
L. L.
Great soya latte and a good cafe to work in, too! Their scrambled eggs are one of the best in London! Super fluffy and yummy!
W. L.
If you like bicycles, you will love this place, and great selection of beers on tap and in bottles, good breakfast as well!
Pro cycling on the big cinema screen as well.
M. E.
The place is nice and cozy but £ 2.80 for a cappuccino ???? They didn't even have different price lists for take away or having your drink at the place - which is weird - but anyhow , no coffee should ever cost that much... and definitively not theirs.
A. T.
Awesome place where you can drink or eat something. Very cool cycling gadgets and clothes to buy - I am sure I will recommend this café to my friends.
S.
Genius. Bikes+coffee/drinks should be a thing after this. If you're looking for micro brews, this place offers a better selection than many pubs.
L. A.
A good place, for a coffee, some food or just to people watch and talk cycling. A chilled and friendly vibe with lovely service and good quality produce.
M. C.
Good beer, lots of bikes and a nice spot for lunch.
M. M.
Awesome place with an interesting theme, food is excellent quality with burgers staggeringly good. Just gets too busy at times though.
R. V.
This place has a great atmosphere and really perfects the combination of cycling and coffee. I ordered the English breakfast with a piccolo and it was fantastic.

If you want to work. Set yourself up by the window and look at that lovely blue Propel SL, it’ll increase your productivity by 1000%. When you’re done working. Grab a beer or a coffee, kick back and enjoy one of the friendliest cafés in London.
C. D.
Great independent cafe. Very hip. Good coffee and brunch
P. D.
Great coffee and teas with healthy food options a nice place to catch up with friends in the area plus if you're a cyclist it's a great pit stop for parts and servicing

The best bike repair shop in London 👍

a great place to hang out with friends, big space, free wifi, free charge for your laptop!
offering good coffee and food.
there is also a bike repair there!
B. H.
The social hub of East London's bike scene. Always good things on and the best place to get coffee and relax. The mechanics are great if a bit expensive.
J. N.
Many thanks for the quick fix to my bike today! Friendly service and quick work. Lovely place to watch the Tour too!
N. S.
Always great service, amazing coffee and lovely food
B. S.
Great place. I had my vintage bike fixed here, and I also had tasty brunches and coffees.
A. W.
Brilliant place serving great breakfasts. Chose from the freshly cooked menu from a proper english fry up or go the giant bowl of fruit
Perfect place to chill out on a sunday morning with the other half...read the paper, log on to the internet and do your homework!
Crazy decor to inspire you when reading those long essay and articles on law!
J. K.
I enjoy coming here, good coffee and food.
David the barista is especially nice and his positivity is refreshing in the mornings!
K. L.
Good burger and chips. Great bike gear on sale too. Cute little cafe with funky vibes. Staff are friendly.
A. J.
Friendly staff, great food (except the sausage side) and lovely decor but no good for working! Way too loud, even my noise cancelling headphones couldn't drown out the energetic beats.
K. V.
Food is great. The fresh breads they give before you start your meal. The service is decent and its the best place to get fried chicken at 3 am on a Friday!
O. G.
Great local cafe serving a range of amazing freshly cooked food. Highly recommend the French Toast special when they have it on.
J. W.
I really appreciate the upbeat service bright and early in the AM. Food and drink match such a personality. Solid spot. Bit on the pricey side, but I can still dig it for the vibe.
D. S.
If you loves bikes and coffee. This is the store for you. Absolutely great coffee and also serves as a meeting place for the bike community.
G. P.
Morning cup of happiness starts at LMNH
C. G.
Hipster coffee/bike combo shop. Great food and coffee, free WiFi (when it works, which is mostly), good beer, cool ambiance. I love this place!
Q. H.
Absolutely adore this place. Always superfrienfly staff. The coffee is reliably delicious. In fact, it is annoyinlgly good: whatever I try, I can't make my coffee as good as theirs.
K. G.
Nice vegan breakfast option here, and the teas are super cute, but they always leave the door open so don't expect to linger!
H. M.
The friendliest staff, great coffee, a space designed to accommodate for everyone, definitely one of the best places I have been in London
F.
Cool bicycle shop and cafe, great coffee. Local crowd. Wifi limited through the day which made me stop being as regular!
G. T. (.
Not only a bike shop and restaurant but also services wheelchairs. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. I have no hesitation recommending this business.
M. J.
I love the place, this unusual mix of bike repair shop and cool coffee place, but their hot chocolate is simply cold, even if you ask them to warm it up.
Y. V. B.
Super friendly staff and excellent vegetarian & vegan breakfast. Oh and great interior if you're into cycling.
W. E. T.
Really great for brunch with friends (especially if it's a bigger group, we got seats for a table of 6 with little wait), but the food was average at best.
D. B.
Salad, bikes and decent outdoor space.
They show the Tour De France on big screens during the summer and their mechanics are particularly helpful.
D. C.
Great staff especially the mechanic who saved my bike. Nice chilled out atmosphere, who ever thought up this place well done! Just pay the the staff well
P. M.
Good food. Medium prices.
M. C.
great coffee at a decent price. The place is always filled with cyclists, so it has a good vibe
R. C.
Unbelievable pleasant service and friendly helpful staff, best food and drink and got my bike fixed, upgraded by the best dude ever. Recommend the big Dave and flat white
N.
Simply the best cycling cafe in EC London - coffee, events, food, and repair shop are all 10/10. Thank you LMNH!
G. A.
The staff is very friendly and the food was delicious. They also seem to offer a lot of fun events throughout the week.
M. P.
Lovely place!!! Nice people, good food, fantastic beer and free wifi 😜
The perfect pub to have a drink, or have dinner or just to have a coffee alone or with close friends.
O. J.
Very interesting decore with bicycles hanging around the place. Loving the coffee there thou a bit too expensive but it is a good place for socialising with your friends.
O. B.
Looks like more of a gimmick than a really good place to me. Had a bacon and egg muffin for the go and I wasn't that excite about it. The bacon is American style.
N. T.
Great service and selection of drinks (and food, which I didn't get to try). Laptops limited to a strip of tables which helps the ambience.
D. V. A.
My favorite place. Can be a bit pricy but the quality of the food is great and they really know how to fix bikes and throw awesome events
J. B.
A bit fell off my Brompton on the way to work, the guys here had me back on the road in the time it took to drink one of their lovely coffees.
Great friendly staff who know their stuff.
J. l.
Excellent cosmoplitain vibrant cafe perfectly located between the barbican and old street. A must for bike and cafe lovers alike.
S. G.
I visit London every 2 years 😕, but when I do, I look forward to coming here! And I discovered Square Mile Coffee!! Wow. I order it online now and have it shipped to the States.
M. A.
The drinks at LMNH were good and the staff were good with COVID restrictions.
P. B.
If your on a date with the bike, this is the place to go. Plus if your not at Le Tour this year you can watch the race in the Cafe.
M. L.
Gets very crowded but the coffee and food is always great. Cyclists will love the amosphere.
H. I. L.
Nice place for a coffee and lunch. Busy even early at the weekends when the bikers usually come to have a breakfast.
J. G.
I love this place. Its a bit slow at times and gets super busy when the tour is on, but what a great atmosphere!
If the owner reads this - please put in a better sound system for the live events!
K. N.
Go for brekky or lunch, and order the salmon, avocado, scrambled eggs and toast. So so good! The matcha latte is perfection too.
S. v. A.
Great place for breakfast or meeting people
I've had breakfast here twice, very tasty! You can sit outside or inside with workbenches for people with laptops.
D. s.

Great food, friendly staff and bike racks making it a perfect place to start and finish a group ride.
R.
Cool place, serving great food in a friendly environment with the added benefit of having a bike workshop where you can get your bike fixed.
K. W.
Friendly, relaxed place - tasty food and good beer
R. B.
Great coffee, beer, service and atmosphere. Damn glad they don’t allow laptops on tables - it’s not an Internet cafe!
L. M.
Amazing place for remote work, however during summer that place is comparable to an oven. Pick a seating outside if there's a nice weather
M. O.
Their chocolate and raspberry brownie was actually divine. I'm not into bikes much but such a great vibe here!
U. S.
unique combination of coffee place/bar & bike repair shop - primary target groups: bikers & people from the London tech/startup scene (you're in the core target group if you're both)
A. H.
Awesome coffee and staff, great vibe! And they just opened a new one in london Fields around the corner from my house. Nice work.
D. A.
Quick stop here whilst on a cycle. They serve coffee from square mile coffee roasters so you know it’s gonna be good!
A. D.
Breakfast stops at 10:45 (13:00 at weekends) which is a shame because, as usual, that's the best menu. Shame about the limited food choice because the ambience is excellent.
L. S.
Great place to work, friendly staff, good music, and tasty food. Also they sell the BEST Chelsea buns. Love this place :)
S. Y.
Run by the nicest people who know all things about bikes. And decent coffee too!

D. R.
Great place for a break and healthy lunch
P. C.
Bicycle workshop or cafe? Either way, the brunch is great and it's a cool place to pass a Sunday afternoon.
A. G.
Large space, great coffee, good selection of food. Perfect for working in/chilling/watching cycling
M. B.
Awesomely awesome. Mega staff and great atmosphere. Great to speak to David Carter about his McLaren days.
A. G.
Seems like a nice rustic place and the food looked very nice, however, due to my current diet, I was unfortunately only there for the coffee, the coffee was OK, a bit burnt/bitter, but that could be the roast, but that's what I'm basing my review on, and the staff were OK, think maybe they're more friendly if you're a regular and/or have a bike.
L. C.
Watched the cycling here with the Hungarian. Was excellent. Good food selection. Can be noisy sometimes.
S. F.
My new favourite place for Saturday breakfast! The only negative thing is that it’s a bit expensive... but still really good!
J. P.
Like this place. One of the only coffee shop I know where if you ask for non dairy milk you will have trouble choosing between the options available
